Great Experience. Deana assisted me with new tile flooring in a Condo on the beach. She made sure the crews were aware of the HOA rules regarding work times in the building. She also assisted me with selecting the proper HOA approved sound barrier materials for under the tile. She was able to schedule an entire tear out, sound barrier placement and all new tile in approximately half the time period of 3 other bids and at a very competitive price for comparable materials. I had a small window of time to work with and thought I may have to wait until next year to attempt it but with Deanas help it was complete with a couple of days to spare (met with her November 6th, entire job complete before Thanksgiving guests arrived). John was also very knowledgeable and helpful with answering questions and a pleasure to visit with while attempting to select tile. Based on this experience I will definitely use them again in the future.

I first went to Lowes for carpet because I have family that works there. The measurer stood me up twice. I then went to Home Depot because my son works in the mothership in ATL. It took them 8 days to get out to measure. The guy was prompt and professional, but he said it would take 3 weeks to install. I went to Florida Tile & Wood Carpet One Floor & Home on a Saturday and they had the carpet I wanted in stock. On Tuesday it was installed to my complete satisfaction. These guys are good, I suggest you try them first and skip the big box stores.

What an amazing experience! From start to finish John and Brandon Jeter are amazing and John F is also. They beat every other bid in the area for our job, and delivered a level of service that eclipsed our greatest expectations. They came in and while one group was tearing out old flooring another group was cleaning up and hauling out the rubble. They left no messes, they were professional and respectful to each other and to us and our home. Best of all they were finished ahead of schedule and were through in one week and the job wasn’t small...very Impressive!Bottom line: We got the high quality tile flooring we wanted, at a price below the big box store estimate for the job using a tile of lesser quality, and using a sub-contractor with no vested interest in the overall outcome. The people at Tile One are a family and they treat you like you’re part of their family. They are caring, honest, and we couldn’t be happier! In fact we called them back for another job (for carpet this time) and received the same high quality service!
