Asked for 4.5 wedding ring size for my wife, it came in at 4.75. It was loose and kept falling off, when we asked multiple times for it to be resized, they told us every time that If you gain weight then it wont fit! Lost the ring 3 months into our marriage because Jared wouldnt resize, and every time I complained they said their records showed we asked for the bigger size and didnt show any requests for resizing. Thanks for being unhelpful and not doing what we asked, we are now buying a new ring from another store and will be sure to remind all friends never to use Jared.

I was initially greeted by I believe Kristen?? Not exactly sure, but she was excellent and super nice. We began talking about what I was looking for and she then recommended Karla(Assistant Manager) to come help me with more of the details. Karla was super nice and friendly! She did a great job helping me and showing me different options before I purchased anything. She was very patient and informative! Once I went back(about a week later) Karla was off so I believe Cam helped me through the purchase and he was also excellent!. Overall, I thought everyone was super friendly and everyone did their job exceedingly well!!

Jared the galleria of jewelry has a little bit of toooo nice employees Joanie has been so unprofessional sending my boyfriend non stop snaps back and forth telling him to come see her very late at nighti will come see you Joanie :)is there a manager to make a stop to this! Kam is the man to look for when you need an explanation of quality in diamonds or any other jewelry. He is what you call a true expert in his field. I would never trust to buy a diamond or any other jewerly from anyone else again. He is very friendly and takes his time helping to make sure the customer is completely satisfied! Kristen at Glenbrook Jared was PHENOMENAL to work with. We had gone to other stores ring shopping, but had such an amazing experience with the OUTSTANDING customer service at Jared that we wanted to give them our business. I cannot recommend this store and this team enough. Kristen was always available to us if we had questions or needed assistance with something during the process. She was very informative, professional, considerate, and she went above and beyond for us. She even welcomed us in at her store’s closing time to show us a piece her store got in and never once rushed us out because they were closing. We couldn’t have had a better experience with this store & with Kristen-she was just as excited for us as we were when we found the perfect ring. I cannot say enough about this store. I thought this was a respectable company. We bought my engagement ring from this location for over $8,000. We came back and bought another ring and the gemstone fell out after a few months. I called this Jared’s thinking we were valued customers but we were told we would have to pay to have their faulty work fixed. I’ve rarely even wore this ring and I take impeccable care of it, but the quality of their work and their customer service is not comparable to other companies. Be careful purchasing from this company or this location as they will not assist you once you’ve stepped foot out the door. We have found a locally owned jewelry store who can repair the ring and has treated us as valued customers. I implore you to support local businesses who take pride and value in their work and not support a chain who does not care for your repeat business or loyalty.

Good experience other than COVID-19 closing stores and making it hard to communicate with vendors.I designed my my fiancé’s wedding ring and was able to place find and place a lab created diamond into a platinum ring. Staff and management followed up on my order that was placed before shutdown and got it in quickly after reopening. I even got a nice discount on the purchases. Just do your research before you go and they can price match any diamond that is the same specs from mostly anywhere.The price of the warranty was not steep and covers the center stone. Though it’s a large chain, I was impressed we the prices and customization.

The jewelry piece that I have purchased from jared ended up being poorly made broke four times in adoration of six months, last time I went for the repair of my jewelry I decided to purchase a molvado watch watch for my wifes birthday, shortly after purchase the watch discontinued working, they sold me a broken watch, the date of jewelry repair was the following day which happened to be my wifes birthday the repair didnt happen on thats day they were extremely unprofessional,rude,lazy, unmotivated they disappointed me with the cheap quality and with overpriced jewelry . I will not return in the future or ever and I wouldnt recommend to go there unless you like cheap quality and outrageous prices, worst experience in a jewelry store ever.

Getting engaged is supposed to be a happy experience, but going with Jared has been nothing but stress. First and foremost; they never explained they’d be mailing a bill with JARED written all over it to my address. My now fiancé checked the mailbox before I did and the surprise was ruined. I would have chose email billing or had it sent to another address if it had been explained to me. I now received my first bill. I signed up for a 12 month payment plan with no interest. Upon looking at the bill, I see that I am not set up for that plan and am looking at 24.99% interest. I called Jared during open business hours and they gave some whacky answer as to why they couldn’t help at this time and to call back later. I WILL NECER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY. NEVER AGAIN - I purchased a Tag Heuer watch from the Fort Wayne, Indiana store and am experiencing horrible customer service. A $4,300 watchs customer service treated like a Timex from WalMart. The watch went in for warranty work in August and still has not been finished. Yes four months later and no end in sight. I was notified I would be charged approximately $800 for the repair since the brand new watch wasnt under warranty. Tag has a standard 2 year warranty. The problem is Jared never got the watch registered as they told me it was done. After battling with employees that could care less I was in their store, who just said Call Tag, I got Jared to finally get it registered. But now four months later still now watch. I have made numerous visits to the Jared store wanting to know where it is at. Same response, It takes about 4-8 weeks, we will call you when it gets in. I told Jared repeatedly to find out what the hold up is and NOT ONE CALL to give me status even though I told them repeatedly to do so and they said Absolutely we will find out and let you know the problem. NOT ONE CALL. I am beginning to think they lost the watch. At this point I guess I will have to take legal action to get my stolen watch replaced. Jared is the only Tag Heuer authorized dealer in Fort Wayne, so I am contacting Tag Heuer to recommend they find new representation for their high end product that cannot be represented in a manner that it should. No product knowledge by sales staff and very low end store for the product. FYI - Their other brands are Citizen and Bulova, so I think they are in over their heads.I have purchased two more Tag Heuer watches in the last 60 days and neither from Jared. They are losing my business even as we speak. Nice lost commissions on two $4,000 watches that they would have gotten if they didnt screw this one up. Fortunately I found out about their ethics before I bought the other two.

