Friendly and did a great job on all my doors and windows! A lot of custom work; 2.5 years later and still loving it. We had to replace the front window a few times to get it perfect and free of factory flaws but done in a timely manner.

I had 6 people come look at my closet to give me a quote to install a frame and door, and then never heard back from any of them. Luckily I found Hal, who provided exceptional customer service. For us, it has been difficult to find reliable tradesmen in the Watersound / Rosemary beach area ... and I cant recommend Hal at Southeastern Sash & Door highly enough if you need help with a window(s) or door(s).

Got a custom front door, only a few years old. They refused to service glass replacement even though I bought the whole door with glass and everything. Their excuse, “ the glass company that used to work with them was out of business.” I bought the door from them with the glass that THEY installed and now that it needs repairs because of faulty installation, they don’t want to deal with it. Just be aware of this practice if you are planning on spending more than 5k on a door like I did.

My husband and I went to the showroom and were rushed through choosing 3 doors for our home. We were told we would receive an estimate in about 2-3 days. After a week of not hearing anything I called. I was then told I would get the estimate by the next morning. Email address and doors were confirmed. It has been 3 more days and no estimate. Needless to say, we will be ordering doors elsewhere. Very disappointed.

0 stars. I had a customer that wanted to use this company, against my knowledge and past experiences I agreed. I measured my customers front door and was super specific as far as specks for height/ width/hinge shape/deadbolt and handle bore and finish of the fiberglass door.I sent my customer with this spec sheet to order the door, Shortly after he arrived I got a call from the smart guy that was taking the order. He made a huge deal about my door width being 1/4inch bigger than standard, tried to embarrass me by challenging my measurements in front of my customer over the phone,They sent the wrong door 2 times, 3rd time the door was 1 inch too tall/hinge bore was round instead of square/ the door knob hole bore was 1/2inch off, oh now they are installing my door for free after holding up my job for 3 weeks to compensate for their many mistakes. Now I dont get paid for my install. I was supposed to install a gel stain and a storm door, but now my customer is not my customer any more and they will have to find another contractor to finish their job and fix the old doorknob hole and repair and repaint the door frame to cover up their mistake. I will be a advocate against this company to any contractors or homeowners that might consider using southern sash. This is one of several jobs that this so called door company messed up, wrong door sizes/swinges incomplete frames. Its because they are all know it all and are cocky, no modesty... I am a small local business owner. And for southern sash fourth times a charm...

I will never go anywhere else! After sitting down at a big box store trying to order multiple doors and getting nowhere, I took myself to Southeastern Sash and Door. Why I didn’t go here first I will never know. I walked in, was helped immediately, Randy took me through the process easily and was out the door in less than 30 mins! I needed multiple doors for multiple addresses and it’s was the simplest transaction I have had in years!!Thank you!

I was sent to this business today by my contractor to purchase bifold doors. The showroom is very nice. Upon entering, not one employee wore a mask, even though every single patron that walked in wore one. After 35 minutes of waiting, the guy who waited on us was rude (as he was the customer before me) and did not know they even sold bifold doors but found out they indeed do, which were overpriced. Needless to say, I should have listened to my gut and left when I saw they clearly do not care about their customers if EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER that walked in wore a mask and none of sales team did.

Let me start with I’ve dealt with Southeastern Sash before. I had my customer go to their showroom to determine what style doors she wanted. She calls me back and told me the sales guy was very rude to her and so she left. I apologized to her on their behalf and decided to go myself. I spoke with Randy (who was also rude) up front and told him what I needed, two French Doors exterior impact 72x80. Total $3361. He informed me it will take 10-14 days. Ordered 11/16/2020. I called the first week of December and left a message regarding the doors. No one returned my call, a couple days later I called and actually got ahold of someone who told me she can’t find my order and she’ll call me back that day. Of course, that didn’t happen. I went into the office around the 8th of December where they told me they were waiting on the glass to build the doors. But they should be done by the end of the week. Once again that didn’t happen. They finally call me Tuesday afternoon around 4pm on the 22nd of December to schedule delivery Wednesday morning and if I couldn’t confirm that my client will be home then the doors won’t be delivered until after January 4th because they’re closed. Doors were delivered on the 23rd and when I got there on the 28th they’re the wrong size. I showed up on January 4th informing them of the and of course the rudeness continues with Randy but says he’ll schedule a pickup and issue me the credit. Back and forth lies with him about when the doors will be picked up and my credit will be issued, I got with Kevin and who informed me that a 5% restocking fee will be added and if that’s a problem call the GM at Ext 213. Called him still no callback. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ON PAR WITH MCDONALDS.

