Theres loads of selection and samples you are able to see in regards to flooring. We mainly went in to see the carpet and backsplash. They have wood and laminate floors as well as tile. They even have it set up to where theres examples of how the tiles on the walls or backslashes would look like to get your mind going on what to do in your own home. Also the bonus shop dog is lovely to see! I would recommend this place to look at flooring to anybody.

We are extremely happy to have chosen Floor Source to redo all the floors in our home. We had custom designs in mind to replace our existing kitchen tile and carpet with engineered vinyl for our high traffic and food areas and modernize the rest of our carpet. We also had concerns about what wed find after the old carpet was pulled up given our subdivision. Eddy rolled with the punches though and took care of all the unexpected issues with floating so we were able to walk in to a beautiful final product. We are also on the pickier side and any issues we identified he quickly and efficiently resolved. One month into our new floors we still love how the carpets feel, the ease of cleaning our vinyl and the aesthetics of everything.

Eddie and his crew did an excellent job installing 400 sq. Ft. of Luxury Vinyl Plank in my family room. Team worked hard constantly and made sure floor was level prior to installing LVP. Looks great. Communicated well. Very accommodating with me switching out many samples to take home and see what would work for us. Would happily use Floor Source again.

I had a quote from another company for the flooring I wanted done but didn’t have a good feeling about it so went to the Floor Source store to check them out. I met with Eddie, he came out, gave me a bid, I accepted. He & his associate worked very hard taking up the existing flooring, cleaning up the asbestos they found, floating the floor to be certain it is level & installing my new floor. I got 8 bids to put new floors into my commercial space. As a medical business I needed the floors done well but I also needed them done quickly since we have to shut down to have them installed. The owner of floor source gave the bid himeself and he was the most professional out of all of the bids. From the start to the finish I am very happy with the end result. I had Floor Source install my wood look tile in my bedroom and closet. I used them previously about 4 years ago and called them for my second project. I love their work and honesty. 5 stars from me. Excellent. I will be calling Eddie again for my other two bedrooms and bathroom remodel.

This is the second job Eddie has done for me. He is very professional and prides himself in helping in any way he can. This time it involved putting tiles on 4 bedroom floors and they all look great. He is very knowledgeable and noticed several issues I still had with 2 toilets and he fixed them for me. Ignacio (Nacho) worked really hard and did a great job, helping me get my computer set back up which was a concern I had. I plan to have Eddie do some more tile work soon.

Floor Source not only did an amazing job stretching our carpet that was very poorly installed by the builder, but they also educated us along the way. If they had to take apart any furniture, they quickly and correctly put it back together. My husband and I would HIGHLY recommend this company, as they are very reasonably priced and extremely professional. Their work ethic is stellar, and the job was properly executed. We will hands down use them again for any other flooring needs that may arise in the future.

Exactly a year after the install all the stair steps look like this terrible install and Eddie has no social skills and is disrespectful, “you don’t know me”. Save your money and time and go with a actual carpet installer and supplier trust me.

Eddie failed to keep an appointment and did not call. While Roslyn (sp?) was very sympathetic and helpful, When we spoke via phone 24 hrs later, Eddie was unapologetic and we agreed that we should not be doing business together. Caveat emptor!

Last September Eddie and Nacho put in new flooring in the kitchen, living room and Hallway and carpet in the three bedrooms and they did a awesome job. They don’t play around they get in there and get the job done. Couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. 🏆
