Michaels is one of my favorite stores! They have so many wonderful decorations and crafts. Their customer service is also impeccable. They do a wonderful job of keeping their store clean and offering a wide variety of products. Their staff is knowledgable and they put the customer first! What an amazing place! I found the blanket loom I had been looking for, and the cashier was super helpful with the coupon questions I had! I will definitely be back!

I personally want to thank Michaels for inspiring me even more when I walk in the doors and see all the endless products. I would rather spend my money locally than online and Michael’s really allow me to do that by having just about all I need a more. I will continue to support all the stores in the Fort Wayne area. It was neat and clean and at the time I went very few people were there. The cashier was very nice. It was a quick in n out trip and I found what I was looking for!

#1. My husband found a multipack of clay, they were out of most 2oz clays.which is intense there is 50+ colors. He got to the cashier she scans it, called the manager on the headset and says “yeah this item says I’m not authorized to sell? Yeah ok” then tells my husband she can’t sell it to him. He has run multiple stores in his life. So he asks why, is it an inventory issue is something just not right? She answers, I don’t know I just can’t sell it to you. You should always give the customer answers, they understand more than you think they do.-what this situation tells the customer is that even the manager is not willing to help out or give good service. No explanations, no appearances, just tells the woman to say nope can’t sell it.#2. Clay prices did not match app or online prices. I checked, it was not priced with an available coupon online. It’s price was .40 cents higher in store. Seems like a little, but when it’s only 2oz of clay, that adds up.

Nice store, clean, and well-organized. The associates are pleasant, and helpful.

One of my preferred places for craft supplies. Some of their stuff if pricey but they have good sales.

They had everything I needed to do a house warming vase. It was well received!

They were remodeling the scrapbook area. So the material i needed were depleted. The store looked like it had been recently remodeled nicely, but made stuff hard to find. It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful making up for what they were lacking in supplies

With our wedding coming up we have spent so much on decorations and supplies to make decorations. Almost feel like I live here. Great stuff.

They are very helpful and they seem to know quite abit about different crafting things in the store.

Didnt spend a lot of time looking around, was basically just here for fake flowers. I thought they were a bit expensive and unorganized but okay. A pretty big selection. Maybe Ill like it better if I return and see more of the store.

Found yarn that I wanted it was in a bin that had a sale sign of 5.00 when I went to check out they are stating it was not on sale. I showed the clerk where I had gotten it from and the sign but she insisted that wasnt correct. I left without the yarn. I should have been sold the yarn for what the sign said. Very disappointed because I purchase a lot of yarn from Michaels. I will be finding another place to shop.

A great place for seasonal decor.This location has less baking and candy making supplies than other Michaels stores. Theyve cut back on their coupons since last year, which is disappointing. If they have what you need, its quicker than a trip to Hobby Lobby.

This store is overpriced and the aisles are so small that you cant stay in one place too long to look at something. As soon as someone else comes down the aisle you have to move. Customers come across as rude and so do employees. Lines are long... I hate saying it but you better off going to Walmart across the street.

Pretty well stocked now. Good service. Short wait to check out. Not really enforcing mask wearing by customers, but most people were wearing them.

Great store. Didnt know a cashier was leaving register so I moved up in line, I realized my mistake. Apologized and said Id wait but was given attitude and sighed at and just not welcome feeling. Store itself was great. Workers. Not so much.

Bought painting supplies and canvas. Doubt way more in brushes than Id like but was so happy with the selection of professional ones I went in deep.

It reminded me of Hobby Lobby. Not super impressed, but I wasnt looking for anything in particular.

Kevin in the framing department was an absolute angel when it came to helping me find the earring posts and other jewelry items I needed while other staff where busy at the registers. He was so sweet and he kept assuring me that it was no problem that I was asking him to leave his area (I felt so bad!). Great customer service!

Great Craft store for all your DIY crafts. When doing wreaths or flower arrangements Michaels has a fantastic quality of materials for all your needs in a DIY project.

I love everything at Michaels! The sales are great and I bought a few ornaments to paint and the grandchildren will be so happy to help me. So many inspiring things to do!

Normally great store. But giving a two star for bad curb side convenience this time. Waiting over 20min and two cars that came after me received their purchase first. Had to call into the store to check on mine again. Wouldve possibly been faster going inside myself.

Pretty quiet place when I went. Very bright, too. Employees were kind, and they had an item I couldnt find at any other store.

I didnt enter the store but I have been with my wife. The store is loaded with almost anything you need for crafting.

This is a great place to stop before starting or completing any craft or hobby project. Usually you can find what you need and the aisles are super organized, which I love. 10 points for color coordination. My only complaint is that they seem understaffed. The lines for check out was long and moved pretty slow.

Extremely long checkout line on Black Friday. Surprisingly it only took 10 minutes to get to a cashier for checkout. They had all 9 or 10 checkout stations open!!!! More stores need to learn to do this!!! Why have 30+ checkout lanes if youre only going to open like 6-8 of them.

There are lots of nice items there. There could be a few more associates around to answer questions as needed tho. Its a little pricey also.

During Covid, these guys are pros. Organized 4 posts for Curbside and In Store very great.

Just disappointed with the customer service. I returned some long sleeve shirts and wanted to get the same size in short sleeve. The manager suggested I put the money on a gift card instead of back on my credit card. They ended up not having the same size in short sleeve. I asked for a refund and was told no. The gift card does me no good because they dont have what I need. I was told it couldnt be helped. Now Im stuck. Once I spend this card Michaels will lose me as a customer.

Employees (and clientele) are always friendly and helpful. Im impressed with how respectful they are of my Service Dog and of me in a wheelchair (not hovering, but there when needed).Most of the times that I come here its for yarn. I wish they had more 100% wool, but otherwise Im pleased with their selection and availability.

The staff was very friendly. We had an online order and they were very quick about their service. We had to get some other things as well. The store was very clean. Great selection of crafting supplies for all types of hobbies. Store is always clean and staff are friendly. It is a very popular store and can often have a line so allow yourself time so you can fully enjoy the visit.I recently discovered the option to buy online and pick up in the store same day. This was a nice way to save time. I selected the staple items I knew I wanted for pick up, then I only needed to hunt down my one off items while in the store.

Even though they were very busy the store was clean and organized the employees were friendly and helpful. The cashier Gavin was especially great he helped me find additional coupons online to save me quite a bit of money on my items. Its hard to stay positive during the craziness of holiday season but Gavin did an incredible job!

Great visit. Always a place to park, the store is always clean and well organized. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Selection is hit or miss for certain projects and some items are way overpriced. Just do your research before buying larger items, as finding them for cheaper somewhere else might be more viable.

Went for some Christmas shopping. The store was really busy but they handled everything quick. Theres some neat stuff in there. Will be back to shop more soon. Hope theres still deals after Christmas.

My boyfriend has been in his parents attic looking through things & cancel across his mothers senior photo. She passed away 10 years ago. When he found the old photo(Canvas photo), it had begun to lift up & tear on the edges.So, I went to check on prices & I finally chose to go to Aarons Framing. Staff were all friendly. the young lady that helped me is very talented to be able to look at a pic & be able to choose colors, frames, Matte, make it all bring the photo to life & still keep the beauty of an older style photo. For the quality work that you will get the price is very reasonable. Not to mention they will try to save you money not get you to spend more.

A nice place for crafts. In a super busy Jefferson Point in Fort Wayne with poor traffic management. Prices can be higher than normal, but can be helped with the coupons they often send out if you are a member of their mailing.
