This target was awesome. We are traveling around the country and found the nicest people here. The checker helped me download the target app and took her time to help with each item. Definitely a great store. Another man helped me find washer fluid and was so kind. Everyone had a genuine conversation.

Robin from guest services helped me with 4 different returns and 2 order pick ups. Process went seamlessly, she was polite and professional. Hope to see her again!

I just want to say that the manager, Greg, went above and beyond for us when an online purchase went sideways. He was extremely patient and helpful and I witnessed this in store with another customer as well when I went for my pick up. Greg, thank you for making this my favorite TARGET! There really is only so many great things that can be said about Target. I really enjoy their clothing for my children. I really enjoy the hearth and home section from Chip and Joanna Gaines. Its just a great store.

Greg and his friendly staff assisted my husband and I with purchasing a TV that was on the TV wall without any hassles. They were even kind enough to ensure it was handled with care by wrapping it in bubble wrap and even help us place it in my car! With a outstanding customer service experience like this, I’m sure to keep my loyalty with them as always 👍

So, between the hours of 430 and 530 in the pm I was shopping with my family. We get the items we needed and approached the self checkout. One of the purchases was a back pack for my daughter. It’s evident that the back pack has nothing inside. It’s flatter than a pancake. This woman, an older lady walks over and doesn’t say a word. She begins to go through the back pack as if we stashed something inside. There was nothing. And she goes back to watching over the self checkouts. I don’t appreciate the treatment and the suspicion on her part as if I’m a thief. I did not get a name. But I’m sure if you pull camera footage between 430 and 530 she’ll be standing there with the pathetic look on her face watching over minority couples. Yes, I’m a minority and I strongly believe this was motivated by race.

I always go to shop at target…and I just want to mention that yesterday I went looking for supervisor/manager cause I have an issue not sure they can do something about it.But I met BROOKLYN…she listen, know what to do without hesitation, and how to do it. She took care of me and I appreciated cause I know the outcome will not be the same in others hands.Thank you Brooklyn😀

I enjoyed my shopping experience at this target. All of the employees went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Riley in the produce department was joyful and very helpful. I was very impressed and will be making this my new grocery store.

Getting items for my granddaughters birthday party

Staff are nice. Greet you at entrance, greet you at checkout and again when you leave. Store is clean and well stocked, maintained.

I am especially pleased with how clean the store is kept, and the fact that they require masks during the pandemic to keep its employees and customers safe, makes me feel like the management team really cares. The pricing is reasonable and products have good quality. The store associates and especially the management team have been amazing during the early period of the pandemic. They took special care to help me obtain the products I needed while recovering from a major surgery at a time when products were scarce.

Friendly staff who actually stop to help you find things. Even going as far as to tell me when the item will be in stock. I’ll be back. I initially went in looking for an item the website showed in stock. I Assume another shopper had grabbed it prior to me & had not checked out yet so it did not reflect sold out.

Pharmacy tech refused to administer a COVID vaccine because I didnt have an appointment, she also said she reached her limit for the day. The sign clearly said walk ins welcome. She was the only one working on 7.21.2021 at 1:30pm and seemed overwhelmed. Just say you are short staffed instead of lying and refusing service. How important is the COVID vaccine if people are being refused? Target, please do better, you are known for excellent customer service, dont let this pandemic change the way you service your customers.

I go to this Target pretty often, and I must say the staff is absolutely amazing. Always super caring, cheerful, and helpful. This morning my wife and I were waiting in line and Greg was offering free coffee.He even served it up in the cups and brought it to us. I thought it was really nice of him and just puts the cherry on top of how much we love this Target.

I come here quite a bit because this target is near my house and every time I get what I need. I buy a lot of my bathing suits here and some beauty products. The only other time I leave unhappy is when I cant find something in store or they dont sell it there. The staff is always super and I recommend coming here!

Your brands and variety is incredible, especially if you find deals using your ap.Today I needed ketchup (when I did a Walmart delivery on Friday, they had none ughhhhhhh), Alani Nu drinks, and deodorant. You made sure I was able to run in and out, despite the numerous people inside and the full parking lot.Our cashier was super sweet and even double checked that my ap was scanned. Great customer service. In Fort Worth (Presidio West I think) during this unprecedented snow storm, they were the only store open and the line was eons long. But there was a team member coordinating the checkout lanes and that line went so quickly. Also, even as busy as the store was, the team member at checkout took the time to show me how to use my Target app and apply some savings. I am so grateful they were there and open and folks were smiling and getting it done! Thank yall!

I go to this Target everyday........I know sounds crazy, but I have 4 kids so we always need something. But it’s more than that, I’ve lived all over the world, and hands down best Target. The staff is so friendly they feel like family!Greg is the best manager I’ve seen and it shows by how happy the employees are! My husband and I joke that we want to work there too because we think Greg is such a great manager. He’s always helping out customers or making sure his team succeeds. That’s great leadership there!I do most of my shopping here, because of how pleasant it is to shop here. I compare all Targets to this store and it can’t be beat.

