BUYERS BEWARE! If you buy a car from here make sure you have a mechanic look it over first! I made a $20k mistake by taking the salesmans word for it! I called about a vehicle I was interested in buying and was told more than once that the vehicle road amazing and had NO ISSUES! So I was stupid enough to buy said vehicle. I also asked how much it would cost to ship it from TX to GA where Im at and he told me $1,200. It took 3 WEEKS to get to me. The driver told me he only got paid $899 so they pocketed the extra money and laughed there way to the bank with it. When I got the vehicle it ran extremely rough and within 10 miles the check engine light came on for the Catalytic converters. Also looking under the hood it had MAJOR leaks and mechanical malfunctions that were obviously known, but not mentioned or discussed with me! After spending $2,000 to get the leaks addressed the car lasted another 100 miles before it had another major issue. I then spent another $5,000! To get it running again and I havent even had it for a month! When I tried contacting the sales me he just ignores me! Make sure you get the car fax and if it says it was sold at auction RUN! Run far far away from it and save yourself the headache! Great way of doing business! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!

Bought a 2016 328i from this dealer. Firstly, none of the staff made me feel pressured, nor did they feel shady.Secondly, a piece of advice to those who purchase luxury cars from all dealerships in general. Always have a PPI done (if an inspection sheet can’t be provided.), BEFORE you purchase. I had one completed and no codes were cleared but it did have 2 codes that have been fixed. Luxury cars often have codes that may not display check engine lights. Also, two other reasons to have a PPI completed is to find any paint or body work that may have been incorrectly done and to check for expensive leaks. My vehicle has a small portion of the quarter panel and rear bumper incorrectly repaired, despite a clean carfax.Lastly, ALWAYS purchase some type of warranty offered. You can always upgrade protection before the service expires. Send your PPI to the warranty provider just so they know you didn’t purchase something that already had issues. Sometimes they won’t cover if so.My experience was fine. I’ve since had the paint issues corrected by buffing and repainting the previous job and I enjoy my car.

Buyer BEWARE! Steer clear of this dealer! I purchased a vehicle (2016 Ford F-250) from DFW Auto & Services in December 2019. Mo assured me there were no mechanical issues with the vehicle. The vehicle was shipped to me and upon arrival I took numerous photos to document its condition.About a month later, on January 15, 2020 I took the vehicle to a diesel service shop for an oil change. The owner notified me that all the factory diesel emissions equipment on the truck had been disabled or removed. Upon further research, I found that disabling or removing the factory emissions equipment and selling such a vehicle by a dealer is illegal and violates Federal EPA Regulations as well as Texas Environmental Quality Law. It further makes it impossible for the truck to pass emission testing in Arizona without re-installing the factory emissions equipment that had been removed at a great cost. Note the 3 photos I took on the day of delivery, 12/15/19. The truck was still on the transport vehicle and clearly show a 6 foot long shiny galvanized exhaust pipe installed in place of all the factory diesel emissions equipment (DPF, SCR, catalytic convertor). Mo refused to work with me to buy the vehicle back or pay to replace the emissions system components. My lawyer and I attempted to start the arbitration process with DFW twice, but they did not respond both times.

I looked for a truck for weeks and was finally able to seal a deal on one with the help of Raymond. We were able to negotiate a generous deal and I highly recommend to anyone.

They gave the application to the financial specialist and after just a glance at the papers he refused to talk to my husband because “he’s so upside down”. The salesmen then continued to laugh as we walked out. This place is a joke.

Absolutely terrible service folks, If there was no stars on this, we would’ve chose that.Sal- our associate. Who did nothing, absolutely nothing when we were trying to buy a $25 car. Just worried about signing the paperwork. In 2005 500 SL Mercedes Silver convertible top there was an issue greanted we were told it was fixed but still had issue. We worked with the bank for the financing and for 3 days they didn’t touch the car to keep everything ready.We were given a buyers order for $18995, tax, dealers fees and extended warranty. Promised the new NVP would cove the car and we jumped through the hoop. Paper work was signed.Next Day the top stopped working.Needles to say that the price was changed 2 days later because they accepted another deposit on the car while they knew our credit was approved and draft was going to be sent over. They never called us while we were tying to also the bank to extend the term because the car was 2005 middle year.They went on the price 2 days later, since the claimed they accepted deposit. Apparently from day 1 they had accepted 3 deposits and this was the 4th deposit taken from Sal’s closest friend.3 guys kept lying to us, when we signed the paperwork and asked questions on the convertible top Sal refused to answer questions to the warranty issue on the top. He actually said you’re not buying a jet.Who does that to the customers. Finance guy who told us extended warranty will be available after purchase of the vehicle told us that wasn’t possible, when they knew there wasn’t any ways we would spend that kind of money on SL and be without warranty.Very unprofessional environment. These guys want you pay them High dollars on their cars compared to same cars else where.4th when we want to pick up the cars, nothing was done and Sal said I have lots of money and claim he had more money then anyone we knew, very much a used car salesman mentality with 0 work out in to make sure customers are happy. He is a complete liar and lazy man. Who exhausts himself to a former car dealership owner, very prideful man who was just busy wanting a sale and get the paperwork signed. Finance manager told us extended warranty wasn’t available.We finally ended up returning their car back to them which top needed additional work which they send us to their vendor because they were too busy and not having one man to take care of issue. What a place,Well we wanted to trying the car, since Sal and dealership had higher offer 😴 and we wanted them to have an opportunity to make moreMoney on this car.Lazy and liars- not to say we called attorney generals office and they said if dealership gave you a buyers order why did they change the price to the car. They wouldn’t gotten in lot of trouble. Sal who claims to know the law doesn’t dusky squad about what he is taking or if he knew who he was taking with who has knowledge of the law would’ve been humorous to see. My advice is we would personally never walk into this unprofessional environment, could have easily been sued over this. Scam artist and no one will call you back for anything, they care less because they said none of their sales people make any commission.

