Fantastic work, i am so happy with the floors

We used them two years ago to put down new tile in much of our house, and they did an excellent job. Two years later, Im still thrilled with my beautiful floors, and Im getting ready to shop them for new bathroom tile.

Dont Let The Exterior Keep You Away!!!Exceptional customer service and knowledgeable staff are the first things that come to mind when thinking of Floors To Go. I know when driving past on 121, the urge is to keep going because the exterior is dated, but going inside was the best move Ive made in a long time when it comes to my home.We purchased our 1980 built home in 2015. We gutted it and built what we thought was our dream. We went to a flooring store and while the group that did tile was great, the majority of our home was done in hardwood. Those floors were horrible.many problems and no help. It was a bad choice to begin with for our familys lifestyle but our salesman didnt consult with us, just told us what we wanted to hear.Then this summer, we started having water come up through the floorboards. Turned out our A/C was toast. It ruined the floors and our insurance company paid us for replacement. So the search began.Jesse and Theril are both great. We couldnt come during normal business hours, so Jesse came in and met us on his time off. He spent two hours, first finding out about us and our family and lifestyle, then expectations and desires. Finally he was ready to make recommendations, showing us products, answering questions, and writing down our decisions. Weeks later, when we were ready, Jesse came to our home, took measurements, and provided the information needed for the insurance company.They are terrific to work with and I would really hate to have you miss this place because the exterior is dated.

Jesse and the staff at Floors To Go were warm and welcoming. I knew nothing about wood plank floors when I went in and Jesse helped me find scratch proof, stain proof flooring for my busy house full of pets. They got the job done in less than 2 days. Professional and beautiful job. Im very pleased.

I just had two rooms or carpet installed and they look amazing. Very professional installers. The people at the store-front were also very charming and knowledgeable. They listened to what I needed, directed me to products I would enjoy and gave me a very fair and competitive price. They beat all the big stores by couple of hundred dollars. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family for all their flooring needs. This time I just needed carpet - but their selection of other floor products in the store front were absolutely beautiful.

Very very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Floors to Go for anyone that needs hardwood. Ask for Jesse hes super friendly. Everyone that works there will go out of there way to make you feel comfortable. I knew exactly what I needed when I left there.

I was not able to order from them because of material/time constraints. But I will definitely be back to order my kitchen tile. The amount of time they took to help me and the service I received was exceptional. I make my living servicing my clients and Maria & Michelle were top notch.

Michael took very good care of us. My floors look beautiful! We have had them for almost 6 months with kids spilling everywhere plus roller skates, scooters and dragging chairs and they still look brand new. I am a very happy customer!

Looking for flooring......then look no more! I highly recommend Floors To Go. This company fit the bill for me in every way and I am very picky! I learned about them from listening to the owner Theril and colleague Dana on the radio 570am talking about the different flooring products on the market, etc. I was not ready to upgrade but they peaked my interest so I decided to visit the showroom - the rest is history. I now have beautiful hardwood floors installed in the majority of home and great carpet in bedrooms. From the expertise by the owner, the experienced consultation of salesman, Jesse R. who guided me on the selection of products and pricing, to the knowledgeable installers that were experts in their craft - I am 100% pleased.
