Love this store! This is the only place in the vicinity that carries my absolute favorite hot chocolate brand: Equal Exchange (slave free and delicious!).Great place to buy gifts that do good beyond the person you’re buying them for!

I just ordered jewelry online from their store and the necklaces and earrings are gorgeous! I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to order online and also to see the jewelry looked just like the pictures on the website. The shipping was very fast. They also have an amazing cause and mission, lots of integrity, and high product standards so I just love everything about this store.

This store has always been my go to for getting special gifts. They have so many beautiful things in their store for such an awesome cause!! I wanted to get my daughters teachers something for teacher appreciation because of COVID their store was closed. So I placed an order online hoping it would come in enough time and they hand delivered it to my house 2 hours after I ordered!! This is such a special store doing great things!!

I stopped by this place with my brother and sister while walking around downtown. Its an incredible shop. I was mesmerized by the stories regarding some of the items they had in store, and some of them are heartbreaking, some of the heart-warming. I highly recommend this shop as something you check out while downtown. Youll love it.

A little pricier than most fair trade stores we have been into. The items were well made and the building was well kept up.

This is an amazing organization, having a direct impact on the lives of people around the world working on getting out of extremem poverty, human trafficking, or disaster situations. Each product comes with the story behind it that talks about the product and its impact on the artisan. The boutique is beautiful, and carries some really amazing items from all over the world. Its the perfect place to find unique gifts that also impact the lives of the artisans that make them.

The moment I walked into CWOW, I knew that this was a shop that I would be willing to vote for with my dollar. The atmosphere is eclectic yet chic, with well crafted items from all over the world. However, these products are not the typical cheaply made imports - they are handmade with love by women who live in oppressive environments in Third World nations. Items range from recycled tire leather wallets to bone elephant earrings to purses created with traditional Cambodia basket weaving techniques. Each is tagged with the story of the women who made the item, personalizing the shopping experience. Ive made many trips to this hidden treasure downtown Fort Wayne, and there are always new items in stock. Everything Ive ever bought has held up beautifully, enduring all of my wear and tear. I would recommend Creative Women of the World to anyone looking for a unique spin on the traditional shopping experience, one that is ethical and supports the development and empowerment of women across the globe.
