Barb is an amazing lady! She is truly kind, and loves her job. She will work with you on any issues you may have. Price wise they are comparable to other storage facilities. The are very well maintained and clean!!!

They are very understanding and had a small problem at first but they figured it out made it right very good thing the only thing I dont like is the hours I feel you should go to get into your storage unit anytime you want to. Just when theyre open or when they say you can

Laurie was very helpful in getting me setup when the website was having issues. I was looking for a storage option that would let me get setup without having to come into the office first and she delivered.

Absolutely awful service. I called several times to cancel my service and left messages for them to get ahold of me. I wasnt able to get ahold of anyone to cancel my service until I called and acted as if I was going to start a new service.

Called to get a rental locker representative was completely clueless was unable to even help whatsoever these guys got some issues

They dont pro rate your stay..... if you move out half way through the month you are responsible for entire month. Staff is friendly though and grounds are nice

Great low key storage

This place is under new ownership as of Oct 2017. The new ownership has been wonderful. We closed out an upper floor and rented a new drive up in October and everything went SMOOTH! The staff is friendly and helpful. Looking forward to continuing business with StayLock Storage.
