Awesome company! I had a small issue with my boots and they sent me a brand new pair!

I have owned several pair of Justin boots but never again. I have been trying to buy a new pair and the experience has been awful and inexcusable. I have ordered three times and Justin has sent the wrong color each time. Also the wrong size. The third and final time the customer service lady had photos of two different boots sent to me. I picked the one to ship and they ship different boots. I know they are different because the color is three shades lighter and the boots in the photo did not have the damage as the one delivered to me. They were also cheep made from China and has glue bulging out form around the soles as if they were refurbished not new. THANKS ALOT JUSTIN THESE BOOT WERE PURCHASED FOR MY SON WEDDING. NOW I WILL BE THE ODD BALL OUT. Looks after 7 weeks and three tries you could have accidentally got it right. So people tell everyone you know to run away from Justin brand boots.

Jesus Christ! I Love Justin Boot Outlet they have never let me down with talking the Mr. into 5 pairs. But this regina lady is very rude and in-professional. Within the last three times there have been ballistic arguments between employees and really it seems like she just has a problem with white people because she didnt treat me or others kind like she did the other races. Absolutely rude!!!!!! and she always seems to be annoyed to help you not to mention her hawk glares that watch your every move! I have called about an incident before but apparently it did not do anything, being she still there and treating the people the same way. Oh and dont get me started on the perverted guy that follows pretty girls around everywhere you go! Word of advise keep your hands out of your pockets and if you happen to accidently bump into me again I will be calling the police. I would think Justin would have better employees than a chaotic zoo!!!! Step up to your Boot Standards!!! Will not be coming back and will be putting this on blast for everyone to see! I hope this gets to the News!
