Good service when there. However, hardly anyone answers their phones. I called 5 times this evening to book an appointment and no one answered. Guess I am taking my service elsewhere. They must not need my service that bad.

I went in for an engine diagnostic appointment. The young mechanic behind the counter did not even look at the engine, but instead drove it around the parking lot. Upon returning he said to me the engine block was cracked and that I needed a new engine and it would cost me $3,000. When asked to look at it further to confirm or even run the codes he said he did not have time even though the entire point of my appointment was an engine diagnostic. He said he was the shops best engine mechanic and he could tell it was a cracked block simply from the brief drive. I took it to two other shops and it turned out I had only a cylinder 8 misfire. I needed 1 spark plug and a coil....There were 0 signs of any engine crack, or any further problems of any sort. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not waste your time here.

Would give zero stars if I could. I have been a long-time customer with this location at Southtown Crossing for over 10 years. 2 cars. Ive had 2 terrible experiences within a month.I will be calling Corporate today to discuss the latest issue about them damaging my car without telling me. This relates to the first issue I had with them and now makes sense why they didnt want to work on my car.I would have recommended their services a few years ago, but with the new staff that they have and the lack of staff to properly work on your car, I no longer recommend this location. I am now taking my car to another repair shop after almost 20 years of their service. They have done a disservice to me and it both saddens and angers me.

Terrible service! They are doing some promotion where which ever employee gets you to sign up for their credit card makes money off each sign up. I was bribed to do it and even told they would discount my service. I was told they were busy but if I signed up for it they would get me in right away. I turned the credit card down and they made me wait forever. To the point to where I almost walked out. Just to tell me they cant even help me after all that. They also said they would check my blower fuse to see if I need a new blower. They pop the hood and just stare at the fuse box. Then tell me all the fuses are good, without pulling any out. LMAO!!! You people are a joke!

Great service. Quick. Didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. Used them for tires for many years on multiple vehicles.

A friend of mine had an oil change scheduled for TOMORROW morning, and recieved a call telling her they had to bump her appointment... by HALF A DAY. She told them she wouldnt be available, so shed have to cancel. She simply got an ok from the person on the phone. Really? No attempt to set up another appointment? Im just glad I dont take MY cars there... with customer service like THAT, its a wonder they stay open!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I never leave reviews but the service was so awful that I had to leave one for this place. Rude staff and bad experience every time we go. This will be the last time we make an appointment here. I’d rather drive over an hour away because I KNOW I will get better elsewhere.

Love this place I do come to it whenever I need something done correctly they are professional they talk to you as professionals theyre very hospitable and I do recommend them their prices are fair if you need something done right this is where you go the sitting area inside is nice with a TV table coffee and bathroom that is clean good job guy I give you two thumbs up you havent let me down yet

Do not bother with this place. My wife and I took her 2001 malibu here for new tires. We went to pick up the car after the tires were put on and on the way home we noticed that it was making a loud wheel rubbing sound so we took it back and told them about it. I told them I was not sure if it was something they had done or if it was just coincidental. They said they would have a tech drive it and try to figure it out. I was standing by the front glass windows and I saw a tech get in our car and exit the parking lot. When he exited the lot he had the wheels turned hard to the right and he floored it. I could hear the squealing inside and saw smoke coming off of the brand new tires that we had just paid for. He proceeded to slam on the brakes down the road at a stop sign and floored it again. They ended up replacing the front tires upon my request but they were not happy about it. The tech was a guy named Randy. Only good thing about this place is a guy named Joe that works the front counter. He was great. Stay away!

Car was left at the shop overnight. Personal bags were stolen out of the vehicle and employees admitted that it was locked and not broken into. Clearly happens while in the shop but was told there was nothing they could do, had no cameras to see where it went, and sorry about the stuff. Told me to file a police report. Clearly care about their customers and property here. I wouldnt take another vehicle here if the service was free.

After setting up a appt via the hotline and getting there they had no record of it. Said they would get it done. Gave up and left after a 90 minute wait

Brought our Jeep into them because it was making a noise when turing. They inspected it and gave us a list of things to replace, almost $1200. Had everything on their list replaced and still making same noise, now theyre saying its something else and charging us to inspect it again. Stay away from this place unless you like being taken for an EXPENSIVE drive.

Quick and professional service.Was here for less than an hour for an oil light checkup, turned out to be a leak, issue was fixed quickly and without error.

Liked the hours are easily workable as Im busy a lot. Fairly quick service. They looked over everything in my car with my oil change. But dont know what some terminology means on the repair list. Overall, Good place to go. Much better than other places (like Midas).

Just bought 3 new tires on 4/29/20 just checked them today and notice they forgot to put a valve cap on one of my new tires. Ridiculous!

Completely satisfied with there customer service and support. I had warranty issues with a two-year-old set of Firestone Tires with 30,000 miles on them, they honored their factory warranty,and replaced the defective tires, all four at a very reasonable price! I am satisfied completely, and would recommend them to friends and family, the store manager is Tom. Very professional.

