Ralph and the team at Volvo went above and beyond for me! I live in Indy and chose to lease my Volvo in Ohio. They offered us a way better deal and better to work with. I was going to get my car serviced and Andy at Tom Wood. There was a four month wait to get an oil change. I set my appointment with Tom Wood and then called back twice to see if there were cancellations or if it was possible to get moved up because I would be beyond my 10,000 mile limit for service. Nope. No willingness to offer any explanation or solution. So I decided I’ll call Fort Wayne. I told them the situation and they literally drove a rental car to me picked up my car had it serviced and brought it back the next day to my house. Now this is not a usual circumstance and I realize what they did was beyond what I would expect. I am so appreciative of them and will continue to drive two hours because of this. Thank you Ralph and the whole service team!

Have to say, their vehicle service and customer service department has been one of the best so far. Consistent text/calls to keep me posted on updates regarding parts ordering, insurance side of things, as well as getting loaners ready etc. Courteous and kept the time by getting all the stuff done within said time. Vehicle feels good as well. Definitely dont mind the 2hr 1-way drive for this. The only thing I wished for was them to be in Indy or they did a pickup drop service for the Indianapolis area.. 😆

I’ve owned 3 Volvo’s and absolutely love Volvo! I will never buy anything else.This review pertains to the Service Department only.I took my 2013 S80 in for a headlamp failure and tail light re-wiring because my regular mechanic could not fix. (Ugh—dealer service centers are always more expensive.). So, I had Tom Kelley Volvo quote the repair at $3,066. After my heart started again, I opted to get a second opinion. I searched for a non-dealership repair center who specializes in imports. I found a reputable one and was quoted $800. The quote from Tom Kelley included parts I did not need. I only needed to replace the Control Module to fix the headlamp. Tom Kelley Volvo quoted the Control Module, the headlamp, and the ballast at an extra cost of $2055 I would not need to spend. Oh, and they said I needed to replace my battery for $273 because it registered low. False. My battery is fine. It was replaced 3 months ago.Word of advice—always get a second opinion on major repairs!

Ovye had several helpful conversations with him about the buying process and additional features of the vehicle, and he talked me through how to build one online so he could review and price it goty me once next years model is released.
