I’ve made payments on my bill about the same time for nearly a year, and have one payment left. Hopkins is closed on Sundays, so I made my payment on Monday. Today I get a delinquent notice dated the same day I called in to make my payment. Why is that? I hope this notice doesn’t ruin my good payment history.

I’ve been with Hopkins for 16 years now. Right as I turned 18. They always help/work with me. Everyone is nice and helpful.

Will be my first and last time making a purchases here. Rude rude. Expect customers to be understanding but oh get behind as see how u get talk to knowing dam well the pandemic affect all of us. I manage to get caught up i can not wait to pay off. And will not purchase again because of the rude customer from the owner.

My dad always comes here and buys furniture so I decided to stop by to look for a washer. There where a couple looking around. Close to where I was a gentleman approached them and asked if they needed help they said we are alredy being helped thank you I was about 10 to 15 minutes looking at two washer never did he bother to ask me if I needed help instead he glanced at me an went inside the office. I guess they dont want to sale. Ill be honest is fine the washer where small for my use there where many but almost all had a sold sign.

Best place to shop for household needs. Nice and Friendly people that always treats me well. They will always have my buisness .

Stopped by to see if they had any toddler beds. Like cars, police, for truck..etc. they have good quality furniture.

I lost my job back a few months ago was not able to make payment for 3 months. My unemployment is bearly half of my rent. Single incomr. Did ask if I can pay it up to date in January or early February with taxes. They said no and picked it up. Talking about kicking someone when their down. Was willing to still make payments.***In thier response they say they have no claim 😠I tried working it out,was in tears basically when I tried and told him and Bob response was okay we just need a time and date to pick up. And did so!!!!!

Do not buy from this place! They gave my boyfriend bed bugs when he bought a bedroom set and then when we contacted them they wiped their hands clean and did not want to be held liable for it! We did not have an issue with bed bugs before this so we know they had to come from this place!! My boyfriend had to waste over $200 to get the room exterminated and months later is still struggling to get rid of them! We will not be buying from here again. You have been warned!!!!

During this time Ive purchased couches, tvs, dining sets with matching bakers rack and hutch, bedroom sets, refrigerator, a/c window unit, and washer and dryers and I would never shop anywhere else. Carey, Chano, Bob, and David, the owner are the greatest and have always made sure that Im highly satisfied with each purchase. I think its great how they offer extended warranties on all of their merchandise for a good price and how I, the customer choose what repayment schedule is best for my budget. I recommend anyone looking for quality furniture and appliances shop here with Carey or Chano for spanish speakers, Ive dealt with both and they will make sure you leave happy!!!
