The Gelato is wonderful they have an italian almond cookie thats mouth watering..just a little expensive for a whole family

Seriously some of the best Gelato I have ever eaten. The coconut was delicious. Creamy and smooth with bits of coconut inside. The chocolate was truly transcending. You could taste the cocoa. Incredible. The lemoncello was bright and refreshing. Worth every penny.

The perfect place at the Boardwalk to enjoy gelato during my familys vacation in Fort Walton Beach, the summer before last. I got an Affogado, the Italian kind of dessert consisting of espresso and gelato, and I really liked it.

We went on a Thursday night and they only had maybe 5 flavors to choose from. They didnt even have chocolate which is a common flavor.

This is one of my favorite places to frequent as a local. Whether I am in Destin, or in Fort Walton Beach...a Pino Gelato is never too far away.We enjoyed stunning views of the beach/pier & Wednesday evening fireworks while devouring some of the best ice cream/gelato we have ever had!The shop is small, but carries a wide variety of items (pizza, hot dogs, wraps/sandwiches, snacks, gelato, coffee/water/soft drinks).My favorites: Tiramisu gelato, Mocha gelato & Strawberry Cheesecake gelato.I highly suggest a visit (and a few samples) while in town (or around town, if youre a local).

Whichever female employee was working on 10/20/21 was extremely rude to my family. We will never go back. Terrible customer service.

Arrived at 7:30pm to be told they were going on break for 30 minutes. I cannot believe a gelato place shuts down during peak season. One unhappy family who wont be back.

Extremely rude service. Went in at around 8 on the 16th of August and asked the man behind the counter if he recommended the gelato shake or the sorbet smoothie and he told me hed rather prefer me order something small and simple so I just ordered a small cup of strawberry cause I was so appalled by his reply. There was another couple behind me as well and we all just kept staring at each other in shock just because of how ridiculously rude the man behind the counter was. Never coming back.

Great ice cream. Needed something sweet after dinner and Pino Gelato fit the bill. Super creamy, not super sweet either.

Best Gelato from PCB to Pensacola in my opinion.Servers are generally young and seemed attentive.Place can be a bit challenging to find. It is inside the Black Pearl entrance to the Boardwalk (signs for Rockin Tacos). Stay right as you enter and youll find the spot near the right-most exit to the beach.

Customer service was amazing. The girl that worked there last night was there this morning as well. Very sweet, and helpful. Gelato was amazing

This place is kind of laughable actually. The only reason they have any business whatsoever is because of high tourist foot traffic at their location. Feels like youre standing in a janitors closet, as they store things all over in plain view: boxes, kitchen utensils, containers, etc. They even have a commercial fridge/freezer in the same space where they take customers. Also prices are unreasonably high. $4 for a scoop of ice cream about the size of a golf ball.

Great food, great location, and great prices! Ashtyn took the time to make our food from scratch and it was delicious! We finished our lunch from there and then returned for dessert. Thanks!!

The gelato is amazing, we actually went back for seconds. The dragons breath there was a total ripoff. We paid $16 for damp cereal. My kids were super bummed about that.

We were stuck at The Island hotel in Hurricane Gordon, and decided to go for ice cream when the cable went out (bored). Sadly they were closed early. BUT! The owner opened back up to serve my wife a chocolate ice cream cone! And it was delicious!

Loved this place! I expected just some pre prepared food, but Ashtyn made a pizza and a chicken Caesar wrap from scratch. It was delicious and the gelato was amazing! And the prices were much lower than I was expecting when buying fresh food right on the beach. We highly recommend this spot!!

The service here was terrible .One person was texting and the other was talking on her phone the whole time .Asked a couple questions and no response .The gelato was good but paid $8 for 3 scoops that were so little it didnt even come close to filling the little cup you get. Way over priced really disappointed. The gelato though was delicious. Will not be returning .

This place was absolutely delicious and I only give it one star less because we came down during their normal business hours ready for delicious gelato to find them closed and us sad.

Went with high hopes of getting my gelato fix. Sorry to say that almost $4.00 for the tiniest scoop (smaller than a golf ball) of so, so gelato was quite a disappointment. It was a joke watching them be oh, so careful not to get too much in the scooper. Go to Publixs for a full quart for same price. This place is a tourist rip off.