Felt compelled to leave a review even though Target isn’t a small business, it’s one I’ve frequented a lot during the pandemic. Their app and ordering drive up has been a lifesaver. It’s so easy to use, ready within 2 hours, my orders have always been correct and it’s all for free. I get mostly grocery items- they do fridge and freezer items now. It’s not a Super Target but you can see in the app whether an item is available at this location or not. Contactless pick up is the way to avoid having to go inside and Target has got it down! Also all the employees who work the drive up are outstanding :)

If you dont go in this Target, youre crazy! This place is awesome! The fact that they decorated the outside and painted the balls as snowmen heads... VERY COOL! Thank you for the great people inside and making us feel at home!

It has a grocery section, entertainment and technology section, home goods, clothing, drug department, pet department and stationary department. The bathrooms were clean and there was a family bathroom. All in all a very nice store with a knowledgeable customer service.

I bought a (so I thought) was a game for the Xbox for my son. Turns out it was just “extras” for the game not the actual game. I currently have COVID and could not return it for several weeks. Long story short Greg was such a blessing and helped me tremendously on working out my issue. He was very caring and said we were all in this together. It’s so comforting having people helping and making things easier for one another. Will be shopping here again!

I love how serious this Target is about cleaning & sanitation. It feels good when an employee comes right behind me to sanitize their station or the self check out. It makes me feel like they actually care about the communitys health.

Expired food throughout. You would think with such a small grocery department you would be able to catch this? Or wait its probably because all your employees were too busy walking around talking. Also found expired chicken, yogurt and more. Good job. These are wheat crackers, they only expired what, 6 months ago?

I was shopping at 9:55 recently, then all the employees began to harass me and force me to the checkout lane.I told them I had 5 minutes left and they said to go now or they would call the police.I refused to go until 10:59pm and the black manager and white bald manager told me if I did that again I would be given a criminal trespass issued. As a person of color, I’ve never felt so discriminated and harassed.

This location gets busy, but they always seem to have enough cashiers and staff to keep it clean and keep things running smoothly.

Way too crowded for a pandemic. They did not monitor occupant at this target a NO ONE social distanced. Out would have been impossible with how many ppl they let in.Temperature was way too hot. It was 65 yesterday and 85 today. Turn the GD air conditioning on. This is Texas Target people.Because of the hot temperature in the store, the overcrowding of people and merchandise, and the la k of social distancing, I could not breathe with the required face mask had a panic attack. Had to leave. Had not had one in over 5 years. If the store temperature had been properly regulated I would have at least been able to breathe.This is very disappointing and not expected from this chain store.

Will never shop at Target again. We are at the height of covid cases. My husband and I just stopped in and 50% of customers once in the store have their masks off completely or hanging from their ears. Staff is saying nothing to anyone. Totally unsafe! Will only shop at stores that put customer safety before money

I love this Target location because ot is right next to the Costco. This gives you the chance to do bulk and normal grocery shopping all in the same go. I cant wait to try the new pick up grocery options. So glad we are finally getting these services.

This was my first time using the order and pick-up feature. It was easy to order online. Notification to pickup was helpful. I walked in and they found my products in less than 5-min. They loaded my stuff into a cart and off I went. I appreciate the help from Gregg and another team member (male) whose name starts with Li (Lindon?) and working the customer service desk. Sorry I cant remember. I will do this again.

The checkout process was very disorganized and cramped, completely unable to social distance. There was only one girl (On a saturday!) trying to direct traffic but she wasnt able to handle the amount of customers trying to find a register. Once I was checked out, which the process once I got there was fairly smooth, but the girl at the checkout did NOT scan the target-issued sticker coupons on the front of the reduced meat and produce I selected strictly because they were reduced, I would not have bought them otherwise and got cheated into paying full price for nearly expired products because the employee wasnt paying attention or was not trained to process them. I guess I shouldnt trust that facing them all upward so the coupon is clearly visible is enough for an employee to catch. Also, I found a piece of sliced plastic packaging (From who knows where) mixed in with my lettuce from target, and had gone bad several days before expiring. The quality of product and service at target is really diminishing... I used to think paying a little more for great products and service was worth coming to target, but I think Ill be taking my business to Aldi from now on. Super disappointed, Target used to be my favorite place to shop!

Every. Single. Time. I am in that store the customer service is excellent!!! I have been more than impressed in the way I and my family are taken care of in that store. I have met the manager, Greg, and he goes above and beyond to be the best manager out there and it really shows!! And anytime I compliment an employee or ask about Greg and how it is working with him, I only hear great things. They all have enjoyed working with him. That’s rare.

Ive never had a bad experience at Target.

Would be 5 stars except for the Family Restroom. The floor is filthy, there are paper towels and toilet paper on the floor. It looks like poop on the side of the toilet seat and the smell is awful. There is no cleaning checklist in the restroom (not sure if Target requires one or not). I dont like having my service dog lay on this floor while I use the restroom.

Fast and easy. I ordered and was expecting, like so many others, to wait until the following day to be available. However, it was within 4 hours of a time window online and then within 30 minutes I got an email saying it was ready and I had a lot of items on my order.

