When I got my first car the dealer never paid attention to me even though I was the one checking out the car and was going to buy it…. He only talked to my boyfriend but at raptor I didn’t feel like that at all. Nick was the best! He would talk to me and he also helped me by sitting down and discussing what I wanted. When we found a truck that fit most of them I wasn’t sure because a couple things were missing. Nick helped me find what I was missing and helped me with the pricing so I was able to get the stuff that was missing as well as the truck! He also made the buying process very smooth and stress free!

I purchased a 2015 Ford 150 form raptor and within the first 3 months of ownership the engine locked up. This was a 23000 dollar truck that I purchased with a warranty and the warranty company will only cover 2400 dollars of the engine replacement after a teardown to point of failure which cost 1500 dollars so in reality they only cover 900 dollars of the engine replacement. Please be aware of this place theyre not all about the family experience like they claim. In fact they are just about making money and trust me they made plenty of money on my trade . Has anyone ever had problems with raptor automotive out of fort Wayne

!BUYER BEWARE!Bought a Cadillac Escalade from raptor, a couple years ago (with no signs of body rust), and within 1 year the inside of every door, and a few of the quarter panels rusted through. I had it inspected by a body shop, and they said it looked like it was a flood truck.Brought it back to raptor and they didnt care that it was literally rusting through, and just told us to buy a new car, from them.As of today, Ive also had all 4 wheels lose air from corrosion and they arent reparable, every body panel has rust, as well as many mechanical components have needed replaced, due to rust.Not going to fall into that lack of customer service again, but its apparent, that by how fast this vehicle is rusting, the vehicle may be totally deteriorated before the payments are done.Fyi, they have positive reviews, because they give you a slight discount on your vehicle, if you give them a positive review before you sign off on your vehicle.
