Darwin did an amazing job on my hair, after been too 4 other salons and had bad hair cuts 😩but now found the best of the best right here in FWB Fl, and very very happy with my beautiful hair cut that every were I go I get complements 🥳🥳👏🏻👏🏻So bless to have found such an amazing stylist sweet and very talented. Courtney in the salon was awesome, she did a stellar job and my hair is perfect! The store overall is beautiful with amazing and friendly staff.

Came in town for my Grandmas funeral and of course left my foundation in Missouri. The Ulta greeter was nice despite it being so close to closing (which I would completelyunderstand). Once I told the greeter my situation, she quickly introduced me to Trinity; who was increasingly helpful at matching me to a foundation. She considering Ill probably get tanner while in town and gave me a couple of options of what to get. Much love to these two women.

I had called and asked about picking up a bronzer with curbside but I was on a time crunch. Amy over the phone picked out my bronzer and brought it to the counter and told me I could park outside the store and run inside really quick. (I hurt my knee and can’t walk for distances) she quickly checked me out and even offered to help me out. I appreciate her kindness very much! I love this store.

Kenzie did my hair and she did a great job! She was also hilarious, I’ve never laughed so much at a hair appointment. A really fun experience.

Ashley at the brow bar is hands down the best brow artist in the area. She is extremely good at what she does and has been endorsed by influencers. Go ashley:) Ulta and Benefit lucky to have you.

Diane was wonderful in helping me find the right makeup. I was unsure of what I was looking for and she helped me find the right things. She was friendly and helpful - highly recommend talking to her if you need anything!I had an awful experience the day before with a different sales associate and almost decided to take my business elsewhere, but thought I’d give it another chance just in case... Diane totally changed my mind - she made me want to continue buying from Ulta.

Staff too distracted. Many products dont have prices marked, which is annoying.Expensive. Store is clean. Good selection.

10/10! I came in for a hair trim and I also had a matted knot in the back of my head from being super sick. Margie worked her magic and was able to give me a perfect haircut and save what she could of my rats nest. She is super friendly and does a fantastic job! See Margie for all your hair needs!!!

This is by far the best Ulta we have ever been to! My mom and I were on vacation and decided to get our hair and makeup done for a mermaid photo shoot last minute. All of girls were SO nice. The manager was very nice and was more than happy to work with us (keep in mind this is on a Sunday, with a last minute notice!) Thank you so much ladies! 😊❤️

Dont let them stear you toward Kylee Jenner make up. It cakes and is very very bad! O and lipstick is the WORST it clumps on your lips its disgusting. Its trash. Dont waste your time.

So love ulta and love getting eyebrows done here, today we were super let down by this location and our stylist! I made appointments a month out (at the stylist request) and the stylist had us waiting 30 minutes past our appointment time to get another quick walk in done. No need to make an appointment they will not honor it 👍 good products though.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced in an Ulta store. Love ulta for hair & makeup products at decent prices. At checkout the cashier was very attentive to the products I was purchasing and made cost saving recommendations to me. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend this location.

I called looking for a specific Chi straightener that was on display but couldn’t find one to buy in the store, looked online, and even tried eBay & could NOT find one. I called and (K) Carissa went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for! She even texted me a pic of the straightener to make sure it was the right one before I drove back over! And this was all while she was off the clock ❤️ Thanks so much girl! This is my first ever Chi purchase after years of wanting one! You rock! ❤️❤️❤️

Very disappointing customer service experience. My husband is makeup-savvy and stopped by to pick up a product that the was out in the Pace Ulta and we suspected may have been discontinued. After entering the store, he got his bearings and headed over to the Anastasia collection and the spot where the product lived was empty. He searched around for clearance and looked through that with no luck. He intended to ask an associate to check inventory, but nobody said hello, asked how he was or if he needed help. He said associates actively averted their eyes from him even after making eye-contact. He was in the store a full 15 minutes before he got aggravated and left. He thought it may have been because he was in his work clothes and looked like a lumberjack, but that would be no excuse! Heck, Id think that would warrant MORE attention.Right after the new Ulta opened in Pace, and even still, the associates were very friendly and very attentive, so the fact that its new shouldnt even be a factor. Neither I nor my husband will be returning to the Fort Walton Ulta, at least not until Im sure there has been some turnover.

Has good selection of products for all kinds of people and their different style choices. Wish the salon services would open.

My first time shopping with Ulta, and never wanted to leave this place

The selections were okay but very few of the employees seemed willing to help. They all grouped to the back of the store. I really like the selections and the product is nice. Just really made me feel like I was inconveniencing them rather than getting service.

