Plain and simply put: Excellent. DKM has printed close to 100 items for myself and my business and i have never left unhappy. Customer service is great, design team is great and their product quality is excellent as well. Huge variety of products to choose from and very easy to work with.

I have been trying to contact DKM for over a week for an invoice that I was charged for but never saw or approved. I have not received a call back or email back from anyone. After 3 bags in two weeks were damaged by DKM I do not feel I owe them any money and when they ignore my requests to talk about the issue at hand and get nothing in response I cant help but be frustrated. Now I will have to dispute my credit card charge. Just what I feel like spending valuable time doing.
Theyve got a HUGE selection of shirts, jackets, coats, and more. They work with multiple apparel suppliers so theres a selection for any need. They store your logo on file, so theres only a one-time digitizing fee, and future embroidery charges are very nominal (mine is $6). Theyre also able to embroider what you bring in thats not from their suppliers. I was also impressed with their order turnaround time, as I received my windbreaker a full week before the expected date.
Worst place ever. They consistently messed up the patches on my jacket so now I’m redoing them all myself
Brought in a jacket, they told me they could have it done 9 days later no problem. I called on that day and was told maybe two days from now but dont hold them to that. I then asked for the manager and he got it pushed up to be ready the next day. Ok great, but it took talking to the manager to get that.Picked it up today and the lettering is crooked. Front desk lady blew it off and said she doesnt handle production. Nothing can be done with it now. It will have to do as it was a new jacket I brought in but this is not the quality I expected and the workers seemed nonchalant about getting it done and the quality they are putting out.

They used to be pretty good, but itd be nice if they didnt have multiple people simultaneously go on vacation, preventing me from adding patches to my high school letter jacket
