This was an awful experience. My appointment was from 10am to 1pm. I arrived at 9:30, went in to check in and the lady at the desk was cursing like a mad sailor, on top of that she didnt even check me in after taking my paperwork which caused me not to get unloaded until after 4:30. And then they tried not to write the correct times so that I could get paid for detention. If you dont have to go to this place dont go. I couldnt give it less than 1 star so.

Good place to deliver or pickup load they will have you done before the 2 hr mark. They only allow 30mins prior to apt. no early check-ins. And there have very polite staff.

Super easy to get unload make sure you came with your appointment.

I brought in a load. My appointment time was 9am and they were willing to take me at 6am which is when shipping/receiving opens. They checked me in and assigned me a dock door. I was in & out in a reasonable time.

Awesome place to pick up load. First time here so not sure if I got lucky or this is the norm. Appointment at 1pm, at dock at 1:10pm. Finished loading me by 1:30 pm. Awesome job. Drivers have trailer plate license number ready for check in.

Appt time was 1400. Checked in at 8 am out by 930. Pretty painless and willing to get you out early. Also can sleep on the lot.

This place is a joke. 6 hours of waiting to load. The lady at check in desk is rude. Adam the supervisor has no idea how to run this company. Corporate needs to come audit this place and get it running properly. Also making drivers wait in an 100 degree warehouse to load is in humane.somebody needs to call oshas on these clowns

This place would be a five star but no microwave to heat my coffee and drivers have to sit in a fence area in the heat of the damn hot warehouse. This will be my first and last time here.

They treat you like a # not as a person the will set you on the side of the building and make you wait for 4 to 5 hrs to get unloaded when theres no trucks in the dock,and not worried about the Driver time that is running,dont want to unload you early but complain about you been late

This receiver is not organized and they are very rude they even don’t respect you and they keep you at least 6 hour also, the broker don’t want pickup his phone while he knew you are at the receiver I will suggest not to take load here otherwise get ready to waste all your houres and they don’t have overnight parking it’s worrest place I ever delivered a load

Show up on time... dont be late!!!I love coming here. Usually my appointments are on Saturday but Im here on Friday from Williamsburg Virginia. I get here around noon. They usually work me in BUT NO GUARANTEE. I live in DFW area. So if they cant take me a day early I will just go home and come back Saturday. But dont be late. You will be here for hours or get refused and ask to come back another day!!!

I was late, yes I was. I was due here at 0930 I arrive around 10am I went to the wrong road on south side I had to do a unturned down that road, back to the first entrance. I went to the other side of the building to receiving they directed me to shipping on the north side of the building then had to go all the way to the south side of the building. Backed in, its noon Im still sitting not even locked to the door, still got a green light, the guy inside said he didnt know how long itll take depends how busy they were. Mind you Ive been here since 10am. Theres four trucks out there including me. Not very busy to me. I wouldnt bother hauling for them. Yeah I was late, ok hold me a hour or somthing. But for hours on end? Nah. You start cutting my money we got problems.

I am a truckdriver who has a 6am appointment.4-8-18.I have here on time at 5:35am.Im in the receiving area and have logged in on the sheet but there isnt amyoone here.Its now 6:50 am I have driven around to shipping and was told to come back to receiving.Still no one here.Why have a 6 am appointment if no one is even here..!!!!!!!!my delivery number is 4115359

This shouldn’t be allowed...waiting inside on a 100+ day with no ac and it’s because of “speeding up the process” but you end up waiting for 3-4 hours. if you don’t have a fridge in your truck, stop by before getting here...you’re gonna need some water!

They hire the creepiest people to work here. My wife and I worked as temps, and she was creeped out by all of the weirdos trying to stand right behind her.

I thought southern people feels like good but this facility guys isnt, they made big problem for only wrong del.date on bill of lading. You guys order product for your company and we are trying to be a best with del.time but you wont care about your fuc..g load.

The dude on 2nd shift Gabriel is extremely racist..he kept picking at me saying I have to took in my shirt its mandatory while I look over for 3days he will flirt and play with the Hispanic girls all day... not to mention there shirts never tooked in 2nd they never had slip resistance shoes as required..3rd he would give the Hispanic break 1st as for the handful of blacks we had to wait n literally do all the dirty work

If youre planning on working here, then I HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere. I literally got fired for listening to music, even though I showed up to work on time, did what I was told, got along with co-workers, etc. It was my 2nd day on the job and I completely forgot that I wasnt suppose to have earbuds. I didnt think the supervisor would care if I had in earbuds and I thought it would be O.K. to slip in some earbuds and play music to block out the loud noises from the machines around me. Apparently the supervisor did care and I got fired the next day. 2nd day on the job, so forgive me if I dont know all the rules. Apparently It was the second time I was told about having earbuds in the workplace even though the first time I was told about having earbuds, the lady said I could have them as long as I had them in one ear and the manager didnt see me. Not to mention the fact that I had saw other people with earbuds in their ears so I thought it would be O.K. It was an honest mistake but the supervisor, Bill, didnt care. He didnt even tell me that I was fired. One of my co-workers told me and I confronted him about it. I could see if I was not showing up on time, not doing my work, or arguing with co-workers; I could see how that could get me fired. But I was doing everything I was asked, showed up on time, got along with my co-workers, etc. and I got fired over some EARBUDS. It wasnt even intentional and I didnt even think much about it. It was an honest, UNINTENTIONAL mistake. And also one more thing I forgot to mention: the conditions in the warehouse are AWFUL. It stinks, its EXTREMELY hot and you will be expected to stand for pretty much your entire shift.

I arrive, after searching around for someone who works there they finally tell me to pull into a door and when there ready they will call. I wait and wait and go back in to find someone, cant find anyone so I go back out and wait and wait. After a while I try to go back in and they LOCKED the door!!!Place is dirty, no soap in bathrooms. Where are the people in charge of this place?

They only use you for a week then let you go. Bad job to work at.
