You should definitely be buying your electronics here, I will be from now on! They price match and the customer service is amazing! Kris, Tristan, and Israel went above and beyond to get me taken care of and swap out a defective TV. Seriously some of the best customer care I have received from ANY company. Kris even called me back and worked on the issue after his shift ended! Completely blown away by how dedicated these guys are! Thanks guys, you have been amazing!

The gentlemen in geek squad are life savers! I came in with an issue with my phone with loss of hope due to Apple telling me they were unable to assist me with my issue and there was nothing I could do, I was sent over to geek squad where Nate, Shawn, Colten, & Dylan assisted me with my problem and not only fixed one device but TWO! They are AMAZING & seriously great employees !!

I ordered a washer dryer and was informed at purchase it would be delivered 2 weeks later. I was contacted a couple days before by an automated system letting me know that it would still be delivered on time. I called the day just because I got another call the morning of stating that I needed to schedule a time. 15 minutes later I was told that my appointment for the day of was all good and would be completed no later than 7:30. At 7 o’clock I called just because it seemed to quiet. I was told that there was a problem with the driver and I would not be getting the order and would need to reschedule my delivery. They even noted that could see my call from earlier.I have now been on the phone for over 20 minutes attempting just find where the order is so that I can drive and pick it up. To pick up locally I would need to wait another 3 weeks.I say keep shopping small and local. Yeah the selection isn’t there but the fact that I spent $1500 and nobody cares is enough of push for me to care less about selection.

...meh. I mean, its Best Buy. I wish I could say this one provided a standout experience but they didnt. Store was decently stocked. There were no associates to help patrons locate items throughout the store. Checkout was uneventful.Will I return? Probably. 🤷‍♀️ Its Best Buy and sooner or later youre gonna need something from there.

A bit of a wait to speak to one of their mobile specialists about upgrading my phone, but that was expected since didnt make any appointment ahead of time. Pleasant and knowledgable employees took care of the whole process of upgrading for me though. Overall good experience.

This company clearly does not believe in customer service. Spending hard earned income on higher end electronics, only for them to treat you like you are doing them a service by buying their products. I will never buy from Best Buy again. They will get you will undisclosed loop holes, bait-and-switch tactics, and terrible customer service. Their customer service line will leave you on hold for hours only yo be disconnected. You get better service at Walmart and Target. I would recommend NOT spending your money with this company if you care about what you invest in.

I bought a refrigerator and on the day of install the geek squad called right at the beginning of my delivery window and were there in 10 mins. Reuben and his partner were fast and efficient. We had a baby gate that was in the way so they had to move it and they even put it back when they were done. Reuben also told me all the info I needed when it came to operating the fridge and provided me info to cancel another install I had scheduled because he was able to do it when he was there, which saved me money!

Absolutely horrible service at the laptop section. I just wanted to pickup and checkout. And the lady at the laptop section didn’t even tell me where to pick it up. TERRIBLE would not recommend. Only silver lining was that the guy at the check out was polite.

Physical Best Buy stores may have been surpassed by online electronics shopping for selection and sometimes price, but sometimes theres no substitute for immediacy and face-to-face interaction. This location in particular has some very competent staff and is extremely convenient, being practically walking distance from both the mall and the Purdue college campus.

I havent been in Best Buy for quite some time. Customer service lady was disrespectful to a couple as if they were aware of the changes that were made with the lines and arrows. I stayed back to try to understand where I should stand so I wouldnt be disrespected as well. I had an appointment with the Geek Squad, although I was late the gentleman took me right away. He was very nice and addressed my problem quickly. My phone was unlocked in roughly 35 minutes! Overall pleased with my service. Geek Squad great job! Customer service, on the other side needs work.

I mean come on, 7:00 pm closing time. Some of us dont even get out of work until 5:00, then we have to rush around to be able to make it before they lock the doors? Not worth it. All of your competitors stay open later, and prices are almost always the same or slightly lower.

Great place. Ive always done my electronics shopping here. However, they were sold out of just about everything. I was told something could be ordered twice and both times told o nevermind its sold out. The man also tried to upsell me NUMEROUS time after I declined and told him not to. He was very knowledable but I did not appreciate the upsell. I told him what I needed for my performance computer and he began trying to sell me a gaming computer. BIG difference with GPUs where they are today.

Waited for an hour on curbside pickup before they even came out after checking in online...wouldn’t answer the phone either. Ridiculous, zero attention to what is going on or what is needed. Staff came out and apologized and was very nice. Still is no excuse for the wait.

Its summer 2020 snack cabin the middle of a pandemic and this Fort Wayne Indiana Best Buy is still popping like a disco in 1969. Of course with minimal contact as possible. Best buy offers three different options to buying, one you can simply walk in and buy traditionally, two, you can set up an appointment with their savvy Geek Squad and customer service within certain time periods...**< check your local store for time slots >personnel will greet you at the door. And 3rd you can purchase online and have them deliver curbside to you. Either way guarantees you can get awesome customer service at Best Buy.

JR was very helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. I ended up purchasing appliances and a television. Their prices were better than their competitors and with a lot better customer service. I would highly recommend doing business with them. My only criticism is when opening a best buy card they just approve you for a standard amount, you should be able to request a credit limit amount.

I like to think I am rather tech savvy...…having said that, our friends at best buy are the real muscle behind that delusional belief of mine. I brought my computer to the geek squad thinking that this was the end, left the possibly doomed PC with the experts, went home and dug a hole while we told fond stories. 2 days later when it was time to retrieve my cursed PC they not only fixed it with ease they educated me and installed Webroot. Get this, they thanked me afterwards. I dont know if they just really enjoy cleaning up messes that I have made but Ill keep letting them!

However its not needed because you can do it yourself. They had lines backed up very horribly and staff not listening to what we were saying about an unlocked phone.
