This is my second review of this company. My custom vanity top was supposed to be installed today. It is now 2:06 pm. I have contractors waiting to hook up the plumbing. I have not had any contact at all from Kitchen and Bath as to what time I can expect their installers. I call Joe Bailey, and asked him politely if he could tell me what time they were coming. Mr. Bailey said: Frankly, Mrs. Wade, I just got wind of the crap you put on the internet, and I have no idea what time they are coming. I will think about checking and call you back. I then asked him who his supervisor was, he said: Ron Fisher, he is the owner of the company. Mr. Bailey then hung up on me! I called Kitchen and Bath and spoke with the only professional person I have dealt with there, Julie. She said Mr. Fisher was on site, but was on his cell and she would have him call me. To date, I have heard nothing. Julie did check the schedule and said she would call me back with a time. Then Mr. Bailey called me back and said the installers should be here between 2 and 3 oclock. I told him I had a call into his employer, and was going to do my best to get him fired. He said he hoped I did, and as far as me not recommending him to any of my friends, he said: if your friends are like you, I do not want their business. He proceeded to hang up on me again. What in the world has happened to customer service? I will post again, IF I get a call from Mr. Fisher. Until then, buyer beware. Letha Wade
