My Son experienced a professional windshield replacement from his home & referred me. Appointments range 12-5 window, I misunderstood thought appointment time 12. Office very professional explaining appointment times. Next day, I noticed cuts on my side panel near windshield. I called to report minor damages and sent photos they requested. Management called immediately was very professional and apologetic. I responded I understand people make mistakes. I thanked him for his quick response and helpfulness. I will be a returning customer due to fast courtesy customer service and quick response times to calls and concerns. Thank you!

Walked in and out within less than an hour. They explained exactly what they could do to help me out, the process and the expectations afterwards. The staff was friendly, helpful and honest, they kept it a very simple process. I couldnt get in for over a week at other places so I had to look outside my usual businesses, and this place did not disappoint. I went off other reviews I read so Im happy to say it was a positive process and outcome for me here.

I did not use this business. My daughter did. She saved a substantial amount obtaining a new window on her Mercedes. They quoted 5 to 6 hours to change out the window because it required some calibration which took some time. Never heard of that before. But, I never owned a Mercedes either. They were able to turn the job in only a little over an hour. From my daughters experience and knowing she is a really good shopper, I would go there for my vehicles replacement window needs.

Called to schedule an appointment for a cracked windshield. This will be covered by insurance, when asking about how the process work, Ashley (I think her name was) was rude and short. Nope, Yup, No we dont do that. Im not versed in insurance workings and she was zero help whatsoever. Sure the work is good and was excited to use a highly rated company. HORRIBLE first impression will take me elsewhere.

Cant say anything about the service they provide but I REALLY DID NOT appreciate almost getting hit on the 820 today at around 8:50 am bu one of their drivers because he was bending over looking for something while trying to change lanes at the same time. If I wouldnt have had free space to my left, he would have crashed right into me. His truck had the number 221 on the right back side. 🤬

I did not have any direct contact with this company, but I was present when a good friend of mine was on the cusp of actually getting much needed assistance with his broken glass on his pickup truck. He tried all day to get help ranging from the dealership to his insurance company. Called around a few local places and one couldn’t get it done until Monday and the other place couldn’t get it done until next Thursday. Almost had luck with one company but that soon fizzled after the person who was assisting him had a personal emergency and could not further assist him. He passed it off to another worker who was supposed to contact him today but that never happened. As you can imagine frustration was mounting and so was my friends patience. I did everything to try anc assist him and we tried one more local business to get his window fixed. We came across A-1 glass repair. A lady answered and he was finally getting some where with this place. She was very understanding of his issues and the need to get his window fixed. She set him up with an appointment for Friday the 30th at 8am. Things were looking up and it seemed like there was finally going to be positive progress. That all but ended aroubd 545 pm when he received a call from a man who said his replacement window that was going to be installed tomorrow had been broken and a new one wasn’t going to be available until 11am. So he asked a simple question and the guy on the other end was very unprofessional and being argumentative. This is not how a business should be conducted. I don’t know if he’s the owner or just some technician working there but he has no business dealing with customers. I see 467 reviews on this business according to google. This was not a good review and I’m not even the customer. I just happened to hear the conversation between my friend and this man because he was on speaker. I’m absolutely appalled by this mans behavior and I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Stay away from A-1 glass.

Some one saw a bag in my truck and smashed my window to take it. A1 auto glass replaced my side window in late January. Cleaned all the broken glass and had me ready to go the next day. Good pricing. Late March I took my truck to get the windows tinted and they rolled my window down 3 inches and closed the door and the glass shattered. I took it to A1 auto glass and they replaced it for free. This is the place to go for window replacement.

They did a great job. Had a slight issue with the windshield fluid line and they immediately came and fixed it. I would recommend them for your windshield/glass needs.

A1 repaired a rock chip in my window. They did not know if it would be possible to fix but took my car back and had the rock chip damage fixed within 10 minutes and did an exceptional job. I really cannot even tell where the damage was at after the repair. Worth every penny. Thank you A1!

This is the second time I’ve used A1 Auto Glass and hands down, both experiences were exceptional. This place is amazing! I called the shop to see if they could help me correct a job that was done incorrectly at a different shop and Roger fit me in the schedule and did not hesitate to help me out! Shop was clean and desk staff was knowledgeable and super kind! Will be coming back if I need any auto-glass work done.