I recently went to Jared to get an old ring re-sized. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made me feel like we had known each other for years. I’m giving one star not because the quality of the jewelry. It was being lied to by a new employee trying to get commission. Now, I used to work a job that was salary plus commission as well, but NEVER DID I LIE to a customer about what perks came with my sales. I was told that if ANYTHING happens to our rings, necklaces etc. we have bought we can get a replacement piece. I made sure to ask several times if the insurance covered LOST, STOLEN, and damaged. And was told YES. Now my husband and I have spent thousands of dollars on our pieces of jewelry from this location and a different location... & I’m highly upset that my husband lost his wedding ring at work.. now we can’t get it replaced and I’m furious. It’s unfair they throw away a customer over a $100 silver wedding band. It’s more than the band it’s the symbol of our marriage & now we don’t have it. We bought the insurance to be covered in events like this one. Now we are out our wedding band. The man asked if we would like to buy another one out of the case. Well when we upgrade our rings here in a few months and years to come... WE ARE TAKING OUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE. Wasn’t even offered a discount for being lied to, nothing. So, you all need to ensure you train your employees not to lie to customers for a sale. It makes you lose lifetime customers. So when I spend my 3000 to 6000 grand plus on a new set, you won’t be getting our business if you all don’t reach out & make this right. I would give zero stars if it would let me but it makes me give one star.

Our first experience was good when my husband bought my engagement ring, and that was last May. But when we tried to purchase my wedding band back in March and they had to order it in, thats when it all went downhill. I realize everything with covid has affected everyone...but that is no excuse to still not have a wedding band 3 months later. I didnt even have a wedding band for our wedding in May when I was promised multiple times that I would have one. The General Manager was absolutely no help at all. I was always the one who had to call her about my ring and when she didnt take me serious enough, my sister in law and husband had to get ahold of her. We still didnt get anywhere, she always gave us another excuse about why they still didnt have it. At one point she told me she was ordering me a new ring from a different location and have it to me by my wedding day. But she never actually did. I have never had such bad constomer service. I ended up purchasing a wedding band somewhere else yesterday and will get it tomorrow. Why couldnt Jareds do that for me?

Wonderful experience. They didnt pressure us to open a credit card and they kept things in the price range we set. Stacy was wonderful and spent at least two hours helping us find the right engagement ring. We were impressed with the service and the selection of settings and diamonds. Jared is the place to build the perfect ring, not find a crappy pre-set ring without the guarantee of a diamond with a serial number. We had been to nearly every other jewelry store and Jared was the best.

I’ve been using Jared’s for 7 years in other states and have only had issues with this location. My ring always comes back dirty after a cleaning and I have to leave it with them again and make another trip for pick up. They still do not have my rings all under one name (even after wasting an hour for the employees to try and figure out their own system and the manager assuring me it was taken care of) and it’s a hassle to track down my info to check my rings in every single visit. Extremely slow service. Always seems to be new people so no one ever learns how to do the job! If I could take my ring elsewhere for my warranty, I would!!!

We bought a wedding ring at Kays and her wedding ring at Jared’s, they are sister company’s.So if the ring from Kay’s needs the white rhodium plating Kay’s takes it to Jared’s to have them do it. Sounds good right ?Here is the problem. The customer can not take the ring directly to Jared’s, for the rhodium plating, it must be taken to Kay’s where they fill out the paper work and MAIL IT to Kay’s which can take up to 2 weeks and in the case for Fort Wayne, Jared’s is outside the mall and Kay’s is inside the mall. It takes two weeks to get your ring back from Kay’s to mail the ring to Jared’s which is right outside the mall or in other cases they will just walk it over to Jared’s them selfs them self’s and walk it back to you in the mall. Jared’s can pull all of your information up no matter what sister company you bought it from, but if you take it directly to them for any type of Servise they will charge you, rhodium plating is $50 for them to fill out the paper work basically. Instead you take it to any sister company even if they are side by side Kay’s has to physically walk it over for a process that takes a half hour ends up taking days or weeks. All so Jarred’s can make $50 off of you. I’d never buy from either company’s again. I have the full warranty, I am suppose to receive full Servise for free. Prepare your self to be hassled by terrible management at Jared’s.

Scare tactics were used to upsell a product, making you worry about the quality they offer. I went ahead and purchased a 4200 ring for my fiancé. The main stone fell off two days later. Returned it the same day. The initial charge went through the minute I swiped the card but I’ve yet to see a return transaction 2 business days later. Don’t go to jared, Kay or Zales! You’ve been warned.

Came in today to get my fiancé’s wedding band resized. We got my promise ring, engagement ring and now his ring resized to a larger size. They usually do it fcfs same day, just depends. Today Arseta helped my friend & And the manager (I didn’t get her name!)
