Rude staff. Took a deposit for a layaway. Broke my leg the next week and wouldnt even give me store credit for my deposit. Straight up stole from me, wont ever come here again.

Rude staff immediately dismissed me when I said I was not military or law enforcement. One person actually just walked away from me. I took my business to Ranger firearms and made my purchase there.

Probably one of my favorite shops in the area. This is my number one go to for firearms in the fortwalton area. I have a bought a few things from here. The staff is awesome and they do what can to help you out.

Overall a decent store. They often have wide variety of items, starting from music instruments to all the way small firearms. However, often or not their prices are on the higher side. If you shop around you can find better prices either elsewhere in town or online.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If they dont have what you want (or cant acquire it for you), they recommend suitable substitutes or try to help you by referring you to where you should try next.

I went to the store to purchase a safe and the staff walked me and my wife through the store showing us the different models and features. When we decided they walked us through the order and gave us an estimated delivery date. Prior to the delivery date we received a phone call telling us that the safe was ready and setup a delivery date. The crew easily brought the safe into our house and put it in the location we wanted. Thanks to Matt and Amy at Jimmy’s everything was painless.

New to the local area I was looking for a Gun Safe. Jimmy’s was the place that helped me secure my firearms in a Liberty Safe. I’ve been back since for multiple purchases on fire arms. I recommend.

I hope things have changed at Jimmys. Several years ago I shopped at Jimmys exclusively. I purchased guns and ammo reaching into the many thousands of dollars. I stopped buying when it became obvious that the owner would willingly make misleading comments about guns to increase the supposed value; the lady of the shop was only your friend if you were buying. Shamefully, the owner pushed her. There were times when I couldnt get waited on because she was not available. I was her personal customer. Oh, dont get me wrong, I made the decisions, I was the dumb one, no one to blame but myself. I got myself caught up in starting and now have one hell of a gun collection. It is difficult to admit to your own stupidity, but I did have a little help.A couple of the employees are very nice and try to be as honest as they can, I almost feel sorry for them ( if they are still there).I was born and raised when honesty really meant something. It is a shame that it is a rare circumstance today.

Ordered a Liberty safe back in January and was told that delivery would be in March. When I called at the beginning of March to find out when it would be delivered, Roy told me that the safe I ordered was discontinued and he never ordered it. So I order a different one through the Liberty website on March 6th, and was informed by Roy that when that happens, the dealer gets the order and it gets placed to Liberty directly from the dealer. So I ordered a different safe, gave Roy the order number and hoped that it would be put in. Yea, Roy dropped the ball on that as well. He told me that the safe would be delivered near the beginning of April so when I called back to get a time frame, Roy made up excuses as to why it didnt get ordered. Mainly because the guy who used to handle all of that for him left the store back in January when I came into the store. To top it off, Roy tried to up-sell me a different safe in a different color and lock that I did not want and only offered me $30 off the cost of delivery. I ended up calling Liberty myself and doing Roys work for him and managed to get my safe put on the truck to get delivered to his shop. My safe FINALLY got delivered this weekend. It only took 5 months to get it. I would not recommend purchasing a safe from Roy. He puts his local customers first and forgets about someone like me just trying to order a safe. Liberty safes are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone, but go through another dealer to save yourself a lot of hassle and headache.

I went into Jimmy’s looking for a 9 mm concealable handgun. The gentleman took lots of time with me, showed me several options, and ultimately help me pick out a great firearm. It was like I was the only customer in the store. Great values, and great service. What is there not to like?

This business is completely sneaky and unprofessional. They charged my husband 60$ to ship his gun- told him thats how much it would cost no matter where he went- forgot to include the fact that it is actually how much THEIR shop charges, not every single establishment. On top of that, they packaged the gun poorly, risking damage to the weapon. Before shipping the gun and when paying the 60$, there was no mention of a pickup or transfer fee. He was led to believe that the 60$ would be all that he was paying, however upon going to pick up the gun, we were told there would be a 50$ transfer fee but that they would only charge us 35$. So after lying about the cost to ship a weapon, poorly handling the weapon and omitting the fact that there would be an additional charge upon pickup, they still wanted us to pay them. I understand it being a place of business but their customer service and professionalism is terrible. The manager had a poor and careless attitude about the situation and was completely unapologetic. She proceeded to tell my husband that she didnt think she needed to explain to him the process because she thought he was educated. She was condescending and rude. Not sure where this women got her degree from but obviously she needs a refresher in business leadership. Never doing business with this shop again and I recommend that you individuals reading this, dont either.

