I had a temperate controlled package with Medications that was scheduled to deliver over night. Not only did it not arrive the next day, I was told by Fed Ex after talking to two different agents that they would not be delivering them on Saturday. I was happy to drive to the FedEx location to pick up the medication package. However, The call-center never even put a trace on it which is protocol for medication packages. Needless to say, I will not be trusting FedEx again

Jeremiah S who delivered to The Awakening Church today went over and above to make sure we got our package. He reached out via our google profile and got in contact with our staff who was off site at the time. They were able to meet him in the parking lot and get the package. He could have just left but he took the extra step! This was amazing! Thanks Jeremiah!

Staff that helped me was not friendly at all. Almost made me feel uncomfortable. There was 2 big signs on the entrance door that stated only 3 customers inside at a time. When I walked in no one else was inside. While being helped 6 other customers came in, making it very crowded and definitely not 6 foot social distancing, but no employee said anything. She did get my package in a timely manner is about all I can positively say about my experience. Rules are there for a reason, if you arent going to maintain standards just take the sign down. At least the expectation of safety in the middle of a pandemic can then be nonexistent from the start.

Terrible service. I disputed a package that I did not receive after 5 days like they said. nobody ever got back with me and when I called they said they couldnt do anything and to contact sender. So I am out $100 because someone couldnt deliver to the correct address. I was waiting for my package and watching the email updates,nobody delivered anything and if they did it sure wasnt to my address. I will avoid any shopping who uses FedEx because they didnt even try to help resolve the issue. They made a mistake and wont fix it.

Nice place. The people at the shipping counter are very helpful and friendly. They have boxes and tape. Everything you need to ship a package. I think the prices are very reasonable also. Highly recommend. Ive been there a few times and its been a pleasant experience.

Fedex has REALLY jacked up their prices. I paid almost double what I paid last year to ship a Christmas package of almost exactly the same weight. Apparently Fedex, USPS, and UPS are all run by the Sopranos now. And they all want to use COVID-19 as an excuse to rip people off.

If I could request any online shopping I ever use again to never use fed ex, that would be great.The incompetence is real.Thanks for sending me around to get my package that I paid for you to ship and fail at. Just 2 hours of driving and an hour wait out of my day. 👎🏻

Ordered a package on a Wednesday and paid $80 for two day shipping. FedEx had the package late Wednesday evening. Package has sat at this location since 7:19am Friday. I called Saturday and was told I could come pick it up. So I drove 45 mins, each way, to be told I couldn’t have my package because it “hasn’t been touched yet” and was still buried in the shipping container... real cool. I asked the representative specifically if my package would be available if I drove there and was told yes it would be. Apparently that’s a lie they tell lots of people. And apparently they’re to cool to deliver on Saturdays. Good ol’ UPS was out taking care of their customers though?!?

Dropped off package for work but needed a receipt wait out in cold 28 degrees for 15 min.

Driver delivered a package without knocking or ringing my doorbell. The driver left the package in front of my door in the rain without putting it in a protective bag like they are supposed to. My package ended up being in the rain for 4 hours. Everyone knows what happens to cardboard boxes in the rain for that length of time. They are supposed to get a signature. I have now decided to never allow them to do a delivery again.

This location is fine but as a whole FEDEX drives me crazy changing my shipping rates after being told a different price. It ALWAYS comes out more expensive. Im done with Fedex.

Notified me that I had to sign for a package. The notification informed me that I had to be home between 130-6pm. I rush home to get there before 130, only to find that they attempted to deliver at 12. Great. Why even provide instructions on when they will arrive? When I called to see what they will do about it, they instructed me to be at my house from 5am-6pm the next day. So, in order to get my package, I have to take a day off of work. Thanks for nothing.

I order parts online and tend to use FedEx more than any other delivery service. They’ve always been great. Had one experience where the driver didn’t deliver because she read the address wrong. She had the right street, just the wrong number. Lol. She was looking for 430, not 431. Mistakes happen, I’ve had em when I’ve delivered before.

Driver wont ring the bell - for the 3rd day in a row a delivery has been attempted sticker has been placed on my door when I am home. Today I even heard and then saw the truck drive away from my house as I was sitting at my desk by the front door. The driver clearly did not bother ringing the doorbell, much less knock on the door. Now since my package is supposed to be signed for and it was the 3rd day in a row that this has happened, my package is going to be returned. Thanks for nothing, FedEx.
