Worse service I r received from Zales in 8 years! They have poor communication and not there when I look to see hours.:( Even home office is a runaround to try to get an issue resolved. I e been without my wedding band for over a month and still not fixed and still sitting at the store. I call and barely get anyone to answer. So it’s day after day and still no answers???? I highly recommend to go anywhere but here. Sadly this is business as they say.:( awful!!!!!!

They NEVER answer the phone. Went to get my ring resized and was promised two weeks and that didnt happen. Ended up getting married with no rings. Its been three weeks and Im still waiting!
Got my ring to me ASAP and they where very professional when we where in store and on the phone much props to the staff here!

Well lets see I ordered ear rings cuz I lost one out of the set my boyfriend bought me for v-day then it was found so they didnt cancel my order I got the new ones 2 days after order but I can not return them by mail so no I have to sit and wait for the store in town to open and last see we are not in stage 3 of reopen so they can be at 75% capacity and NOPE NOT OPEN I WANT TO RETURN THESE DAMN EAR RINGS ALREADY !!!!!
If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Pathetic. Very sad how the manger handles her staff. Very very disappointing.
Recieved a call last night that rings were in and they would open today (tuesday) at 10am. Got here at 1045am and they are not open. Waited for about 15minutes before calling mall management where they were very respectful and reached out to see what was going on. I drove 40minutes here and have to now wait another 30minutes for district management to get here to open... I have dealt with Abigail the whole process who had great customer service. She told me she was not going to be in today but so and so would be here to take care of it.... guess I should have waited till Wednesday for her!
I have to get my ring inspected every six months here. I wish they would get a new toothbrush to clean the rings, because the one they use looks like its been there since the creation of time. Also, some of the jewelry displays are kinda dank, and need repairs/updating. Overall the staff is efficient.
My fiancé bought me a beautiful ring from Zales, which he gave to me on New Years Eve. I took the ring in for it to be sized and they told me it would take 4 weeks; it isnt done by the date that I was quoted and the staff was very rude when I called and asked the status of my ring. 5 weeks to get a ring sized is quite a long time! On my 6 month warranty check, I had lost a small diamond on the band. They took the ring to replace the diamond, and told me it would take 5 weeks to be returned. It took almost 7. I picked the ring up yesterday, and it is still missing the same diamond that was supposed to be fixed in the 2 months that they had the ring.
The Piercing Pagada is an off-shute of Zales. I had an MRI several weeks after a fresh piercing. I got a double, paying over $100. It showed that while we paid for 14k earnings they had metal in them, do I was forced to take then out. In that time they had both closed off. Im out $100! Dishonest business practice!
I drove over an hour to get here and when I showed up, the store was closed because someone forgot to show up for work. Store hours are open at 10:00am. I ended up sitting here for almost 2 hours before anyone actually came to open the store. This is the most pathetic customer service I’ve ever experienced!

DO NOT GO TO ZALES! I had my ring resized and less than a month later, a diamond fell out. We took it in and they said they would repair it, make us a brand new ring, and we would get both sets. This sounded too good to be true so we asked multiple times of we got to keep both sets and they said yes. 3 weeks go by and they tell us the rings are still not in. On the day of return printed on the receipt I went into the store and they said the rings would not be in for another week. They said they called to tell us that but they never did. By now, almost 2 months have gone by. 5 days later the new ring came in and I picked it up. All was fine. One week later we got a call that the original and repaired ring was in. When we got there, they told us that we did not get to keep both sets. They wasted their time and money to fix the ring and our time calling multiple times and going to the store multiple times.
Honestly too much to say but zales can smd
They helped me out with a broken item. They helped me find proof of purchase & made it right with me in timely fashion. Thx ladies
VERY RUDE AND LYING STAFF, have had nothing but problems with 2 rings we purchased there. definitely do NOT recommend anyone to go here
Poorly run. Manager walking around with her shoes off . Shopped there for many years and it has gone down hill over the years .
I got my ring sized in store and when it arrived it didn’t fit. I ordered a new one in a new size, and it broke within the 1st day of using it. Their website also did not work so I had to come in store to order my ring. Don’t recommend to anyone.
Have had nothing but good experiences there, have bought various jewelry, including my wifes engagement ring and have had no problems getting it cleaned and inspected, if a diamond is loose or missing they fix it for free since I purchased a lifetime warranty, some of these other reviews are ridiculous and sound like they come from spoiled children
They have lost my ring twice and when I tried to find out where it was they were very disrespectful towards me
