HORRIBLE !!!!!!! I have had a business account with them for 17 years . They screwed up my billing. They cant fix it at store level. Pass the buck to 1-800 # and they made matters worse. Trans you all over after you tell the them situation 5 or 6 times to 5 or 6 different people.. Still have not fixed the problem after 3 phone calls and spending an hour on the phone each time. Use another service. If you have to use ADT, dont let them set you up on auto pay.

Really frustrated. Had service scheduled for 1-5p window. Then I get a call from the technician saying that he’s running late and he’ll be coming at 5:30-6p only to get another call saying it’ll be 7p! My whole afternoon and now evening! Had to postpone because of dinner plans with my wife.
Professional and polite.
The installation technician worked hard, did everything with quality in mind and communicated clearly and concisely the whole day. I would strongly recommend him and ADT to anyone and everyone!
Our service has been great! Customer service has been wonderful to work with. It is important to note that we have not had any issues and have not had to contact customer service for any reason other than setup. So far 5☆ and do not foresee a reason this would lessen.
I am livid with this company, who informed me of a mandatory upgrade and my service has not worked properly for 6 months because of their local contractor, Defenders. They had the nerve to charge me for a service call for their mandatory upgrade on an overpriced service that goes up each year. If this charge is not reversed I will be canceling my service and finding another company.
Service is great and installation was very fast and professional. Very pleased.
