This company doesn’t even deserve a one star, a company I worked for bought two boats, first they delivered the wrong boats, then stated just to keep them as loaners until there boats came in. Then they backed out!! Never got there boats and were left with boats they didn’t order. They are very honest good people and it’s sad that this company left them with boats that didn’t even meet there needs! Very dishonest company!

The NEW Service Team is AWESOME! Jimmy, Justin and Lora were fantastic fixing all the warranty repairs that the previous service team failed to do over the past year. The new team took quick action to correct my Sea Ray warranty repairs. They kept me informed of the necessary actions required to repair the fuel sending units, door latches and other warranty repairs. They also replaced a bilge pump that I was not aware had failed saving me another visit. The only negative I have is the location where they are not located in a No Wake zone. They did add several 20k-40K boat lifts that kept my Sundancer 350 safe and secured. Great Job and Thanks!.

If you are looking for a dealer to stand behind their product and warranty, keep looking. They delivered the wrong boat that was ordered and when we brought it up, they said they wouldnt even honor the warranty. You will regret using this company.

We purchased a brand new pontoon boat while on vacation in Destin. Knowing there was a Marine Max in Nashville we were not really worried if we had issues. Well the transom is cracked, there is no longer a marine max to take it to. We called Marine Max in Destin and Harris Boat in Indiana! After reporting the problem, we received a call from a Harris parts person who said we had to drive the boat over 500 miles to be repaired the other option was a local boat repair place in Gallatin Tennessee that is known NOT to be trusted. Neither option is acceptable so we asked that they send us the pontoon and we would fix it ourself. They said that would break the warranty. Harris Boat in Indiana will not return our calls, we’ve been leaving messages for over 2 months... and the sales man no longer works for the company! We are afraid to transport the boat for fear the motor will fall off the back.at this time I would not recommend a Harris, or Marine Max hopefully this will wake them up!!!!file:///var/mobile/Library/SMS/Attachments/2f/15/8D6754DE-49DE-4089-9A11-CEBBF755A4D9/IMG_0548.mov

Best boat dealer I’ve ever been to. Chris and Leo are the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. Honest and full of knowledge. Jason the sales manager will get ya the right deal. From sales to service hands down the best in panhandle. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. They will get you into your dream boat. I’ve personally bought 2 boats now from them and had 4 friends buy from them as well and all of us have had nothing the best experience possible. They will definitely get all my marine business no matter what.

They have some nice boats but like all boat dealers they are having a tough time keeping much inventory during the pandemic as boat manufacturers cant produce enough boats as their is a shortage of motors and all hardware required for boat manufacturing.

We purchased two boats from Marine Max for our rental company. The boat were purchased in January. They were supposed to arrive in March. They did not arrive. Then they told us in March that Harris lost the order. Long story short, but the boats didnt arrive until July 2nd. They were the absolute wrong boats. These boats were several thousand less than what we ordered. They told us to keep the boats as loaner boats until they could make us the correct boats. Its now almost November and we still dont have boats. They also lied to their attorney to justify giving us the wrong boats.

Worked with Shannon on buying my first boat. These guys all took amazing care of me, let me take it for a sea trial and it was great. They even put it in the water with a full tank of gas for me on my first maiden voyage. Lol great guys and can’t say enough great things about them!

What a gem! I had the great opportunity to work with Leo and he was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and HONEST. We were able to sea trial our new Grady White right there at the dealership, what an incredible location. My husband and I are older and have owned many boats in the past and shopped many dealerships, but I think these guys just earned our business from here on out.

This was our first boat purchase and I could not imagine the experience being any better. We had lots of questions and every person there was patient and very informative. They truly went above and beyond from the first day we stepped on the lot. Sales, financing, service and even the cleanup guys were super!! We live in a boating community but chose to drive over 2 hours to get this superb service. Go see these guys and let them make it happen for you!!

Shannon was very accommodating and is a great representative of your company. We didnt buy the boat but it certainly wasnt because of the salesperson or the experience.

So disappointed in this dealer. Drove all the way from Orlando to purchase a boat, which is a 12hr round trip 800+ mile drive. I was told with complete confidence that this 2017 Chaparral 203 VRX was in working order. When we took the boat for a sea test the engine could barley get the rpm passed 12mph! The gauges started showing faulty warnings and service light went off. The steering could barley be turned. This was a complete lemon! I assumed buying from a dealer was safer then buying private. I assumed wrong.

I bought a used Sea Ray from Chris at the MarineMax in Fort Walton Beach and was treated like royalty. This guy is an absolute professional and will take care of you. I would definitely recommend this marine dealership to everyone. They stand behind their products and are true to their word. And for what it is worth, the service department is phenomenal. They have the best mechanics in the business. Thank you Chris and I’ll be back for that Grady White lol!
