Krista 💯 Great customer service, polite, multitasking and maintaining rapport with the customers using tools to help them with the shipping process

I needed a large file printed on short notice. I called to inquire about their printing service options and turnaround time. The job was ready in less than 2 hours, and I received an email when it was complete. When I arrived Crystal helped me with pickup, and I was out the door in less than 2 minutes. She was professional and very nice. It was my first time at this store, and Ill definitely be back.

The lady at the desk this Saturday morning was so so sweet!2 shipments made quick and easy!

Paid almost $200 to have medication overnighted and it arrived 24 hours late! The store doesnt care. Spent hours trying to get in touch with someone on the phone and finally did to find out that they dont guarantee times or even days anymore. Even though the stores charge more for a guaranteed date and time of delivery, they dont actually guarantee anything, wont refund anything and literally do not care at all about how they are screwing people over! The WORST company and customer service I have experience in a long time. Save your time and money and go somewhere that has people that are actually honest and ethical in their business practices

Fedex is literally the worst. I have my package two day expressed shipped and they managed to make it more than 4 day late. I wouldn’t have paid for it if I knew it would be so late. There is no way to talk to a real person because all they have is automated messages and a robot online to talk to. I’m familiar with technology so it really should be simple. All I wanted was to talk to a human. To top it off the locations close at 6pm which means for those of us who work long hours are not able to get the assistance we need. I’m frustrated and fed up and this is the only place I can leave a review because every link fedex has given me has not worked. Not a single one.

Ordinarily, this FedEx location seemed conscientious and careful. But after visiting this week and observing that there were absolutely no masks being worn by the manager and staff, nor was social distancing being followed, I will be taking my business elsewhere - like Destin, where health standards and protocols are still being upheld. Up to this point I would have recommended this store for its prompt service, but their flagrant disregard for the health of its employees and customers is inexcusable, especially as we are seeing massive spikes in COVID cases in NW Florida.

The Staff has been super! Prepping and shipping several packages every month. Ive received zero complaints from our clients regarding improper packing. Even small copy jobs are met with the same professionalism and assistance.

Went to do a prepaid drop off yesterday and neither employee was wearing a mask. We are in the middle of a global pandemic and its almost Christmas. Im shocked that FedEx is putting their customers in such a vulnerable position.

Two of the ladies that work there, I believe there names are crystal and Krista, they were very helpful, professional and nice. They answered all my questions I had, and were knowledgeable about there job. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing service and help from these young ladies

I do a lot of business with this store. Staff and management are always super nice and go over and above. They will spend the time to cut a box down to a smaller size so I can save a little on shipping. Once in a while they do get slammed and you have to wait a few minutes, but they never seem frustrated as they work through the line. Nice people.

We were there a couple of weeks ago on the motorcycle and brought some items in to ship back home! Both the young ladies there were very friendly and helpful! One item was a big glass antique bottle!All items arrived safe and secure! Thank you both very much!

Terrible customer service I had for the first time. Alesha was rude as soon as I walked in and asked for help. Seemed like she didn’t have time to help me check to see if I have an account. Which I believe I did since I send out stuff each month. Try to charge me $27 to send out three small pieces of mail in a fedex envelope. I said never mind since she didn’t want to see how my stuff was sent last time. As I walk out rudely saying Bye. I have never had this kind of treatment coming to this location.

I share the same views on Alesha. They should really keep her in the back. Not friendly at all. And comes off as just nasty and rude. Almost kind of think she might be a racist. I certainly got the feeling that she hated me just because...

Understaffed here. Dont expect to receive help right away. Employees are very nice regardless.