We had a couple of windows replace and/or repaired. After working on one, they cut the screen and made a new one which is too loose. Also, there is a hole in the sash that no one told us about when it happened. We have left messages, spoke with them several times, but they havent been back out in weeks!! We call back and give them the details and nothing!!!We need to get someone out to correct these problems!!

They supply some of the best quality of doors, windows and trim.. More reasonable than the big box stores.

Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Called them telling them what I wanted, was able to go pick it up within the hour.

I dont recommend anyone using this place. Our sales person was really rude. We had our windows delivered to our house and was told they would be there between 9:30-10:30am and when I tried call them to see where they were no one answered multiple times. Then they finally showed up at 3pm.

It nice people there come fast

They do a pretty good job all around. Competitive prices. Randy won my business a year ago so I drive an hour plus from Pensacola instead of using the local shops right here in town who provide not so great service. Well worth the drive and Randy always gets me what I need.

Staff are awesome despite being busy

We ordered a door and paid for it in full in May 2019. The door wasnt delivered until August of 2019. When it was delivered it was not framed correctly. It was supposed to be a 2x6 frame, but it came in a 2x4. They came and picked it back up after a week or so. Then they said they would have to re-deliver it after they corrected the mistake. It wasnt until December 2019 that the door was delivered. Upon delivery they damaged the door getting it off the truck. We immediately informed them and they told us no problem they would replace the door with a new one. After a month of waiting they called to tell us it would be delivered on a specific day (a week from this conversation). The door did not show up and we were not informed that it wasnt going to be delivered.I understand that this was a custom ordered door and it was very expensive, but after 8 months, I still do not have a working completed and properly functioning door. This is unacceptable and unprofessional and these people DO NOT CARE!

I have not had much luck with this company.The customer service and sales reps they’re all difficult to deal with try it you will see.Good luck to you and your next project in dealing with this company it is time to try somebody new someone hopefully more reliable.

Terrible customer service. Ive left messages for salesman without ever hearing back and, when I changed salesmen, it still takes a day or two for them to return calls. Ive used them twice, most recently for stair treads, which was an acceptable experience, and prior to that for numerous doors, all of which had to be modified (cut) to fit (they had measured all the doors). Ive given up on them this third attempt, as they cant seem to return calls. Go elsewhere to save you frustration.

I’ve never used them. But they’ve done work on the house across from me. Every time they show up to work on a house next to me my yard gets torn up and I literally watch their workers throw trash in my yard.

Overall the process of buying from here has been good. The only problem was dealing with Randy at the front desk. We had several issues with him ordering the wrong sizes and billing errors on more than one occasion. They were able to get resolved by other people which has made the experience and service better.

Paige in HR is a lier who does not do her job and lies to cover up her ineffective abilities to complete things in a timely manner. Shes got the wool pulled over everyones eyes and it will all come to fruition. Karma cant wait.

Very poor service.... Trim got dumped in the parking lot and the wife/daughter having to walk it up. That was with the understanding that the trim was going to be sent out soon which was about 3 to 4 weeks late. Doors were also late and no phone calls were made to let us know that they were not going to meet the delivery date. No real management structure to complain to... All salesman and mine was out of town when all this went down.Got a sorry and no offer to work on the issue other than to come out and cut the trim into smaller sections.... Nothing else but here is the bill.... Damaged the condo building during delivery of the doors... I would spend my $4000 elsewhere....

Completely incompetent staff that does not fullfil their commitments whether its quotes, phone calls, or whatever.Similar to used car salesmen; they try to assess your financial means over the phone to determine the level of service to give you.In my case, they miscalculated and missed out on a lucrative sale.
