The staff is very quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had an Amazon return package in which I had a barcode for. They quickly scanned it, printed a label, gave me a receipt, and sent me on my way! They also have a selection of packaging supplies available for sale. Very pleased with my experience with this UPS Store location.

This is my first visit to this location. Id have to say, the customer service was top notch! Very friendly, fast service.This store offers all the typical offerings for every other UPS Store out there. They sell mailing and shipping supplies. They also have a limited copy center.

Service was adequate. Sales assoc. was knowledgeable but not the most customer friendly. If youre looking for warm and fuzzy or even cordial then shes not it. But if you want to get a task done and check some boxes on you to-do list quickly then by all means this is the spot. Just do NOT wear your feelings on your sleeve.

Where is Amanda? The new employees do not know any of the regulars or how to ship 2 day mail. Amanda new everyone by name, was highly efficient and always helpful and friendly

Showed up at 8:37 am on July 15th. Another customer was waiting outside the store, no one was at the store and when you call the store it goes to answering machine. Dont waste your time going here.....

Im not actually a customer here at this location - I am moving to town next month and was looking for a UPS store ... like the one I still use in WA state (they are GREAT folks there). I will not be using The UPS store in Fort Wayne (either of them) because it would appear... based on numerous reviews.. at both locations ... that being rude to customers is what they are pretty much all about. Im not OK being treated like that... I just dont want to voluntarily subject myself to that type of treatment and PAY for it. If I wanted that, Id go to the post office... or DMV or some other government institution. My PAST experience has been that places like The UPS Stores, have a higher level of customer service and professionalism associated with them. That is why I have been a customer since 1997 in WA. Looks like Ill have to find a different option in Fort Wayne... sheeesh. OH.. I gave a 5 star rating simply because I do realize that businesses will get a disproportionate amount of bad reviews. We all know that if you do a great job, folks will usually tell one or two people they know. If you do a bad job, they tell everyone they can... YELP, GOOGLE, folks at work etc... My way of providing a little balance but thought you should know, Im not going to be a customer because of how frequent your bad reviews are about the same thing - looks like a systemic issue to me... and... for every one person that says something about a bad experience at a business, there are 5+ others that feel the same way but didnt speak up. What we see here is likely just the tip of the iceberg - YIKES

Not happy with how I was treated as a customer needing assistance. I could have been notified of procedures without the attitude and refusal of service. The woman that treated me that way should not be in customer service. It made UPS services look bad to me, and I will go somewhhere else for the service from now on. I was disappointed that people can be so cruel with their words.

Service is usually quick and friendly but you can get stuck in an awful wait if they are understaffed and get a difficult customer.

A convenient location in the Village of Coventry, they not only ship packages, they also accept/prep returns of Comcast cable boxes for customers. Their team made the process very easy.

Im not one to post things quickly, but one of the workers in there is always very rude. I understand people have bad days, but this has been at least 10 times now... No hi, no smile, nothing... Never tried to do any extra to help if there is even the slightest problem. Most recently she watched me struggle carrying out a 30 lb box and watched me drop it and scrape my hand on the door. Im not asking for much. Just some human decency.

Very helpful, polite and kind. they treated my customer with the same level of respect i would and that means so much. I spoke with Damon through email and dealt with a female employee on 11/10 but did not get her name. They were both extremely professional and very helpful.

No warm fuzzies here. Bypassed several places to utilize UPS. Samantha was rude, condescending and curt. I will def choose another shipping agency in the future.

This is the closest place I can get to drop off, and it’s my second time and this lady is rude. I mean rude. When I put a box on the left and what she does is angrily moved the box and put on the right side. Like I’m annoyed by you. Sorry, if you have a bad day. It is unnecessary. Again, I’m not coming back again. I’ll find somewhere else where it’s friendly.

Long Story Short: On Tuesday September 10th, I went to into our local UPS store to have them ship some hunting equipment to Colorado for a hunting trip. I was given multiple options and chose the option that would have my gear there by that Friday September 13th. My gear did not arrive on that Friday, nor did it on Saturday or Sunday. My gear arrived on Monday afternoon September 16th. I was not able to hunt on the Saturday, Sunday or Monday of my trip. When I called customer service I was told to take it up with the local UPS store. When I got back into town I went in with receipts and was told they would process the refund. I was called the next week and told they could not issue a refund because my equipment was not in a approved UPS container. When I asked why I wasn’t told that when I originally paid to have it shipped the store manager said that “she forgot to tell me, and it is what it is.” I asked if anything could be done because this trip was a big expense that had been planned (and saved for) for over a year and because my gear was not there I could not hunt 3 of the 7 days. She said no. UPS customer service said there was nothing they could do either because of the timing and that the local store would have to make the issue right. When I called the local UPS store again the manager stated again that there was nothing they would do.

Went in to get something notarized. She said she could not do it because of the type of document. So we went to the courthouse to have it done and they said any notary could have notarized our documents (just verifying our drivers license, passport, and birth certificates). So roughly an hour of our day wasted because she didnt want to notarize it.