They did a fine job replacing my windshield, but kept my car overnight - longer than expected then called me saying they couldnt successfully calibrate my Subarus Eyesight driver assist technology. They didnt give me a refund for the calibration and instead said they would compensate me after I got it done at a dealership. At the time, I was visiting my family in TX and had to drive 15 hours back home without cruise control (Eyesight was disabled because calibration wasnt done). I do not live near a Subaru dealership, so I had to take an entire day off work to drive 2 hours to the closest one where they were to calibrate it within an hour and charged me less than what A1 did (keep in mind A1 never actually calibrated my windshield but still charged me for it). A1 paid for the dealerships bill which was lower than what I paid them, and I was never refunded the difference. The owner was very nice throughout the entire process, but unfortunately, the process was stressful.

This was the second time using A1. Fast friendly service.

Got there a few minutes early and they took my car back quickly and they were finished in less than 45mins!

I took my vehicle for a back window replacement referred by the dealer. Service was kind, assessable and quick (took them an hour to replace). Luckily during that week it rain, and water leak inside. Since they gave “warranty” for leaking, took it back. They said it was the brake light, they check on it. Continue leaking, Call back and took it. Continue saying it was the brake light that they don’t deal with that, “I should get a new”. Told the installer that was nonsense, so they couldn’t do anything no more. Took it to different glass company and it was obviously visual that the rear window was installed wrong. It was unleveled, with a gap on corner. The gasket was not appropriately installed right beneath the brake light so the water will start running from there. Call back and luckily the owner answer and help me, got reinstalled and no more leak water. It was a hassle, point is I had to made a total of 4 trips when I lived a 30mi drive, just because the dealer recommended and $100 cheap from other competitors. The lesson don’t look for less expensive, I wasted more on time and gas going back and forth. Disappointed when they said they couldn’t do anything, the 2nd time with same issue. They showed un professional service.

I called on Tuesday afternoon as I was coming in from a trip in my 389 Peterbilt. I only had one day before I headed back out on the road . My windshield was horrible, it was very pitted and made it nearly impossible to see at night .They made a spot for me the very next day and came to the location where I park .They told me the gentleman would call me 30 minutes in advance and he did . When he showed up to my truck right away he noticed that he would need an extra set of hands due to the sunvisor on my Peterbilt. He assess the situation and right away called for another guy to come help. That gentleman showed up quickly and they completed the job. The original quote that they quoted me was the same at the end of the job even though they had to call for another guy. Thanks to A1 I can leave on my tripAnd safety return to my family knowing now that I can see out of my windshield. This is a very good professional and fair company to deal with. They Will definitely do any of my future projects.

Great experience! I got an online quote yesterday from a 3rd party site. Shaffers called me back within an hour to discuss the job. We figured out what windshield I needed and was told the guy would be at my house around noon. The next day I get a call and text at 11am saying he was 20 min away. About 30 min after he showed up, I had a new windshield!From the initial guy on the call to the installation guy; they were friendly, professional, and was one of the quickest and easiest processes Ive been through. Hopefully I dont have to use their services again, but if I do...I will definitely be giving these guys a call!

I had a windshield that needed to be replaced. I saw this location on the internet and called to make an appointment. The person I spoke with was very helpful and made an appointment right away. The office was clean and they were doing a good job with social distancing. The windshield was replaced in under an hour and it was done well. I have taken the car since to be washed and it has sat out in some rainstorms and no leak! They were also careful to remove the items attached to my windshield and replaced them correctly. All in all, great service and well done!

After completely shattering my Kias back window with what I can only guess was a small rock while weed eating after 4 pm I called them and they had the best rate and were able to get me in the very next morning. I looked around online, read reviews. One place quoted me $400 to replace the windshield on my Acura, another wouldn’t even respond to me. A-1 Auto Glass quoted my windshield in less than 24hours, at half the price from the other place. I sat on it for a couple days before calling to see if I could get in within the next week. I was told someone could come to my work and replace it the next day at no additional charge. I believe I was told he’d be there between 1pm-4pm, but the installer called around 11:30am to say he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could come now. Of course! He arrived around noon and was done in about an hour. His name was Lance; very professional and knowledgeable, answered all my questions, like “Why can I not go through a car wash for a couple days?” Turns out the chemicals don’t take kindly to the glue or sealant – who knew?My total came out to exactly what I was quoted and not a penny more. Overall, I don’t think I could have been any more pleased with my new windshield. My wife’s car also has a crack its windshield, so I definitely know who I’ll be calling… Thank you again!

The back window on my 4Runner was broken in a burglary. I was happy to find a reliable company such as A1. Their service was top notch from the first phone call to the guys that came out install the glass on the same day, Jose and Mathew. They even repaired my rear view mirror as a courtesy.
