Fence looked great, problem was that they did not know how to figure out property lines, my fence missed my property lines by about 6 on both sides of my house and then flares to my property line at the back of the fence. I live in a cul de sac so the wedge that my fence gives makes my house and property look really funky. Product is great, just really missed my property lines. I had to stop them before they even started because they were going to go past my back property line by almost 20 feet. I should have stayed home and double checked everything but I trusted that they had people who could read Platt drawings... I hate being the guy who leaves bad reviews, if this gets fixed I would give them a 5 star hands down, just bothers me because it cost me almost 10000 for the fence.

Called to set up a schedule for a quote and was told theyd have a rep call me back to setup a schedule to survey the area.... three weeks later after no call, I called a competitor.

We contacted R&C Fence about a vinyl fence at the end of July. Today on 9/17/19 they finished my fence after 2 days of work! It is beautiful we are so happy with the fence. I don’t have a bad thing to say about them. They took care of all of the leg work, calling 811 before coming out, bringing all materials, and informed us of the work needed to get the permit in the county we live in. We will definitely refer them to anyone who needs fencing done! Thanks guys it’s beautiful!!

Favorite commercial and public works fence company.

The installation was extremely fast and professional. Our black aluminum fence looks incredible. We get a lot of compliments on it. And when the fence location was a little off they came out and moved it for us. Excellent customer service!

UPDATE 7/11/2018: So I am happy to send an update on our fence install by R&C. Its been around a year since we had the fence put in and have had no issues really to speak of. There have been a couple things that I have had to have them come back out on but it was merely cosmetic issues and they were prompt.Additionally I needed to have my gate adjusted because of the ground shifting and it starting to sag, they stopped out and fixed it for me straight away. So the issues of before I mentioned below they really seemed to work on and I couldnt be happier still.Well done R&C. I am happy to recommend you to anyone that asks me.**************************************************************************So far I am enjoying my fence quite a bit. The installation was done well and the quality is really good.The reason for the 3 stars is the communication from the company was next to none after I paid them. Now to their credit, a couple days prior to the fence coming out they did call to make sure it was okay to come out however, emails to my sales person have gone unanswered and I had explicit instructions for the guys putting the fence in prior to them showing up that werent passed down.Additionally, I paid to have the dirt removed from my property but it was only dumped at the back part of the house in a wooded lot. That is by far not worth the money I paid nor the expectations I had for the amount I paid to have it removed. Emails to the company have also gone unanswered.All in all a good company and a solid fence installation, but they still need to work on their communication and after-the-payment customer service a lot.

Had R & C install a fence a couple years ago to help break the wind that we were experiencing in our patio area. The fence has done the job, it still looks great and the installation process at that time went smoothly. Just a good experience overall.......

This is our first time having to install a fence so we werent sure who to go with. We chose R &C and had a wonderful experience. The manager was awesome, very kind and very professional. It was so refreshing to experience that! The workers were very prompt and delivered the fence in a timely manner, despite the freezing cold January temps. The fence is beautiful and we are very pleased with the price as well. Great company and very trustworthy. Cant say enough good things about R & C.

I was treated rudely on the phone. I will not use them when we hire someone to do our fence. Good, respectful customer service is very important to me.

I believe they have people lying for their 5 star ratings. I didnt own my house when they put it up, but every time the wind picks up parts of my fence has fallen over. Its not level at all and used really short cheap nails to secure the 2x4 to the post. I went through myself and secured it properly with long screws. I have a back ground in carpentry and this is a fine example of fast sloppy work yeah it looks nice but its also slap up construction at its finest if you use this company check the materials they are using to fasten your fence. Still think its funny they put a metal plack on the fence with the company name I wouldnt claim that shotty work.

I had fencing installed eight years ago. The fence was falling apart after about 6 months. The salesman called screaming at my husband and myself over the phone because we were faxing pictures to their office to prove what was happening. The salesman finally came out and saw the fence literally falling apart. The fence had to be rebuilt. The gates were never done correctly. The construction was done with straight nails so over time, the nails come out. The copperwood was what I purchased. It has held up, but cracks in the posts and the finials on top of the posts were cracked when installed. The construction was guaranteed for 5 years. However, they refused to come out anymore to fix the gates saying they had done all they could. If the construction of the gates had been done properly, they would not have needed to come back out at all. So beware using this company. I have and never will recommend them to anyone. I have actually told several people to not use them and they were glad they chose someone else after talking to several former customers.

No farm fencing.

Would highly recommend.