Jimmys is great! They have plenty of new and used guns and gear, also their ammo prices cannot be beat. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend them to all my friends.

I just wanted to thank everyone at Jimmys. They made what could have been a negative first time gun purchase a real positive by caring enough to take care of me. I have been to this location a handful of times now, and it has been a pleasurable experience each time. Staff is very knowledgeable with firearms, storage, and history of each gun. When showing interest in purchasing a safe down the road, they walked me back to their storage area and showed me all the different kinds of safes offered, prices, and options. I happily purchased a firearm on site, and never felt pressured or coerced into buying this or that. Layaway process was simple, and the background check took maybe 10-15 mins - which is fine with me as it gives me more time to look and plan my next purchase.Great place - great prices - great service. Whats not to like?Also, they are a blue line distributor of Glocks - so active/retired duty, law enforcement, airline pilots, EMT, firefighters, or corrections get very excellent prices that can not be beat locally.

I cant say enough great things about this place. So I recently got my concealed carry permit and decided I wanted to buy a firearm. I shopped everywhere. I went to literally every store in town looking for a good prices gun that fit me. I probably went here 10 times looking at different hand guns. I finally found a .38 Smith and Wesson and couldnt pass on the price.At the same time I seen this ring out of the corner of my eye. It was a 16 KT gold nugget ring with 5 diamonds. I asked them to hold it and they did. Weeks later I came back and purchased the ring. I took the ring to another jewelry store for an appraisal and they asked where I bought it. I told them and they said the place has a great reputation. They went on to tell me if I bought gold from them not to worry because they dont sell crap or junk. The ring appraised for $1800 more than what they sold it for. That speaks a lot for this store and how the owners take care of their customers.Everyone from the owner to the sales team are amazing. From the looks of the store outside it looks like every other but its not. A lot of what makes a place so great is not only the product they sell but how friendly the staff is. Id gladly spend my money here again and I will in the future.

Great ammo prices. If you go here get one of the older guys to help you. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. There are a couple younger employees that will try to rip you off.

Needed a crush washer to finish my new 9MM AR build.Figured a good time to check out a new place.. Reasonable selection but I wandered for 10 mins before someone asked if I needed help.. I asked for a crush washer and was answered with directions to the local lumber store... What?? Is it possible someone in a large gun shop like this doesnt know what a crush washer is??

Ammo is overpriced, weapons are way overpriced. I know there are factors such as availability, supply and demand but it is very difficult to give them justification for as much as they will charge you.FFL transfer is ridiculous $50.For the record I travel a lot, and visit a lot of gun shops.

I have use jimmys for ffl transfer. Their great if you have questions on outfitting weapon for scopes, slings lights and have on hand different types to try or recommendations.

Went to purchase my CCW and was assisted by a professional and courteous staff member. Also assisted me in finding a temporary holster to use until such time my new one comes in. Excellent customer service.

Worst layaway system ever. I injured myself in an accident and couldnt afford to pay off my layaway so I figured they would at least give me store credit. WRONG! They have a policy of either pay off the item or LITERALLY forfit your rediculus down payment of 100.00 dollars plus all your payments youve already made so im out 100.00. Go to Dans discount across the street instead if you need to layaway a weapon because dropping 750 dollars isnt exactly easy for you. Jimmys is bullshit go to Dans and ask for Chris he is friendly knowledgeable and a great guy .

Today was my first time visit to Jimmys. WOW was they busy. Had to to wait a few minutes for my turn, then I was helped. It was a great experience. My wife was fited first with a Glock 42 and I said I wanted a 19 and wal-la two tote boxes appear with two new guns ready to go. Paper work was really fast.Thanks for a good day.
