I was in this store a few days ago. and the attention was excellent. I do not remember the names of the associates but it was in the morning. there were other clients and they all seemed satisfied with the attention received. the staff looks impeccable and very friendly. also everything was very fast. I think I would always return to this place.

What a great experience!! I walked in the store, and was immediately greeted by Daniel, who was helping another customer. He said hello and that he would be with me in a moment. And, indeed, he was. Such a nice and helpful employee!! I told him I needed to mail an Amazon Kindle to a friend and that I wasn’t certain how to pack it. He took over and was soo nice! He also gave me shipping options and prices so that I could chose. I will ship everything from this UPS store!!! Thanks again, Daniel.

Bad experience on Jan. 26th at 3 pm. The girl helping me had a bad attitude. I told her I was picking up a package and she went back and “looked” and said it wasn’t there.I asked another employee to check and he told me it wasn’t there either, my shipping status said it was signed for by Jake but the girl insisted Jake wasn’t there the day it was delivered. They proceeded to tell me that sometimes the drivers leave things outside and just put a random name saying it was received.The girl asked my name again and I told her, she said “oh wait I think I did see it back there”. Low and behold, my package was there the whole time. I’m glad I didn’t have to make another trip back.

I went in to the store today and had to ship many heavy items for my business. Rachelle is the person that helped me, and was very gracious and helpful. She worked very hard to package everything for me as quickly as possible. When I told her I was sorry for taking up so much time, she said no problem! The other clerk was also very kind to work extra hard to take care of other customers while I was there. I didnt catch her name. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

Theres a major pandemic going on. I wear a mask for everyones consideration. Im also 65 and have a compromised immune system. If you walk into a establishment and find only one single employee there but not wearing a mask then you just assume shes still got one and going to put it on as soon as they get around the counter...not so here. When asked she states she doesnt have to wear one. If a business is making a statement by saying its employees dont have to worry about the well being of its clientele then do they deserve my business? No.

This UPS store had no issue getting me set up for mail services during pandemic, especially well when compared to USPS and others delays and difficulties. Since then, the staff have been consistently courteous, responsive, and have somehow learned to recognize me despite mask & shades. On rare occasion of a long line, the employees have expedited and juggled when able to keep customers moving.

I spent 2 days trying to work with other UPS stores in the area, and the hub with little success. Jake listened to my individual circumstance, and offered a solution to a problem other stores couldnt solve. Jake crushed it.

I’ve been to this ups store on multiple times to fax and copying. All of the personal have been outstanding and go the extra mile for their patrons. I have a ups store closer to my home but I’ve had such great experience at your store that I always come back. Thank you

Let me tell you about how great this place is! The staff here is always professional with absolutely great customer service along with providing a friendly atmosphere. Jesse is always so great and is a wonderful manager. And Layney is so funny along with being a hard worker. And if you have a problem this staff will work with you until youre satisfied.

I had KFC call me to say my package was delivered to their location. Im currently working in South Carolina and not schedule to be home for 6 weeks. I called the UPS, where the box should have been delivered, spoke to Caylan explained my dilemma. I asked if I could buy their staff lunch for someone to walk over and get my package,,so it can be forward to me at my current location. Without hesitation, she told me this would be taken care of and no need for lunch. We are general commercial contractors and work on the road 11 months of the year. Mail and packages is our biggest problem.So we are.trying UPS services for the first time. I have been very impressed with the professionalism and extent the staff go to make my life easier. Spoke with a guy named Jesse who apparently is the manager... Blew my mind because he had horrible customer service and just said I cant help you, have a nice day and hung up before listening to anything I had to say. I spoke with a younger guy the day before who was willing to give me way more information on how I can help myself. Who ever is hiring managers over there gets an F- for this one. I usually ONLY post positive reviews but this guy was horrible. I hope nobody else has a problem or question and have to deal with this guy

Layney was very helpful the day I came in to the store. She took the time to live chat with an employee on the website to help verify information about my return. I did not have access to a printer that day so she printed the label for me after getting the correct return information. She also helped me finish sealing up my package and her helpful and friendly attitude made the entire process easy. If you go in to this store with any questions ask for Layney. She has been there a long time and knows what she is doing!

