Sales reps are very rude. Rob couldn’t find me in his system and wouldn’t transfer me to someone that could help me. He kept talking over me, making rude comments and calling me things like “ma’am”. The second rep I spoke to found my information right away but was still pretty rude. Overall terrible customer service and it seems like no one knows what’s going on.
This company has very rude claims reps like Rob and the don’t call you back speaking of supervisors . Also drop the ball on all claims ask for tear down for no valid reason then denies the claims. The put a used engine in my Kia Optima from a Kia Sedona with 3000 miles now my transmission need replacing which had. 12500 miles on it and the denied my claim saying it was a per existing problem which was not true now they want to cancel my contract and returns my money that I have paid then to get out of this but I will be going to small claims to file a lawsuit please I have filed a claim with BBB they are a horrible company

I was calling on behalf of a mutual customer, whos claim they unfairly denied, and have never been more disappointed in a companys professionalism and helpfulness. Do yourself a favor an look elsewhere for an extended warranty. The gentleman, Rob, even called me honey and spoke down to me in a demeaning manor. I take my role in customer service seriously, and try to help my customers. This place only seems to care that they get your money, youre on your own after that.
I didnt use their service, but they just sent me a letter indicating vehicle protection has expired. Its a ridiculous effort to scam the people and they should be reported at some higher level to take an action against this companys marketing methods.
Dont send me scam letters in the mail.
You can get great fast oil change, and tire air pressure check.
I had a terrible experience with this company, they were very unprofessional. I called in to see if they would cover a issue with my car, I was transferred to Rob the claims manager and he was immediately rude he had no interest in helping, he tried debating the situation as if the information I was given was a lie .He asked me “why were they looking at a part that you did not ask them to look at nor you were having a problem with “ at that point I no longer wanted to speak to him because all wanted to know is if they would pay for the issue and how to go about it, he said he was the claims manger and their was no one else I could speak to, all around I was just given a hard time, when I thought I was paying for coverage to help save money on my vehicle . I had finally spoke to someone different named Matt he said “ I know rob isn’t the nicest to speak “ and he seemed to have already known what happen before I spoke to him which I thought was inappropriate to defend his actions because at the end of the day they have a job to do and its not to be rude to the ones who are spending their money . I was given instruction by Matt to go back to the auto place to have them call and provide what I needed to get done to my vehicle and to start the claim, well they denied the claim . My point is don’t waist ur time and money with this company, we’re going through a pandemic no one has money to waist to still have to come out of pocket for ur vehicle when your paying for a coverage that won’t pay for anything what I needed done on my car cost almost $400 that I had to pay out of pocket
Not a customer but just received a letter (no idea how they got my mailing address btw) from this company that look very much like a scam attempt. Everything is there: the scary part saying that by neglecting to renew your coverage, youre taking the risk of being financially liable for any repair the urgent part about having to reply within 5 days of receiving the letter, almost no info on the company itself, random ID numbers and vehicle code, etc... I imagine their service is as dishonest and shameful as their scam attempt. They are clearly trying to take advantage of less careful and ederly people. Avoid at all costs!!!
WOW! Working with both Misty Moseley and James Cervantes during this unprecedented time of the COVID-19 was a great relief. They helped me immensely correct coverage my aging mother had purchased. And it was so great to authentically connect with Misty on the phone during this crazy time, as we both are experiencing similar things (working from home with smaller children!). Place is a scam, I got a letter my factory warranty expired. I was wondering how is that possible if I got my new car just a couple months ago…please don’t fall for this. They could be taking a lot of money from you.
Its a scam...
They promise you that your car is mechanically insured and other things but they do not comply. They are lies. They made me take my car to a car agency and at last they did not want to be worth my insurance. Its not serious...Solo son mentiras no cumplen con la garantia te enganan para no pagar solo quieren dinero y buscan como no ayudarte
