Every single semester I have been here its one thing or another that they didnt order or dont have enough of. Also, youd think they would have ordered enough scrubs for nursing students since this degree has been here for forever??? Useless and rude (Irma). They dont even call you when your stuff has arrived like they said they would. Why arent they ordering this stuff earlier? I swear my dog could do a better job at managing this bookstore

Pretty helpful staff. Usually have all the books for the classes you have if not they will order them. Some books are overpriced though so always check other places before buying.

The Follett Bookstore is really one of the best places to look for college materials. The sorting is done simply, the specific class materials are easy to find, and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Theres not much more one could ask from a school bookstore!

Had to order my books, said they would call me when they would arrive. came to check in if they were, and they WERE.did not receive a call or any email, apparently the worker said theyve been there for 3 WEEKS ridiculous and not very welcoming.

Ordered a book that I only needed for the last couple days of class. Price for the new book was $250. Luckily, a used book came in and I was able to rent it. Ended up only having to pay about $100 which was over $100 cheaper than anything on Amazon. The staff was very helpful and explained everything very clearly to me.

One of my books didn’t come in until the fourth week of classes last semester because they “failed to order it.” My rental was still full price. Fine otherwise, convenient spot on campus.

The only way to get a good price on anything there is to rent a used paperback, or online rentals.Youll have better luck with other online resources.

Went to the health fair. My first time going. Dont know I was expecting, thought there would be more information. Did get some good information on a couple things I was interested in.

The prices are a little high but I really like the staffs assistance. Really helpful and professional.

They have a quick pick up process for online orders and rentals and the merch store is well organized!

The staff I have continuously seen working here for years have always been friendly and polite. No complaints at all really, which is surprising given some issues Ive had with other staff on campus over the years.

Real nice people have been running this site for decades. Selling vastly over-priced textbooks. NATIONAL the textbook industry!

The staff members were very helpful to fin what I needed.

Manager is very willing to work with you and do right by the customer. I missed my return due date and they only kept the late fees and refunded all other charges including book replacement fees!
