From the time that I came in until I left. Lady acted like eating her candy bar was more important, than helping, and that I was bothering her. She had a very bad attitude. There use two be a couple gentlemen who were always very helpful. This lady was not helpful, and very rude. She didnt know what the part was or what it did, not did she want to ask anyone. I usually send people who come to me for appliance electrical parts to Sundberg, as I work for an electrical supply house but I will never again recommend Sundberg America ever again.
