The older slender lady that works at this Tom Thumb could get some lessons in customer service. She talks really rude to customers. Maybe give her a job in the back somewhere if she isnt a people person.

Went in this morning & staff was very unprofessional. Female working there was ignoring customers & cussing up a storm with her male co worker. Also, outside was very poorly kept. Trash overflowing out of the receptacle out front. Sign of the times I am afraid. Customer service a thing of the past. Lazyness and not caring is the new rule in the workplace. Sad

Horrible customer service. Went in to get a cup of coffee tonight and the first cup I grabbed was splattered with coffee. So I threw it away and grabbed the next cup and the Tom Thumb employee currently working the register got onto me for throwing it away, because they “keep it for inventory”. She then proceeded to grab the dirty coffee cup out of the trash and put it in their office. I’m not sure why you would keep a dirty coffee cup or why your employees think that they can treat customers that way. I’ve never had a bad experience with a tom thumb before or been talked down to by a Tom Thumb employee. I will never go to this location again.

The bigger lady and the manager were extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. I would avoid this one

We love the staff at our local Tom Thumb. They are so awesome! They are always going out of their way to deliver exceptional customer service.

Soooo convenient....always clean and well stocked with everything locals and visitors need. Easy in and out. Super staff!

I live six blocks away, so I am here often. Store is always clean and organized, and the staff courteous and helpful.
