Had issues with cancellation and pricing. After several days of calls and transfers I was contacted by the District manager at the West Coliseum Boulevard location. Bo was extremely polite and extremely helpful. He resolved the issues and made it right. I am extremely pleased with his quick response and courtesy. He did a great job! Maybe you have to have resources or maybe it’s just that I made the mistake of disclosing I am disabled, or maybe it’s just that I’m forever stuck paying their competitor more... I didn’t find the woman I spoke with polite or kind or even compassionate or empathetic. I attribute it to money and the booming business they’re doing as exploit shifts from renting a home to renting a storage space because we all hope to put that stuff in a home again.Greed is a disease. We aren’t going to solve the “homeless problem” until we stop rewarding greed.She didn’t have to be inflexible or aloof, but because she’s full she doesn’t have to be courteous either.Character is best measured by how someone treats those they get or expect nothing from. Integrity only while someone is watching isn’t integrity at all.

Met with Lori this past weekend about a unit and shes not only professional, but very courteous and more than helpful. Definitely made our experience go well.

So far they are pleasant and easy to work with. Maneuverability for a large Uhaul is tricky. Be sure to have a helper the guide you. You Will have to back up.

First off, LORI, she is the person you want to talk to if you need a unit! Especially if you need help figuring out what you need and what size unit you need. SHE WAS AMAZING AND SUPER FRIENDLY!!!! She actually cares about people and it shows. I hope she gets paid the big bucks because she deserves it. I needed a storage unit quickly and had never rented one before. I also was very short on cash and couldnt spend a ton. This was all while moving from one place to a new place. Lori was the person on duty and she treated me like a friend. She helped me figure out the size of the unit I would need so I wouldnt be overspending on space that would go unused. She also told me about the need to insure the items in storage, which I didnt even think about. She made me feel a lot better about the whole thing and anytime I go to the property I want to swing in and talk to her because she was SO helpful and nice!

Initially, I called to reserve a unit I thought would be adequate. Lori encouraged me to come and see the size, and Im glad she did so. While the size of the unit was possible, I thought the movers would have a difficult time getting things through the door, and it would take them longer to unload. Right away, Lori showed me a better unit, which turned out great! When I vacated, it was before business hours, so I called to see if I had to come to the office to sign anything. Shanice assured me all was well and nothing further was needed. From start to finish, Lori and Shanice were professional, personable, and informative. They exemplify quality customer service.

Lori was efficient and allowed us to see the space to ensure our item would fit. She handled our paperwork so fast and with such ease it was a pleasure. She calls me to inform when my bill is due, late fees and any new changes within the Public Storage Unit guidelines. I needed to renter a locker sized unit for 3 weeks. Lori helped me get it up set up. Three weeks later, I went in to inform them I emptied my locker and Lori was on duty. She remembered me and we had a great conversation. Lori is a wonderful member of the public storage team.

Met Austin, he was very helpful and had great customer service. Would definitely recommend because they have really great prices! Not to mention they are outside and you can drive up to your unit and not worry about stairs!

I sent my 17 year old son to get information on unit pricing and size, he called me when he left there and said they rented him a unit! I had him turn around and go back to cancel, he did and they stated he would not get a full refund! I called was told the person who rented the unit was the only one I could talk to and she wasnt in, I asked for her manager which they told me was Bo. I Called him twice no phone call back and as of today my son was refunded $15 out of $63.95. Very dishonest business. Go somewhere else that is more honest.

When I say I had the best customer service at public storage I mean it. Wendy is freaking amazing. She always and I mean ALWAYS know how to make me laugh and make my day go by smooth. My second time renting storage through them and I love it. I love the professionalism. Wendy was amazing! She even tried to save me money by offering me a smaller unit with what all I was packing. If you need storage, public storage is the way to go!

The woman at the desk was kind but they dont mention the excharges on top of the one time admin fee of about $24. There is a $20 lock fee because you HAVE TO use their locks. A $11 insurance fee. We storaged a few items for 2 weeks and when we went back everything felt moist and some items had evident water spots. If left longer it would have definitely molded, one chair we might have to toss because of this thankfully it was cheap. The door knobs to their 10x10s is a joke and took 5 minutes to open because the little loop you pull to open the door was half rusted and jammed. It is also hard to get a moving truck into many of the isles even the smaller 17ft ones are a tight squeeze unless you want to reverse down the long isles. So not worth it if you have other options.

We had an urgent need for a storage facility. We worked with Jessica who was prompt, professional and friendly. She went above and beyond when our items arrived we realized at the last minute (literally) we needed to change to a larger unit. She worked to rearrange the plans, and smoothly moved us within a few minutes to the larger unit we really needed. The situation was stressful enough, but Jessica made it look flawless and eased my anxiety with her smile and understanding. She made it look effortless when I really knew she was wanting to help us. I will always use this place for all my future storage needs, because of Jessica. At 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon, she still had the same smile and enthusiasm as if it were 9 in the morning. This location was busy, with many customers, and she greeted and smiled, and I witnessed her asking clients if they needed help moving an item. I know they appreciated it, and I really appreciated witnessing it. She deserves 10 gold starts!!!

This place is awesome and Jessica was very helpful. First months rent was a dollar and they had a lock there for me so I didnt have to go get one. I had a locker here about ten years ago also, same great experience this time. Thanks for making it easy and fast to get a locker! The only way i can think of them to be better is if they helped me move my stuff in. :)

Shannon was a wonderful help yesterday when I was looking into getting a storage unit. I came in ahead of time to just look at the space to make sure my items would fit. She helped me pick the best size space by asking simple and basic questions of what Id be storing. She proved to be a true storage expert! Shannon also helped provide me with items to help secure my things while storing. Im very thankful she covered them with me, I had no idea. She helped take away some of the stress while moving and even gave ideas how to pack my items to maximize my space. She keeps a secured property and, in my opinion, went above and beyond for me. The experience was great and I left feeling better about getting the storage unit. I cannot thank you enough.