3/17/21 I purchased a 16 Ford Explorer from DFW Auto $14.9k. Check engine light on during the test drive. DTC Code P1703 (brake pedal position sensor) and P0013 (Exhaust camshaft position sensor). Mo said We will get it fixed 6pm they finished. Check engine light was off. I was told it was fixed. Driving home the check engine light came back on. Same P0013 code. Not fixed (did they just erase DTC codes?). They did fix the brake pedal position sensor. Called next day and was told they would come fix it. Lied 3 times about coming until I caught them in the lie. Talked to Sal. He said sorry nothing for them to do. I was told before purchase it would be fixed. Would not have bought if not fixed. Took to mechanic, major oil leak from cracked timing cover, broken camshaft solenoid from improper attempted fix. Not an issue that occurs from use. Broken during repair at dealership. Crack in timing cover filled with epoxy (literal bubble gum fix). $1,380 to fix. They did nothing to fix, no compensation. They flat lied about fixing before purchase. Not honest. They dont give you any gas to test drive with it, and wont give you a full tank of gas to take home if you purchase it. Extremely disappointing from a service, honesty, quality, and customer service/satisfaction stand point. Guess its just about the dollar with them and they dont care about their own reputation. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Bought a truck from them and only had it maybe a month! They had it a week of that month after I bought it because it started having issues. They said they fixed the problem and two weeks later the same problem happened and now they say to bad not there problem so now Im stuck with a truck that isnt working! I will not recommend or buy another vehicle from them ever again.

Oil change was not $19.99. I looked closer. There is fine print but the number of quarts allowed is left blank on huge advertising sign attached to bldg. The guy did give $2 off the $30 they charged. Additionally, my low tire light was on. He checked them and pointed to front drivers side. Said that was the low tire. The light never went off, so I stopped at Discount Tire and the guy said ALL my tires were very low and it was a rear tire that was the worst!!!! I do not trust this place at all! I thought he would air up my tires. He either didnt check or doesnt know what hes doing. I did double check my oil and it is clean and full. So if you dont mind paying more than what they say oil changes fine but dont trust him with anything else

This place is EXTREMELY rude & not helpful. I’ve been trying to get into contact with someone about buying a car for almost 4 days. I then submitted a “get pre approved” and never heard anything back until the next day @ 3 pm AFTER I contacted them & he said to send drivers license. I sent it and didn’t hear anything back AGAIN a day later. I called to see maybe they didn’t get it or something & he was SO rude saying “if they asked for your driver license then they are working on it” I’m sorry but for that LONG?? I have other sellers on standby & I was putting them off for a place that can’t even give me the time of day. Yeah, No thank you.

I bought Audi for $17000 and in my way home check engine light lit, I returned back to them they just took the check engine light away, then it appeared again, I took the car to check it out at Audi dealership, they told that the car has a lot of issues such as engine mount, oil leak, cv axle, gasket and much more, and to fix all the issues it will cost $7100,, then I went back to them to return the car they said no,, then I took the car to my Mecanic to fix it thinking that it will cost less than Audi dealership, after he was trying to replace the engine mount he found out that the bolt is broken inside the bracket and he has to replace the mount and the bracket also,, I still didn’t get the car, I don’t know how much it will cost,, I never go to that place again, if anyone is interested to sue that place, please contact me to share the cost

Bought a Groupon and went in to get an alignment. When I walked in, I was immediately told they are not accepting alignments until next week. I asked if I can set an appointment and the representative said no just show up after next Wednesday. Probably won’t ever use or recommend DFW Auto & Services Inc.

