Great professional installation and training session with our dogs. Its great to be able to let them run in our yard and not worry about them! Would recommend to anyone, best money we have spent to keep our dogs safe!

I have reviewed DogWatch of Northern Indiana before, but I have to say that once again they have proved that they are simply the best. We had an issue with several of our fully trained hounds. I messaged James really early this morning, and he was here at 8am. Who does business that quickly? Easy answer, DogWatch. Great product, absolutely. But what really makes them the company that I will always recommend is the service and support they provide. When James arrived, strangest thing. My dogs were all four out in the yard, and immediately they just knew he was a dog lover. No barking. He took care of problem and headed to his next call. We will never use another company. I cannot recommend them any higher! They are the gold standard.

We love our DogWatch system. 4 years and no fuss. Never have to call them out to adjust signal strength for an outlandish fee like with Hidden Fence. I replaced a hidden fence transmitter when we bought the house after comparing the brands. Up front cost was the same, but long term the savings is huge. In 4 years Ive replaced the battery only 3 times. The wireless generator for the house is great for keeping the dog out of the carpeted rooms.

I cant begin to rant and rave about how awesome James is. We just bought a new house and have two 5 year old dogs who have never been able to roam free. We initially had some issues with our closing and james happily worked around our schedule. He was available for questions and concerns PRIOR to him getting paid and he responded immediately. The installation process was quick and again, a wonderful experience. James worked with our dogs and made sure they were catching on. I was at work and he even sent me a picture so I could see how good they were doing. We are about a month in with the fence and the dogs are doing so well. They havent gotten out once, and they more than know their boundaries. If youre even considering using this company, I hope this review seals the deal. I would recommend James over and over and over again!

What impressed us the most was that he explained not only his product but how his compared to others on the market without bad mouthing the competitors. Super impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of James and Colton. Our dog watch had a split. With their neat little split finder gadget, James located the split. Very quickly, the gentlemen dug in the area, repaired the split, and put my landscaping back together. They offered to check the battery in my dogs collar as well. We have had Dog Watch for 3 1/2 years and I just got my second battery today. We live in the country in Wells County and have never had a single issue with our system installed around 2 acres. Our Golden Retriever trained easily and rarely if ever tests her boundaries. The investment is worth the peace of mind knowing she wouldn’t be hit on the road or wander off our property!

We could not be more pleased with Dog Watch Hidden Fence and James our instructor. We have two minature schnauzers. One is 7 months, the other is 12 years. James showed us exactly what to do.. our dogs never felt threatened, but grasped the idea quickly. At no time did James do anything that was uncomfortable for our Max and Molly...he left us instructions AND a video of exactly what to do. We installed another “Invisible” Fence at our old house. The instructions were rather inhumane... and we stopped use of the fence.. we have complete trust in DogWatch Hidden Fence and James.

Their radio/collar technology is superior and now they have web access to the system so we can see when the battery needs to be replaced, how active our dog has been for the day, and most importantly, if and when she is getting warnings and corrections as she learns the boundaries of the yard.James was great to work with and really knows his product and how it compares to others. We purchased under ground fence thru Dog Watch Northern IN 7 years ago for our two labs. Its the best thing we ever did for our dogs. It gives us peace of mind when they are outside. They have NEVER tried to leave the yard after they were trained. In fact even without the collars they do not leave the yard. Also, when going for a walk we always go out thru the driveway. A few weeks ago we tried to take them out thru the back yard and they would not go. We had to go out thru the driveway. I HIGHLY recommend Dog Watch and their products. Very respectable and honest company!

We have had Dogwatch Hidden Fence for 10yrs. Never have we had any issues. We have had them come out and repair the wire a couple times because we have accidentally cut them. Last summer we had to put one of our dogs down. In October we adopted a pit bull puppy Dyson who is full of energy. Keeping him on a tie out isnt fair to him. Our old receiver still worked from our other dog. We called Dogwatch to have them come train him. James was super nice and very informative. Would recommend Dogwatch to anyone!

I have a basenji and a Shiba Inu that like to be outside but I didnt want to shorten the yard with a fence because my two kids like playing outside too. James did a clean install on the power box. He made sure to take enough time to answer my questions and show me exactly how to train my dogs.
