If you want every customer in the pharmacy to know what medication you’re picking up, your name and dob, go to this place!I am in awe at how many hipaa violations I saw being committed.I called the pharmacy the moment my child’s medication was escribed in. I told her I’d be on my way and gave them an entire hour to type a rx and stick a label on a box. But still wasn’t ready. They told me it was filled elsewhere even though my mychart message showed it was cvs DuPont. The pharmacist told me to call my insurance company to do her job for her..Only go here bc it’s required by insurance. But I’d rather pay out of pocket and go to a different pharmacy after this last visit. Why do people go here??Go to a pharmacy where you are valued.I know I’m done after this last visit.
Tried to make an appointment and accidentally made the wrong type of appointment, and the nurse or whoever was “helping” me told me to go online and figure it out myself. Very rude.
The pharmacists were very rude to me on the phone 😔. The pharmacist I spoke to cut me off and hung up on me before I could ask a follow up question. I only got to ask one question and wasn’t able to resolve a pretty simple issue: canceling a prescription. I had to call twice just to get this simple task done.
Walking into the store it is usually better stocked than others. Trying to call on the phone is impossible, as the machine will not let you talk to a person. It will tell you it will connect, then say it can’t connect & hang up on you. If you need something, they probably have it. If you want to call on the phone call somewhere else.
Inconsistent with online services. Went and tried to take a COVID test at that location 3 different times. And each time they moved my rapid test appointment to drive they after showing that my appointment was Rapid . I had screen shot the message to prove it. Terrible service.
Thelma was very rude, told me never to return to the store.
I’m in the parking lot, in a lot of pain and wanting to purchase a heating pad and Tylenol, when I realize that I have forgotten my wallet. I have called TWICE, gone through all of the ridiculous prompts just to be hung up BOTH TIMES as soon as I ask if they accept Apple Pay! Unacceptable customer service!
I had a good experience both times I went. The lady pharmacist was knowledgeable and helpful. Due to the pandemic a lot of people are under a lot of stress I take that into account before going to different stores.
This store continues to go down hill. Had coupons that THEY gave to me based on a previous purchase and I attempted to make the necessary purchases but the computer would not take them. After spending 30 minutes trying to get checked out I left with one item with none of the coupon used. Even the manager could not get the problem taken care of. Stop cutting down trees to pass out all of these special coupons so the customer can throw them away unused. Time to change to Walgreens.
My appointment was canceled as they did not have COVID-19 testing supplies. Long story short, couldnt cancel appt at Minute Clinic, website was uncooperative, called 4 stores-even more uncooperative. I was given phone numbers that didnt work. I was even told to go to the local fire dept. as they were more reliable than CVS. This has to be the worst case of customer service I have ever seen. I need to get tested but not getting any help and cannot schedule due to poor, inadequate appointment scheduling program. How does a company of this ineptitude even stay in business? I will never, ever do business with CVS ever again.
Super slow and they are rude at the drive thru.
The pharmacy assistant with red hair is very rude and short every single time she waits on my family. I have witnessed her attitude toward others at the window as well. If she does not like people or customer service she needs to look for a new job. I am now switching my prescriptions across the street to Kroger.
Overall very good Pharmacy, friendly staff, good prices. Would recommend.
Waited at the Rx counter for at least 5 minutes and was never greeted or acknowledged while 2 employees talked on the phone and 1 counted pills. Then a car came to the drive thru and the pill counter went to help them and left me standing there without even a go to hell! Ill never return to the store and will be transferring my rxs to a different pharmacy.
It is scary the rate of errors they commit, and all the worse because they do not learn from it nor correct it. Be safe, stay away.
Went in to get a thermometer and meds for my kid. Spent like over $40. Got home, medicine wasnt in the bag. It was closed by the time I tried to call. So I stopped in hoping they could help me out, had to drag in my sick kid. Basically told me theres nothing they can do so Im out $10 and some medicine for my sick kid. Super frustrating, I suggest going to Walgreens across the road. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the woman who helped me out the first day was friendly, even if she accidentally forgot to put the motrin in the bag.
I have gotten multiple prescriptions filled here and never once has it been correct. There’s always an issue; Either they don’t have the full amount, Or they have called me too soon for me to pick it up, or they don’t even have it ready after they have called me.
Good customer service and always seem to have all the medicine in stock to fill my prescriptions
Always prompt friendly service at this location.
Went to go exchange some change for cash in all quarters that equaled about 5 dollars, and this 60 year old cashier simply tells me “no”. Extremely poor service and it’s not even 24 hour so yeah this place sucks I’m going to Walgreens.
Ive had too many issues to continue being a return customer
This has to be the slowest pharmacy I have been to.