The manager, Mohd..... works REALLY hard to accommodate the needs of this business and keeps it thriving.I came in to look at Honda Pilot, and ended up with a BEAUTIFUL, minivan. (Honda, of course) The piece of mind that I left with was amazing. The staff here got my family road ready in no time and we look forward to working with them again.

I financed a 2011 S550 Mercedes in December, and as soon as I drove it off the lot it had so many problems.. The owner did not want to fix anything.. It was like they did not inspect the car at all. Once they received the money, there whole attitude change. The back AC did not work. The car needed a front strut etc. I had to replace a light module on the left side that was a$1,000 dollars. The belt came off when I got in it the first day. Had to purchase a battery and the list goes on and on. I am very disappointed with the way they handled my situation. And I will never purchase a car from them again or recommend my friends.

Wish I could leave a negative star review. From the time we entered the car lot, nobody seemed like a sells-man, we when decided to pick a car, we were not able to do a correct test drive because the car was on empty. They assured me that their mechanic had looked at the car and there were no problems. Not even 30 minutes off the lot the check engine light came on. The car has not 1, but multiple problems. I called and asked then to do the right thing and fix the car, seeing as how I dropped 9k, the refused, then told me they would charge me 100 an hour. HAHA I am not giving them anymore of my money. But I did however file a complaint with the UDAP for fraud. I am warning you be careful with these people, they are shady, will not help, and do not care.

Didnt grab the guys name but was very rude. Went to get an alignment and check out one of their cars for sale. Was greeted by guy while he was on phone. Acted as if he didnt want to be bothered by me and my questions about vehicle and their car buying process waited over 30 mins. Was not ever shown a vehicle then was told it be another hour before they could get to my alignment. So I left.

I came here for an alignment on my track car, but they refused to use my specified alignment numbers (formulated by Flyin Miata, the top name in the community surrounding the most raced car in the world) and said that they will only do the manufacturer’s numbers. Additionally, they refused to let there be any weight in the driver’s seat which any alignment novice will know changes the camber which affects grip. I would not recommend visiting this place as they don’t know what they are doing.For a shop that purports themselves to understand performance (Ferrari in the showroom, Camaros and BMWs etc. on the lot), to not understand that someone would want to tune a car for performance is absolutely unacceptable.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. If you are an online buyer like myself looking for great deals from another city or state do not rely on this dealership having great cars. Their car detailing and pictures come out immaculate but it’s a different story with the mechanical parts. The day after my car was delivered I noticed it had a big oil leak. While I do know it was a used car and as is I was relying on the great reviews and information of this dealership to have actually inspected the car thoroughly. I contacted them right away and Mo asked how I knew it was leaking oil. So I took it in for an diagnostic to give him the appropriate response and proof. Not only does it have a big oil leak but it also has a gas leak! To get all the work done the estimate is close to 5k. I emailed proof and Mo has stopped responding to my emails. I am beyond disappointed in this dealership. If they can’t catch a major oil leak or knew about it and sold it anyways they don’t deserve any business.

Had me redeem my groupon even though all they did was give me a faulty maintenance check. I rejected their maintenance assessment because I knew I just needed a tire alignment. It was going ro cost $700-800 the mechanic said. I went to cross check at a different auto shop and only paid $295 for used tire, alignment, and new ball joint. Misinformed me and wasted my $40 groupon deal. This place scams.

Came in for an alignment after installing new tie rods and other suspension work. Found out a month later from my regular mechanic that they ruined the boots on the tie rods. Returned here and they refused to admit fault, even though nobody else has been under the car since. My regular mechanic was just doing an oil change when they spotted it. This place, after arguing, finally agreed to do labor for free to replace them if I buy the parts. After doing so, they said parts were wrong, more arguing, they said theyll buy the parts to fix it and return the wrong ones I received. Afterwards, turns out they used one of my parts to swap with their parts supplier, so I still paid for the parts that they messed up on. I will NEVER come back here again. Id recommend everyone to steer clear of their service shop. They only seem to want to take care of the nicer vehicles. Ill be sure to spread this as far as Im able to so others wont have problems down the road with lazy repair work from these people.

I had a flat tire and I was a couple dollars short and they give me the lowest price on great new use tires and help me and was the one best customer service that I had so far.

I drove 9 hours to pick up a car. I let them know what time I would be there. The car had the whole door panel off waiting for a part to replace. The photos online had distinctive things put in the way hide flaws. They lied to my face. For having their own body shop they didnt bother replace little plastic bolts and pieces or buff out any scratches. Very disappointed had a 15xxx check in my hand 9 hour trip hotel expense missed a day of work for nothing... thanks alot for that DFW. I WILL NEVER RECCOMEND

Easy place to find. Salesman was very helpful in helping us locate the vehicle we were looking for. There were some minor details that needed to be corrected after we got it home and Mo was quick to get all our concerns rectified the following day. If your looking for a good economical car, this is a good place.
