I ordered a Thanksgiving platter for my office Thanksgiving. I requested it the same day for delivery at 11:30 am. The store manager Stephanie, delivered it personally and early! I couldnt find a florist to deliver to Huntertown, so I found Edible Arrangements that said online they would deliver. I ordered a birthday arrangement and it was delivered on the day I chose. I didnt pick a time, as I know that would be inconsiderate and impossible to ask of any service, knowing they are busy with many customers. They did their best and they delivered.My mom loved her arrangement. Shed never had them before. I am so glad she loved the candy, fruit and balloons. So much better then flowers. I would have spent just as much on flowers and been charged for delivery. Mom cant eat flowers and flowers die.Thank you Edible Arrangements for great service and a great birthday surprise. I will use you again.

Over priced dipped fruit. Paid $5 to add a ballon and my recipient never got the ballon. Talk about taking away some of that special wow factor.

Ordered 2 dozen chocolate covered strawberries. They were very fresh and delicious. Packaged in a very elegant and quality heart box. Wife wasnt home at time of delivery and the delivery driver waited instead of leaving it outside. Very appreciative of that. Absolutely recommend for quality and service.

Just overpriced. I paid 50 dollars for regular chocolate covered strawberries and it takes FOREVER for shipment.

Travis, who I understand is one of the owners, went out of his way to insure they got their arrangement after they werent home when he initially tried to deliver. I have ordered from this store 4 times since the grand reopening and I have been extremely satisfied every time! They have really great frozen yogurt and smoothies now as well as all the arrangements you can order. Service is great! On one of my orders they delivered chocolates to my wife on Valentines Day at the time I requested right before her lunch break. Pricing can be expensive, but always worth it. Highly recommend!

If you order online, I think youre okay. However, if you have to actually pick up the phone and interact with a human being, youre likely in for issues. Somehow real-life customer service was skipped here during the online ordering generation. Both individuals I spoke with were very young and were not very well trained.

I called today to order an arrangement for someones birthday, which that person does not celebrate, so I wanted to do something special. When I tried to order online I noticed there was not a delivery time, so I called and the vendor said they do not have set times only before 5 p.m. So what if the person gets off before 5 p.m.? She didnt have an answer only that they deliver before 5 p.m. My suggestion is that maybe you should consider having set times for deliveries, you would probably make more money. Sometimes being convenient and available for customers will increase your clientele and make someone who really needed that gift happy!!

I sent my girlfriend here to get nice chocolate covered strawberries. She called ahead to verify the price and availability, but they neglected to tell her that they were order ahead only. She drove to the store and was turned away service because the lady who makes chocolate covered strawberries has gone home. It looks good, but poor service ruined this experience.