This store is great. The people are nice, friendly, and helpful. Typically pretty quick, too.

Today I experienced customer care like no other. My daughters medical shipment was missing, Layney at store went above and beyond and finally after hours, she was able to locate my package. I was so happy! She was absolutely wonderful.

I come here all the time for notary services and to pack and ship items. I have never experienced the poor customer service described in other reviews and I don’t understand people complaining about paying for packing materials; you have to pay for them at the post office as well as any other place you would drop off items to pack and ship. If you don’t want to pay, pack it yourself. I dropped off an item today for shipment and it was packed and I was out the door in less than five minutes and my total cost for all materials and labor for a medium size box was less than $10–AND, it was all done in a friendly and professional manner.

I went their to get a passport, the took the picture and helped me mail it out priority. I have also dropped several packages off and have always received quick and professional service.

And they quoted me $5000 to ship my house via next day air to Sacramento California. I was absolutely shocked at such a cheap price for my 4500 square foot house compared to the post office, who couldnt even ship it at all, saying We CaNt ShIp AnYtHiNg ThAt DoEsNt FiT iN oUr BoXeS. What a joke that was. Anyways, I was super impressed with the service of this UPS Store and its location, which allowed me to set my house in the large parking lot outside the store. Just a note for anyone else who needs to ship their house, the person before me stormed out after being told they couldnt ship his 500,000 square foot warehouse as UPS can only ship buildings up to 400,000 square feet. Overall, fabulous experience and thank you for making my life a lot easier!

I gave you one star, but that’s only because it won’t let me give you zero. You attempted to deliver my package to my neighbor’s house yesterday and again today even though I went to your store yesterday and told them of the problem. The neighbor brought me the slips you left stating you attempted delivery but no one was home. There was someone home. You were just at the wrong home. I called to complain, and your customer service representative looked up where the truck was with my package and it was only half a mile from my house yet you refused to have the truck turn around to deliver my late package. I was told I could pick up the package later that night at 6:45 pm. I was also told the store where I was to pick up the package was open until 7:30 pm. Guess what, when I arrived to pick up my package promptly at 6:45, the store was closed. They close at 6:30. I still don’t have my package.

Always get great service here. Staff is courteous, and professional.

Been going there since 1995 have been their customer for 3 previous owners. And yes there are times they are very busy. And finding regular employees that will serve the customer is a challenge. However since I go there all the time for boxes and mail and other pickups I would say a 10 year average is outstanding with their attitude and their willingness to recognize a regular customer.

The workers were willing to do all we asked, but they charged for every little service and even extra materials charge, without disclosing that there would be charges for every item they weighed and for a single piece of tape on a box. If they had a policy of informing customers before charging for items, especially since fees arent all posted, the customers could make educated choices and not end up with a large surprise bill at the end!

Paula and Janice were the ladies that helped me today. They were both very polite and extremely helpful. Paula even helped me carry my packages inside.

The only reason it’s getting a one star is because it made me put at least one. You get charged $1.99 to send them an email and an extra $.15 to have them print out the label. You’re already getting money for the item being shipped through you. That’s ridiculous. There’s a reason everyone else uses FEDEX!

This is the worst and most unprofessional UPS store Ive ever been to.I moved to New York from Florida and had all my personal belongings and household items shipped to me.They lost my packages told me it was nothing they could do about it.After me calling corporate on the store, Janice said they could just refund me my money I spent to send the package in August,now its October and Im still wait on my check.They sent the check and it got lost and they have no idea where its at.So after talking to them again they said they would issue another check and overnight it to a ups store, then I go to the ups store and ask has the package arrived and they said no.So I called Janice back to see whats going on and she tells me they didnt send it and would send it the following day and Janice never called me to let me know I had to call her everytime.Horrible Service!
