So far not happy. Staff is very friendly. I was unable to check location of storage unit until about an hour after they closed. I found the unit they assigned me but it had a lock on it. This is on a Friday afternoon at 3:30pm. I was able to get ahold of someone but she could not get ahold of anyone to get me into a different unit, but never called back, now Im stuck putting stuff at a different location till I hear from someone hopefully by Monday. I am moving stuff on Sunday. Hopefully they will make it right.

Great meeting Dena at storage store. Very friendly atmosphere! Didnt have any storage units available for my personal belongings so left 4 star. Good people though. Would have rented.

Considering moving some semis in their outside parking lot. The office lady Dina was very sweet and it was great meeting her. I did not like that the fence is not enclosed or secured. The price is real affordable though. Just not sure about unsecured gate.Yeah she did. But the fence that goes around parking lot for trucks is not enclosed or secured.

The customer service was very good. Office worker Denna was really sweet. Prices are affordable but they dont have anything available for my personal stuff so that is why I left a 4 star/no availability.

I had a wonderful time talking with Deena, I did not get a unit today, but she was very personable and made me feel very comfortable. I may be returning later, just looking for other options at this point.

Deena is by far the best manager ever! She takes the time to explain everything when you are new to renting a storage unit. She is willing to go that extra mile for you & with a caring attitude! I also love the onsite security.

Its great having such an awesome manager in the office now. Deena is a great addition to this place! Cost is affordable & I Wouldn’t go any where else.
