I have been doing business with this company for the last 7 years. I own an English Toffee company in Indianapolis. I needed a 100lb order on quick turnaround. My best option was to pickup this order at CK. I was told that if I picked up this order, all of my future orders would have to be pickup also. What kind of customer service is that?

I have made some orders with CK products before and have received great assistance with the process of determining the shipping cost to Puerto Rico, since it is not possible to immediately see how much will the shipping cost be at the time of placing the order. WIth the previous orders, a representative called me to inform about the shipping cost to decide if I will proceed with the order. This time I called them, placed the order with a representative and she wasnt able to tell me the shipping cost right away, which I understood. She told me that they would call me later. They did call me as they have done before, but since the shipping cost was 3 times the amount of my order, I decided to cancel. The employee was ok with that and hung up, but soon called me back to tell me that they have to charge me a percentage of the order, which for my order was about $40, because they had already packed the products.I dont think it is fair that they didnt give me the opportunity to evaluate if it was a good deal for my business to order from them because they dont have the tools to estimate a shipping cost when the customer is placing the order. Now I had to pay for something that was absolutely out of my control and that could have been avoided if they waited for my confirmation before packing the products of my order.

Smooth delivery. Receiving is open from 8am-4pm.

We have to work 60 hour weeks because no one wants to work here. Why work here, when you can work at Costco for 2 more dollars an hour?

I had an issue with a product made by CK Products. I called their customer service department and spoke to a wonderful representative who took my number and promised a prompt response. Not only did I get a phone call within hours, but the excellent gentleman who dealt with me treated me like a treasured long time customer. I was more than satisfied and will actually seek out this companys products. What a delight to deal with these great people!

Great prices on items in bulk. There is a minimum order which makes it difficult to get small amounts but Im sure it saves us on shipping in the long run. They have worked with me in multiple situations and seem happy to help even with special order products I couldnt find elsewhere. My only complaint is that if something is not in stock you have to pay attention to your invoice and reorder it next time because they cancel it without notification or option to send it out when it is in stock again.
