The staff was very helpful. I had not painted my home in quite a few years so I had quite a few questions. He answered me knowledgeably and efficiently. The paint that was recommended went on with ease and looks fantastic

Great experience with the staff. The paint was much more expensive than I expected compared to the big box stores. Would have liked to be able to borrow the color matching sensor rather than purchasing. Also, I was surprised that I was not able to drop off the old paint that I was color matching so that it could be disposed of properly.

Great customer service. The paint costs a little bit more than what you get at the big box stores but the quality is much better.

Bought all products at Menards and wont be back to this location.Using a brush, edge a coat of Extreme Bond Primer to all exposed areas of the bathroom vanity. Use a roller to finish. The staff was very knowledgeable about my specific project / paint requirements. I purchased paint for my kitchen cabinets that was outstanding in performance, coverage and wear. A lot better than the big box store cheaper priced brand. In the long run, saved me money because the coverage was sooooo much better, dried fast and with a hard coating.

Store help made paint recommendations for washability and durability. We received help with colors and we left with samples of 4 colors in 1 quart bottles so we could see paint colors in our rooms in various lights. Far better than tiny color chips.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I waited 15 minutes with three employees & ONE other customer. We purchased all of our paint for our new home from this store, which was a mistake. One employee was helping the other customer, the next guy told me it would be a minute, but proceeded to answer the phone & help someone else & the girl was doing absolutely nothing at all & just stared at me. Unbelievable!! I ended up walking out. I do not recommend this store. Train your employees!!
