There are so many good things to say about Good Things Donuts! While visiting the area we happened upon this great little place. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The donuts were delicious. We had a sampler of blueberry cake donuts, chocolate cake donuts, apple fritters and a chocolate creme horn. The blueberry cake donut had a great flavor and consistency. Normally cake donuts are heavier these however were not which we really enjoyed. The apple fritters were cooked perfectly. One tip go early as they often sell out of their most popular items!

Best donuts ever. Beats kk any day of the week. Price is a little expensive not too bad though but its totally worth it. Would recommend it to anyone looking for good sweets. The apple fritters are huge as well and made with real apples as well not that fake stuff . A must have if you enjoy a good donut.

Not sure that you can find better donuts. Great variety, great flavor, and super fresh.I noticed a couple negative reviews referenced them running out of donuts. I really can’t imagine why somebody would write a one or two star review simply because they didn’t get there early enough? Shaking my head and discussed at the way people in this world act anymore.

Always love coming here with my family every weekends the only downside is because they’re sooo good you have to come super early because they sold out of a lot of stuff really fast 😊 highly recommended if you love donuts! Also one thing we wish their drink selection is better, not the biggest fan of their coffee

The donuts are amazing. If you can get any. Most of the time this location sells out by 8 or 9am it seems. Which is ridiculous considering they are a donut shop open until 1pm. You need to get there early to get what you want.

Doughnuts served in a silver platter! And so delicious! The cinnamon twist was the best one, but the cream cheese filled was a close 2nd. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were 2 kinds that were sold out, but the staff member said no problem, Ill go make you one in the back. Will only take a minute. Never had that happen at a doughnut shop before. This shop is definitely worth a try when youre in town.

These donuts are the best around. Theyre open till 1:00 p.m. and the people in there are very friendly. I hate to say it but theyre better than Dunkin donuts.

I’ve been bringing my boy here every Friday morning for 6 years. Even when we moved away 2 years ago, this is where he wants to come when we’re here on vacation. Most people just grab and go, but we like to sit here and chat. Coffee, yoo-hoo chocolate milk, and delicious donuts. He likes the chocolate sprinkle donut and the donut holes. I like the pineapple fritter warmed up, an old fashioned chocolate donut, and a pig in the blanket, heated up. Nothing fancy or new, just really good things.

You should expect good things from Good Things Donuts. I judge a donut place by their apple fritters, and these rank up there as one of the best! Middling size with moist fluffy bread (not crunchy outer layer), decent amount of apple filling throughout, and not at all stale. Though $2.50 for specialty donut may be more than average, these donuts are more than average. Standard for $1 including cream filled though is good price and the quality will carry through to whatever your fave donut is.

The apple fritter was the best Ive had. The other donuts were good, but not as good as the apple fritter!

Eat here, you will be glad you stopped! Oh and the donuts are great!

Quite possibly the best donuts I have ever had, and I used to live next to a Krispy Kreme! Soft, flavorful, with just the right amount of glaze. Make sure you try the pig in a blanket as well! Breakfast sausage and cheese in croissant dough. Amazing. Also the size of the cinnamon twist was huge! I didnt measure it, but it was probably 10 inches long. I will be going back many, many times....

I stopped here on my way from Destin to Clearwater and ordered 1 cream cheese filled, 1 glazed and 1 vanilla lady lock. I am a hardcore krispy Kreme fan but when I bit into the glazed Donut I think my life changed. I never thought Id find a Donut I liked better than than krispy Kreme but this Donut is... Better. It didnt immediately disintegrate into a pool of sugar in your mouth, it had more body to it. Delightful. And later when I tried the cream cheese filled, I was glad I read the reviews and ordered this one. It was such a good balance. Yum! I saved the lady lock and ate it with raspberries which definitely made it better. I am kicking myself that I only tried a few selections here and now Im back in PA, crying that I cannot visit this shop whenever I want.

Excellent!! We love the Apple Fritters! But ALL of their goods are worth your drive!Theyre only open until 1PM...and when your favorite is gone, youll have to go back another day!

Great donuts but horrible customer service and horrible work and professional ethic how do you run out of donuts at a donut shop every single day that you are open hours before you close that is dumb you guys should change your business hours from 430 to 8 oclock in the morning cause thats the only time that anybody can get any donuts if they want

I believe this is the earliest-opening donut shop around for all those early-risers like myself. The donuts are great and the location is even better for anyone in Ft. Walton heading to Eglin in the morning. I was also really impressed with the interior and the presentation of the place. I will certainly be coming back here.

These are the best donuts Ive ever had! The people that run this place are amazing as well. We stopped in to get donuts one afternoon close to closing and they didnt have the donuts I wanted, the employees made a fresh batch of donuts for me no questions or attitude. Str8 FIRE!!! dunkin, Krispy kream, cant hold a candle to it. Hits the spot in the am and the price is good enough to bring a dozen to work now n then when you been messin stuff up on the job. Nobody fires the guy who brings donuts

We happened to stop here while waiting for our car to be serviced next door. This place is delicious! They had a wide variety, friendly service and the establishment was very clean. The outside looks OK but dont be deceived. Its great inside!

This place is an outstanding and heavenly shop to go to. If no place is visited in this general area, Good Things is the place to go. The donuts are soft and perfectly chewy. The flavor will send your taste buds into a state of pure bliss. If you sat a donut on your head, your tongue would slap your brains out to get to it. Simply a must go.

Came here on a Sunday morning around 9 am. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. They made you feel at home. The doughnuts and coffee were delicious! Lots of choices and all homemade. The place was very clean and had an excellent vibe. We ended up staying to eat our donuts because the place was too cute!

Imagine this a doughnut stuffed with cheesecake... Heavy right? Wrong! The cream cheese doughnut is delicious and inexplicably light. Amazing! Everything else the family bought looked amazing and was devoured within 30 seconds.

Came in with my friend and bought a few different types of donuts, when I paid I didn’t feel a need to tip because the lady only greeted us, placed my donuts in the bag, and rang my card. My friend gave a tip and while we were walking out she thanked him for the tip. I just felt that it was rude to be saying that, as if it was out of spite for me not giving a tip for the lady doing her job. Donuts were good though I’m only complaining about the service.

Great donut shop. The donuts I tried were above average. My diet Pepsi was expired though, so I would check the dates on the sodas.
