The drinks with hersheys chocolate are pretty good. The tea (Jasmine green tea with bubbles) was just ok for me and smaller than expected. I got both drinks pictured on the same day and they are supposed to be the same size however the tea cup was much smaller. The drinks were made pretty quickly and I was greeted right away. Im return and recommend giving them a try.

The actual beverages are delicious and refreshing, its the best boba place in the area. However, their app is a nightmare. I have a coupon or happy hour or whatever BUT when I order it NEVER gives the discount. I tried to fix the issue but the girl kept saying the app issues arent their fault. Still unresolved, as of 6/29. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I love it. Ive been going here for a year. its one of my favorite places to go. Might be a bit pricey but still highly worth it.

Fast service, employees were great at explaining options. The menus, however, are small and hard to read. Some of the furniture, such as a couch, are pretty dirty and could use replacing.

I typically get the honey green tea milk cap, and it’s usually good, my most recent trip, the milk cap was absolutely clumpy, shook it so much and it still wouldn’t combine into the tea and tasted just a litttleeee funky. I’m a little worried that maybe it was an older batch of creamAlso, the last few times I ordered the cocoa cream wow milk cap drink, it was soooo bland every time, not sweet at all, even after asking them to put more brown sugar syrup in it, it just straight up tasted like milk and believe me, I made sure to shake it until it was all combined. Additionally, they hardly ever put less ice when I ask for it, majority of the time the drinks come with half full of ice.Drinks here are also a bit pricier than other places, after running into these bad batches more often, I’m feeling less inclined to continue going.

The Brown Sugar Ginger Milk Tea was nice. I believe I will try it blended next time.

My son and I walked into this place on a hot July day, and I asked to get a water while we looked over the menu. After some discussion, we were unbelievably told no, order something first. Never had such treatment.Also, they dont offer refills on even their regular teas. Go to pho and grill next door instead, way better service and amazing food.

Orders comes out quickly everytime. They even adjusted their counters to accommodate to go orders so you can pick up your drinks faster.

I love this place that has great aesthetics. Im pretty sure the atmosphere will be even better when they put the chairs and tables back. No one knows when thats going to be though 😂

This was my first time there but my grandson had been there before. She and his sister both enjoy it greatly and I too like the drinks. The woman at the cashier was extremely nice and I appreciated the attitude the place. I will be back

Great place to grab a quick refreshing drink. They are a bit sweet but taste good and they have so many different options. The service is good though the english is not so great so cant really ask for recommendations.

I havent been there myself. But someone really special let me drink some of theirs and it was BUSSING!! hope to go there myself soon.

Great space to hang out and enjoy a very, very large (and well-priced) selection of tea/boba/shakes, play some board games, or even jam on some instruments they keep in the back corner. Really appreciated that the lighting was relaxed and the music not too loud. There was a $5 card minimum, so I purchased a macaroon with my large milk tea. Both were good. Frankly, both were good, but neither really wowed me. However, the space and large menu are enough to make Kung Fu Tea worth a visit.

The place is fully covered in plastic for safety purposes, I suppose. The cashier was a little rude and had a slight attitude towards me and the other customers. The menu provided good options but they weren’t selling neither of the drinks my husband and I normally buy. The bobba tasted good, very sweet. It was okay overall

The drink was good but the customer service was definitely lacking. You can only see the full menu when you go to to order and despite that the employee taking the order of my friends and I seemed very impatient and short with us. I always try to be considerate about ordering in a timely matter, but I definitely felt rushed and she was unhelpful about any questions as well. (There was no one waiting in line behind us, by the way.) She also got one of my toppings wrong (which meant I was charged more than the topping I ordered) and I didnt even notice she had entered it wrong until too late because I felt too rushed to go over our order on the screen carefully. I was definitely displeased with the atmosphere and getting something different than what I had ordered.

Tea was solid. They make it fast too. Tasty lychee punch. They also have great bobas.

Don’t waste your time. This place is not only dirty. They are having events during the pandemic that exceed what is safe. And then on top of long waits they routinely mess us your drink order. Truly pick any other place to go to. Kung fu tea as a chain should go bankrupt. This is sad.

Spent $6.50, hated the flavor and that I had spent $6.50 on something that I picked probably one of the only flavors on the menu I’d say something about bc of how different I thought it would taste. Anyway this wasn’t their fault, but I feel they could have handled it better and offered to make it right instead of just saying that they don’t do exchanges... I wish I had a better experience there, I was really looking forward to it after all the good reviews I saw... just know this going in.

This is my favorite place to buy boba tea. Ive been to 3 different locations and each time Ive had amazing experiences with the quality of product and customer service. Im now a regular to the Hulen location, going at least once a week. Easy to order and very kind, quick staff. I recommend the KF Milk tea with double boba (my usual order).