Pretty nice Target overall, wish they were slightly bigger and carried more fresh market items (veges/bakery/etc.) - but a good place to stop in and explore. Most staff are friendly/nice, Ive only had one bad experience with a young cashier who was a bit judgmental when I told her I didnt need bags for any of my items (I like reusables).

I’m not from the area so this was my first time shopping at this location and it was so clean and well stocked! I was greeted with a warm welcome and when I went to check out the cashier Makenzie was so sweet and friendly! She went above and beyond and even looked up directions to a nearby store for me! I will definitely be shopping here from now on.

The customer service and smiling, courteous faces makes for a pleasant experience every time. Although I live closer to Walmart, I will drive a little further and pay a little more for better service and shopping experience. The employees here really enjoy their job and what they do. Not to mention I rarely waited long in line at all. I highly recommend order pickup!

This is definitely my favorite target location thanks to Elliot T!!! I put a target drive up order in and he brought my order to the car and noticed my hanging fender and offered to help me fix it. Target is rockin COVID Christmas shopping. I ordered several items for drive up and they were ready in 35 minutes on a busy Friday night. They have bright lights on the drive up area with many employees ready to put the merch in car. Police also present.This Target has always been clean and friendly. But they are going above and beyond now! Thank you!!

As Target stores go, this one is great. Its clean, well-organized, and suffers from a bare minimum of mess. During COVID, they were careful to clean carts for each customer, and everyone had their mask on.

This location has a certain vibe that other locations don’t have. Don’t really know why! Always enjoy shopping here. Love that I can order online and pull right up to the front for pick up.Only downside is that parking can be hard sometimes but it doesn’t stop me from shopping here.

Please do not shop at this target for fruit! I went in yesterday (7/26) and bought a thing of blackberries along with some other groceries and I opened them this morning and there is mold all over them. Not sure if the people stocking the fruits pay attention to this but they should. Pretty gross. However, my star goes to the young man that checked us out. He was awesome!

I am very happy to share an excellent review with the public about my experience at Target here in the Presidio plaza area in North Texas. This store has a very strong focus on customer service. The employees have kind demeanors and the store manager, Greg, is just a wonderful human! He made sure I was able to acquire the items I had been so desperately looking for since my surgery last month. He stopped what he was doing to address my inquiry. Great job, Target team!

Extremely busy and several people werent wearing masks or wore them incorrectly and so might as well not even wear it.

This target is never busy, and the employees are friendly. The store is always well maintained (even the restrooms) and well stocked. The food section (junk food) is on the far end of the store. I had to walk half the store just to get a bag of chips...lol. There have decent selection of harder to find chocolates (foreign) and organic candy. Overall, I find myself going here instead of Walmart.

The service at my Target is always great. The cashier was really sweet and the other staff is always helpful.

Ive been here about 5 times and theyve been great experiences. Ordered some stuff online yesterday for drive up pickup and it was all ready in a short amount of time. I drove up and they were out there with orders ready to go. I was in and out, no contact in under a minute. Great setup, Target!

This Target continues to amaze me with its great level of customer service. Also, throughout this Covid crisis, I have always felt safe in the store - they sanitize every basket and the card readers after every use. Love this location!!

I tried to do a return with in the 90 days and I was denied. Bought a Google hub max and it is not functioning properly.

During this uncertain time being able to pick our order up without coming inside is a blessing. Not only that but it was FAST. I literally put my order in and had it in my car less than 4 hours later. The employee came out with a smile on his face, loaded my stuff for me and went back in the store to continue his job. This store is always filled with happy helpful workers and that is why we continue to go back.

It’s a store when you go in you get FREE MASKS you have to wear them in the store to prevent the coronavirus, but It’s where I got me glasses at you should come here it’s smells like skittles and candy and hand sanitizer and lotion and concrete.

Today is was pouring rain and they had people outside with giant umbrellas walking people to their cars. Above and beyond. Truly a blessing for moms with groceries and kids. Amazing! They also had fun crafts and activities for kids to do in the store. Wonderful target experience 🎯.

This is the best Target I have been to! Their customer service is above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about Greg. If you can’t find it he will. He has helped me find the toys I need for my sons therapy. I can’t believe the extra effort he has put in.

Multiple employees walk around with no face mask at all. This store definitely doesn’t enforce the face covering policy for guests either.

Me and my friends were racially profiled at this store, they kicked us out and didn’t give us a valid reason for being asked to leave, and if we didn’t leave they’d call the police. We didn’t do anything wrong, we were simply in the make up section looking at chapstick. The lady said we were causing a disturbance and that we were breaking merchandise, one of my friends said that they check the cameras because we didn’t do anything wrong and they refused and kicked us out. She also said we were running around the store which none of us were (there were 5 of us). We left and this is the second time we’ve gotten kicked out for simply being black, they won’t say its the reason but its pretty obvious now.

Customer for life. I’ve loved it since I was a little girl, and will continue coming.Customer service is incredible.Employees are amazing!!Great products and prices.
