Needed shoes for a work trip and they had great sale prices and an assortment that were still in my size

Decent quality of shoes for adults, not so for kids.

I learned that you cannot order online from this store without coming to their store inperson. All online orders will come from Indiana and it will take 5-7 working days except Saturday and Sunday to receive your package. This is very disappointing because sometimes I cannot come to the store.

Some of the worst service I have ever had! I was buying a pair of shoes for my brother in-law and the clearance price on the shoes were $39.99 plus tax. I get to the register and the cashier says that she can’t read the first number and called her manager over to look at it. The manager comes over and says I can do $69.99. I said that is not a 6 it’s a 3! The cashier was very nice and so was the young man who helped me. As far as the manager she really needs to find a new job or buy some new glasses! I will never shop there again thanks to her!

Always a great selection and great deals. I have the short perks with them and it is great! The savings is worth it. Even if they dont have your shoe in stock having them order it for you to either ship it to you or the store is pretty fast.

I love this place

We had to go in for an online exchange and return. The staff was extremely helpful. They knew right where each item was located in the store. They even helped with some sizing questions. The exchange was a smooth and easy process. The store was well organized and clean. Good selection of shoes and good stock levels of each item.

Price and selection are good.

Staff were very friendly. They helped me find the right does and explained the deals running and how I could best benefit. Its stinking hard to find a pair of shoes to fit my ginormous feet. I finally found a decent looking pair of shoes, or 3 pairs, and they are super comfortable. Great job ladies.

The staff were all kind and helpful when we went shopping this evening. We needed to find a new pair of shoes for my two year old; a nice clerk helped to get him into the correct size. Let me tell you, there is definitely room to run in that store.

Stopped into this store tonight looking for boots for this weekend. Upon entering the store none of the 3 associates at the front registers acknowledged our entry. All 3 were visiting and giggling. We walked around the same island in the front of the store at least 4 to 5 times looking for the boots that were displayed on top. None of the 3 associates came over to see if we needed help or anything. Only acknowledgment we got was when we left the store after about 15 minutes. I would fully understand this treatment if the store was busy or the associates were with other customers. We were the only ones in the store. They did not even acknowledge the lady that came in after us. I will never shop in this store again.

Clean, mostly quiet, however the prices are a little high for my taste.

I have one of these shoe stores up here in Alliance Shopping Center (N. Ft. Worth). They are never busy and I have bought a couple of pairs of shoes here in the past. Its a poor selection compared to an Academy Sports, but has been convenient. Today I notice in my email a 30% off coupon and decide to walk over on my lunch break. I settle on a pair of $80 Nikes and to make cashier tells me that this coupon was for only yesterday. I guess they do not need the business because when I told him I would only buy them with the coupon he said sorry. Last time I shop here.

I like this store but i think opening up at ten am is inconvenient. I think its too late in the morning because i nees to buy work shoes today and i need to go to the dr at 11am across town and rush to make it in time plus make it to work in time! DO NOT go here if needing to measure your foot with a Brannock Device. The sliding parts for ALL the MENs were missing or broken. The childrens Brannock Devices were intact and most of the womens too. No Combination Brannock Device. Prices were in the average range with small discount when ON SALE.
