They have the best customer service!! I gave them the wrong model number on my printer, so I bought the wrong cartridge and when I realized it they took it back and took care of me. They are awesome people to do business with. Ill be buying all my ink from them from now on.

What happens when you are at work, you can’t leave, and your printer is out of ink? Well, I called Cartridge World because I remembered hearing a commercial about delivery!! I could continue to be productive that day, only because they delivered a cartridge to me!! I recently needed a new printer, and of courseI bought it from Cartridge World! Tom, John, and Andrew are all amazing and dedicated to customer service that exceeds expectations.

I called and asked for advice on inkjet printers. The owner spent a significant amount of time on the phone helping me with my issue and recommended a product that hit it out of the park for me. I will make sure I patronize this store because of the quality of service I received.

He stands behind all of his products and and I suggest you not waste your time going any where else for printer cartridges. I tell my computer repair clients to go here for their supplies, too. Lastly, I consider Tomm and Cartridge World not just a cartridge store, but a printer and printer cartridge consultant where I and my clients go for advice on printers and related matters.

The only place I go to get my cartridges filled. The staff is always insightful and their prices are easy in the wallet.
