Place is great but the staff makes them shine! Always have taken care of me quickly, reasonable prices and if they dont have a tire, usually next morning they will. For my business needs, they keep me going!

Do NOT GOT TO THIS PLACE FOR TIRES! I had my car dropped off to fill 1 tire because it was flat from the weather and I dont have an air compressor. When I called, they lied on the phone and said they had done ALL 4 tires, which I had not asked for. On the receipt, it said they had only done miscellaneous for 2 tires, WHICH I HAD NOT ASKED FOR, for $35 a tire! $35 a tire for air!?? If you have any tire problems, you should go to Tire Brokers on Wells. Its 2 minutes further and the people are HONEST and dont throw in EXTRA things to make more money. Never again will I come to Hubcap Express and I implore everyone on earth to never go there either.

Brought my tire in here after a dealership told me I had a bent rim & other things wrong. Came here for a second opinion & these guys went above & beyond. Found out my rim was not bent & they rebalanced my tire for me. I didn’t buy it from them & they didn’t have to do that. These guys are honest, fair, & have earned my business. Check them out! I really believe you’ll be pleased with their service.

We were referred here for our tires. Went in for the first time and was looking at replacing all 4 tires and rims. Will NOT walk back in. Both guys working were in the back yelling at each other. Didnt even know that I walked in. Not taking my car somewhere where workers arent paying attention to anything except whos right and who can yell the loudest.

I had a hubcap fall off and I lost the ring that goes around it. I brought my hubcap in to see if there was anything they could do. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They found an old ring in the back room to try. It worked great and they said no charge. Now that is the definition of great customer service. You rarely see that type of small town service anymore. Highly recommend!

All I have to say is wow. I simply called to ask a quick question and was greeted rudely by Tom. I pushed this aside and asked my question which was cut off by No, go to discount tire... I work in retail with very laid back managers and i would have been written up or fired immediately. What a dic . The only reason they get 1 star is bc i had to click on it as an option to review them. They dont even deserve 1 star.

Horrible experience. Also I heard another customer being told they charge $50 or so just to put on his new tires. They are out to rip you off. They charge for replacements on defective parts. No such thing as a fully covered customer backed by what is to be a warranty when you purchase anything from any store given you come back during that warranties grace period.

They always treat me right. Had them look at 4 tires and a spare on my truck. One had broken the seal, one had a nail, and the others needed air. Fixed me right up for not a lot of money. And gave me a quote for 4 tires for my Honda Accord....decent price. Not just hubcaps people !

They get one star for having the Rim i needed. I was on the phone with them n they said they had what i needed and priced me for it n everything. When i get there, all i get was a bunch of tude. They did not sell me what very desperately needed.Dont matter they are a bunch of nasty mouthed over-priced hustlers anyway. They bullied while i was in my truck like 2 thug nasties before i left too. Hubcap Express is overpriced and the ppl that work there suck.
