Chuck is such a great mattress salesman! He was able to get me just the right mattress for a great price. My mattress also came in within a short amount of time. Would definitely recommend this place.

The salesman was knowledgeable and personable. He helped us get a good deal. I just wish there was more then one salesperson working. We had to wait about 20 minutes for him to finish helping another customer. We havent received our bed yet so I cant review the product but the customer service was okay.

I am little late on my review. I had my mattress for a few months now. Let me tell you, I sleep a lot better. Robert, really took the time to find the right mattress for my husband and I. His customer service was amazing. He took me through every line that Mattress Firm has to show all the difference a mattress makes. Thanks to him, my husband and I sleep a lot better.

Great price and great customer service. I would have given five stars, but I had to repeatedly tell sales person to keep his mask over his nose due to COVID-19 pandemic. He failed to secure his slipping mask even after I gave him a tip on how to make the mask fit more snug.

Week before we were at a competitor. Got the super sales / pressure pitch, felt mad and a bit dirty upon leaving, no purchase made after two hours. Walked into Mattress Firm - completely different story. Milton helped us out. Great guy - casual, low pressure, matter a fact, answered our questions. I went in to Mattress Firm to find a replacement for an old mattress. Milton listened to my needs and concerns and helped me find the right mattress. He was very patient as I tried out several mattresses and made recommendations based on my feedback. Very happy with our experience here. Jim was very accommodating and patient as he walked us around to each matress making recommendations based upon our sleeping style and sleep needs. He even worked with us on pricing to keep within our budget and still get the matress we really wanted.

The manager of the store, unbeknownst to me, prematurely put me in for financing with Synchrony after I decided to pay fully out right for my mattress same day. Now I have been sent a credit card from Synchrony, took a hit on my credit report, and have an open account on my credit report through Synchrony. Now I have to file a dispute to get them off of my report.

My boyfriend and I came in 20 minutes before closing really not expecting to buy that night. However, the experience Robert J. Boland provided us with along with his vast amount of knowledge he had not only about the products we were interested in but the benefits they provided, which I already knew to be accurate, really sealed the deal. He walked us through the entire experience right from the beginning of determining which bed was within our desired price range, what type of bed we liked the best through trying them and asking what we did or did not like, right down to our pillow selection. Robert made the process of purchasing a mattress a walk in the park! He made sure to inform us of how to properly care for our mattress thus ensuring we were protecting our investment. I suffer from chronic, lower back pain, and he knew right away that the best thing for me would be an adjustable base for our new mattress. He took the time to demonstrate how everything worked for us even though we kept him a whole hour after closing! We ended up financing a L&P 100 series II adjustable base, a blue touch 300 firm mattress, 2 Columbia omni-max pillows, and a pab tencel mattress protector. We are extremely pleased with the entire experience we had with Robert and feel 100% confident in the investment we made today.
