The customer service was very polite and knowledgeable about the products I asked for. Prices were very decent. Very nice stuff in here. Will be back for more. My son loved his gifts from here

One of the most fun stores anywhere! If you like comics, movies, Avengers, Marvel, Star Wars or anything your standard geek likes, then this place is paradise.Personally this visit, I got 5 pairs of Deadpool socks, a darth Vader polo, Captain Marvel polo, and other fun stuff.

Place no longer exist in Glenbrook Mall anymore, the store closed down 2 weekends ago.

Special thanks to Emily (the manager) and her team for the quick reaction during yesterdays active shooter scare. Her team got my entire family and many others evacuated in a safe and orderly manner. 5 stars isnt nearly enough to express our gratitude. Thank you for going above and beyond the requirements of the job!

Great store with great stuff for the geek in your life

Think geek is a nerds oais. They have just about everything for every fandom. You will geek out over and over through out the store. Im always amazed at what they have to offer and the quality if their products. If you are looking for a gift for the geek in your life, this is the place to go hands down. You wont leave empty handed that is for sure. The staff is also really fun also and helpful, you can tell they really enjoy being there and helping you find what your nerdy little heart desires. Such fun shirts too, including one of my favs!

Love this store and the staff. Everyone is always friendly and asks if anything is needed. Today they went above and beyond offering to help with pop preorders before I even asked.

Have bought a few stuff here staff was nice and kind asking if I had any question feel free to ask. Selection of nerd and geek items are great. Sometimes you can catch good sales.

My wife is really into collectibles like this in particular Marvel and some anime. Its not my strong point and I stopped in some places in the mall looking for something for her, but was struggling on finding anything. Annie and Joe really helped me out and my wife loved what they helped me pick out. She demanded to know where I got it and now we come here often!

This has quickly become my favorite store! the staff is friendly and helpful, and the selection and quality of the items are great. I love the Loungefly handbags, tshirts and socks selection. I always spend a fortune when I visit this place because they have the BEST stuff. I love the pop culture merchandise! My only complaint would be its very crowded but that is simply because everyone loves this place ;-)

They have a lot of merch from a lot of movies, tv series, and video games. Pokemon, Star Wars, Star Trek, Marvel, Mario, and a bunch I didnt know. Clever interesting stuff, some odd and a lot of figurines, t-shirts, board games, mugs. Knowledgeable employees who were friendly and helpful. We didnt see anything from Undertale.

If you want some cool merch related to a show you like. You need to check this place out. There is always a deal going on. ＼(≧▽≦)／

Great store overall but really pushy about getting pre-orders for items that they fail to stock or order enough of. Im sure its how the staff is trained but trying to make customers feel guilty and insinuate its some how their fault the store doesnt order an antiquate amount of popular items to create a false sense of oh you better order it or youll never ever find it again! Is just idiotic and bad business practice. People can ALWAYS order the same items in your store cheaper online, being able to go to a store and buy it without having to wait for shipping is the ONLY perk you have as a brick and mortar location. I will keep shopping in store but if I have to order it I may as well order it cheaper online. Granted I know its not the staffs fault, but who ever is managing should really reflect on this advice and look at how many stores have closed because they chose to do the exact same poor practices.

Excellent variety and great finds for a specialty store. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store is smaller and a bit cramped but worth the shopping experience.

My first experience was great, I loved the people who worked there. They where so helpful and kind. I just went in today to buy a Christmas present for my brother. And not only where the prices wrong on the tag beneath but the guy behind the register did not give me the proper money back and looked at me like I was stupid. The employee next to him took over and apologized for the inconvenience. Then took 10 minutes of my time counting her drawers and took calculations just to give me $11 back and a 10 dollar off that had expired! I gave the Male employee a twenty dollar bill and he gave me change that was not properly handled to me so some dropped and I got a quick sorry have a nice day. Its such a nice store and some of those employees are so kind, but then it ruins my experience with something with a simple fix like that.

Super rude staff member Emily. Had an item shipped to store from Thinkgeek in Tulsa. Tulsa store told me to call Ft Wayne store and tell them it was coming. Tulsa accidentally shipped the wrong item. No big deal, wasnt upset. Staff in Ft Wayne scolded me because now they were stuck with an item they didnt need and that I shouldnt have been the middle man in this at all. I responded that it wasnt my fault if they sent the wrong item - I was very specific about which item I needed - and that I was told by Tulsa staff to call them and let them know, and that these are things she should be telling Tulsa staff, not me. She said Well theres no point now, we are already stuck with it. Honestly enraged right now that they would scold me, when Im the one who didnt get the item here!