I went for a hair colour. Looking for a transformation to cover my grey hair but even after colouring twice I still have so much grey hair. They told me to come back another day so they can fix it. An hr before my new appointment I get a call saying I need to pay again. $145 gone to waste . They can’t do hair colour like AT ALL.I have had a better hair colour done by student in Mississippi who was learning how to colour.Would not recommended this place for hair colour.

Ally was super amazing! She gave me an amazing pompadour hair cut that Ive been wanting!!!!!!! Catie at the brown bar took amazing care of my brows!!!! I feel taken cared of and attended to by the entire staff. Highly recommend to anyone who needs help with beauty standards and advice.

I love makeup, so this store is a dream for me! The prices were high, but not any higher than the brands sites. Plus side is here you have no shipping and there are samples to try every color before you buy..thats a must for makeup shopping.

The third time Ive been to this Ulta location and each time theyre seemingly out of whatever Im looking for and Ive yet to be greeted or spoken to by any of the staff. Im not sure what sort of customer service training they go through, but I would assume that greeting customers at the door would be a basic requirement. This was my third and final trip to this location, Ill either order online or go to Sephora.

Wow, I was totally surprised. Never had been to Ulta Beauty and someone told about this place and so went thereand found my color of foundation, which is hard when you have red and yellow tone complexion

Great place to go just didnt get enough blonde in my hair that i wanted will half to go back to have him fixed.

They have just about anything you could ever need. Their prices are a little higher than some of our big box stores, but the service is excellent.

I have had nothing but positive experiences here, from the salon, facial, brow bar to the store.Those that are complaining about someone saying hello or ask you for help...get over it, if you need help ask for it. I get tired of going into stores and you get asked a dozen times. FWB store is new and Im sure still learning on the amount of staff needed at different times. Be happy we have a store and dont have to go to Destin in tourist season.FWB Ulta keep up the good work.

The staffs are attentive and will ask you of u need help but the reason why i cant give them 4-5 stars is everytime i go there is only 1 cashier and the line is atleast more than 5 people trying to check out and then all of a sudden a customer will ask recommendation about the product and the cashier will go and leave the counter help the customer, they should have a back up employee for that just incase the customer need to go back looking for the products or recommendation.

This ulta is better then the one in Destin hands down. And if you’re complaining about no one coming up to you, why don’t you just find someone and ask them for help yourself, they will more then help you. 🙄

I was so pumped they finally got a ulta in FWB but that store is always sooo Hot it makes it miserable to shop there. And since they have been open I have gone there 6 times and 4 of those times they have been out of stock of what ever I’m going to buy. I never had this issue with the ulta location in Columbus, GA. Love ulta but have yet had a good experience in this location.

Wife had a 2:00 appointment, after waiting 15 minutes past they told her they couldn’t see her today. If you can’t keep an appointment, don’t schedule the appointment. Wasted trip from Crestview and the last time we consider any Ulta Beauty for anything.

Aly in the salon and Mallory with skin care are amazing, talented, knowledgeable and personable!So I went to ulta beauty in destin to get my hair colored red long story short I left mortified and with orange hair. Aly not only fixed it to a beautiful wine red, she cut off the dead ends and was amazing during the process. I had trust issues already with stylist but I dont think I will ever go to anyone but her!Mallory is the sweetest girl! She helped clear my skin and gave me a lot of information I didnt even know about my skin. She explained everything she was doing, was extremely knowledgeable of the products and ingredientsShe just really blew me away!As for the store in general the girls there are sweet and helpful. Its a new store and looks just beautiful. Im so glad this one opened up!

Meh...As Ultas go I was disappointed; hoped a brand new store would be better stocked. And service was not great either. The Five Below store that opened a few months did a much better grand opening and the vibe was upbeat with lots of give-aways and snacks too! I spent over $150 today and walked out with no samples offered and barely a wimpy thanks. Now I’m an older lady and don’t spend as much on getting pretty as I did back in my glory days; but I still spend in the 4-figures each year on myself and for family. So a little effort goes a long way in making me a repeat customer!Given that the Destin Ulta (where I’ve always had a pretty decent experience and always samples on even smaller purchases), plus the little Sephora are a few miles away you’d think they try harder- especially a few days after opening.Hopefully they’ll get their act together and treat their customers like they are glad they came AND try at least a little to get them back in the store. I’m headed to Destin for the holiday shopping until they do...

Walked around the Ulta in Fort Walton Beach for 35 minutes, not once did anyone ask me if I needed help. Two employees walked past me and asked other customers if they needed help. I ended up leaving without buying the item I was looking for.