Everyone is very kind and they delivered great service at a reasonable price. Im grateful for the information about the tread on the tires, I wasnt aware it was bad.

I have been going here for 12 years now and havent ran into an issue yet. I have gone to other places and never felt like I got the most out of the visit for the cost. They have pretty steady traffic and get to you in a timely manner. I normally go in for an oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and the normal system check done and average around 40 minutes, and that includes topping off window washer fluid and topping off tires. Staff is friendly and Im always told about deals and ways to save money.

Always get great and honest service. Have dealt with the newer management team Tom and Steve numerous times and I always feel comfortable and taken care of. Will continue to visit this location for all my maintenance needs.

They have a horrible service I took my car in and they said they did the wheel and balance alignment and when I was driving my car was swerving and I checked and everything was still the same the steering wheel was still cricket and they didnt do anything to my car and I still payed 😡

I had a low tire pressure alert come on and because I had bought my tires from a Firestone and they were still under warranty I decided that I had to take them to a Firestone to get them checked out.First time walking in, I didnt have an appointment so of course they couldnt get me in, so I made an appointment and left.Second time, I had an appointment, I was sitting in the waiting room for over an hour before someone came out and told me that they wouldnt be looking at my car that day and that I needed to make another appointment. They offered to give me an oil change and tire rotation for free so I figured it might be worth it.Third time, I get there at my appointment time, it takes them an hour to even begin looking at my car, three hours into the visit they tell me that my tire cannot be repaired and that they will have to get the tire from Columbus City because they dont have the tire in stock.If you must go here, plan for them to have no concept of your time.

I was told by them after a oil change the water pump on my ford ranger is going out and it would be 500 after labor and parts i said id think on it due to the fact ive never seen it leaking antifreeze took it too the new shop i go to riches they said nothing is wrong with my water pump funny thing is its a year later and my water pump and cooling essentials are fine these guys are shams

I went in for a tire replacement after hitting a pothole. They didnt have the tire I needed so I accepted a downgraded version. They were very busy so I was patient with the service level. A few weeks later I went to Meineke for a standard tire rotation. They called me unable to complete the rotation after they found that a technician from this Firestone location had stripped my wheel lock key, ruining it and causing the Meineke mechanics to spend over a day boring out and replacing all the locked lug nuts, costing me hundreds. Now I dont even have wheel locks.

Would have loved to give them my business but they dont have a lift for lowered cars.

This place just always seems dirty. No matter if you come first thing in the morning or last minute before close it just always seems and feels dirty. Some of the staff are good others not so much.

I do NOT like to blast companies for doing WRONG as I try to let them correct their mistake (as we all make them)....but for Firestone Complete Auto Care by the SouthTown Walmart in Ft.Wayne, In. should be ashamed of themselves!!! My wife simply walked in asking for assistance as her tires were low (indicator light on). She asked if they could please check them and air up the tires to the proper inflation. They told her...We do NOT have an air compressor and recommend you go to Walmart!!! So after she called me and told me this information I called Firestone and talked with Jeff the manager.... I asked if he indeed had an air compressor (which ALL tire shops have) and he said yes! I told him what my wife said and he responded back with no one came in and I just asked my other guy (which he did not as I was still on the phone with him and heard no such question)...so in short... Firestone Complete Auto Care are nothing but liars and will NOT assist a WOMAN that needs help... especially in the weather conditions were experiencing with the cold and snow! Shame on you and your employees at this location...my family and friends business will no longer be needed! Good day 😡😡😡

RIP off. Over charges you. They will fix things that does not need to be replaced. They triple charge your parts and lie about it. If you to someplace cheap go to Jose Auto

First time customer, they left the key on and killed a brand new battery. Put enough charge on it to get it out of the shop. Pulled it out of the bay and parked it outside in 6 degree weather with a negative wind chill factor. When we went to lift the hood, the wind just about ripped it out of our hands. In a building full of mechanics why would any of them think that hitting the numbers pushing cars through and not taking care of this issue was more important. When I ask the manager why the truck wasnt left inside to get a full charge, he said the bays were full.... I know my dead truck was in one. Amateur Hour on the southside

Best place to get a decent price for a tire and rim. I searched all over fort wayne of places last minute before an out of town trip and needed a spare. No where could I get a spare that day! Thebprevious spare I purchased from another dealer was not even the corrwct size to my car. Come to find this place with great customer service and a decent price to purchase a tire and rim.

The service guy Steven had excellent customer service, and he didnt take all day with my car!! Plus he fixed the problem.

They find out whats wrong with your car, and if you dont have the money to pay them up front, they still let you know everything thats wrong with your car so you can take it somewhere else to fix it. It cost a little money but not much like ten dollars to diagnose.

I have been coming to this Firestone for years. I had to call the corporate off nurmous of time. The techs has falsely diagnosis my car more than once, fix what they diagnosis and the problem was still there. I would have to spend extra money to get what i needed fix.

Friendly staff. They were having trouble figuring out the online order and appt. I had to reschedule and they acted like they could not do the free alignment check. They ended up getting it done though.
