I had a side diamond fall out and the head was bent holding my big diamond. I mailed it to them because I live a couple of hours away. They received it and sent it to corporate (because of the side diamond work needing to be done) and had it back quickly. I got it back in and its beautiful!! Thank you so much for the awesome customer service and quick work. I will be back.

They added a link to my watch band. They are always very helpful and attentive while not being pushy. Joanna is great.