We purchased the Coconut Milk Tea with bubbles (blue) and the Kung Fu Milk Tea with bubbles (green) and they were fantastic! The woman taking our order was very kind and helpful with the menu. Definitely will be coming back to try more.

Every time I come here, they always forget an add-on. I even double checked when I took my drink this time and it was missing a jelly. Their drinks are cheap so the extra 50 cents isnt an issue but its still annoying enough to ruin the drink.

The WORST Boba place! Their customer service is nonexistent. BEWARE if you buy, because they have a NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS policy. If the make you a disgusting drink or the flavor is off... tough luck you have to keep the $5+ Drink. Do yourself a favor and just go to FRUITTEALLICIOUS. The prices are great, staff is friendly, and they will make your drink to perfection. If I could give this place a “0” I would.

Ordered 4 drinks. 3 of them were made wrong. If items on the menu are too complicated to assemble, maybe they should stick to simpler options so theres less room for so many mistakes 🤷

Best place Ive found in DFW to get any kind of boba drinks. You can customize the sugar added too, so you can have them make it to taste. Theyve also taken precautions to protect both employees and customers from the beginning of the pandemic. A business worthy of community support for sure.

My favorite flavor is Thai tea with boba. Yaaaassss! So perfect. Quick and friendly service. You can come by yourself or being a group of friends.

Order greentea milk, on of the top drinks and i dont understand why it is the most popular? The drink was so powdery and has no standout flavor. It tastes like a watery baby food 😑 plus... I think they are too pricey.. the price showed up to start at 4.95 and i got large and no topping at all.. come out to 6.50??? Wow... You are more high end than Starbucks. i never found it will be worthy to come back and be recommended

Tea was very tasty and there were plenty of options! The prices were pretty affordable as far as boba goes. My small boba with one extra add on was around $3.50. The place is also taking extreme precautionary measures to keep customers and employees safe by barricading the kitchen and front counter with a plastic sheet from floor to ceiling. Only takeout is available, not sit-in.

Drink look good, but in the place look like COVID lockdown, I like the other better where it open and we can see freely, this one can’t see anything or even can be able to hear the employee

I ordered on a Wednesday afternoon online. Drove to the place did not look busy at all. My order had not been made. When she was finished I received the wrong order and had to wait longer. When i finally received my order the employee remained silent and didnt say sorry.

I got some coconut milk tea here and absolutely loved it. Oh my gosh, after a stressful day and having to run a couple of errands... I really needed something and I saw this little place over on the side of the road. So I thought I would go in and Im glad I did. The atmosphere was relaxing and appealing. It was very comfortable place to be. It takes a minute to make those milk teas so I had a minute to be in there and usually I get uncomfortable waiting and places but I did not hear. Definitely worth a stop in.

Weve only been here a few times. The place is very clean and well maintained. Our slushes have always been great. Their customer service could use some improvement. Great place to hang out with friends and enjoy a drink. Id like to see more flavors on the menu though.

The Oreo milk tea was bitter and did not taste like Oreo at all. I took the tea back and the Asian lady went off on me saying, no exchange and no refund, the tea I was sold, was a top seller and what is the gaurentee that I would like the next flavor? All I wanted was to get a different flavor I spent 15.80 on 3 cups of bubble milk tea. And I was treated this poorly over wanting to exchange! Eventually she just gave me a refund. But I had to argue with her. There is no signage saying no refund or exchange. I was really surprised by how unprofessional this employee was. Im never going back.

I used to come here a lot to get me a large taro flavored iced milk shake. I ordered one as usual and the female worker hands me an orange drink (taro is purple).... As I was walking out I starting drinking it and it tastes nothing like taro. I walk back inside to tell her that it tastes nothing like taro. She swore to me that it was taro....I wasnt in the mood to argue so I left. This was the last time Im coming here again.

This is my go-to Boba place in the Ft Worth area! Most all their drinks are lactose free and their boba is the perfect combo of taste and texture. Soft but not rubbery to chew. And the perfect added sweetness! My go to is the Hot Coconut Milk Tea with Boba or the Oolong Tea with Egg Pudding!

The teas here are very good! My favorite is the taro milk tea. Just tried the slush version and it was amazing! Definitely recommend.

Clean location, lots of places to sit (including comfy sofas 😇), and most importantly, GOOD TEA!!!Staff gave us our order in less than 5 mins, would recommend if you have some down time and just won’t to enjoy some some solid boba tea.

My wife and I discovered bubble tea while vacationing in Taiwan several years ago. Kung Fu Tea has a very good selection of teas and milks and the entire menu is customizable. If you want less ice or sugar, just let them know and theyll make it how you want it. This place also has a few board games and things to pass the time with a friend. Any time were in the area, well be dropping by!
